Dear sir, i was paid renewal amount for irctc services of rs 2500/- to the company of paypoint india pvt ltd last 20 days before. Still the services are not availble and not response. So please give the renewal of my irctc services. I was contact the custmer care many times. They told me in a two days it was coming. But no response. Please solve immediat.
