    My name is Deepak Singh Rautela, working in a Real Estate company at Ghaziabad ; I have taken a personal loan for Rs. 1, 55, 000/- @ 2.2% per month interest from PAYSENSE SERVICES INDIA PVT. LTD. With tenure of 24 months in June, 2019. LOAN ID is NA10592029. Paysense disbursed to my account for amount of Rs. 1, 47, 000/- net after deducting processing fee.I have paid 10 EMIs continuously from August, 2019 up to May, 2020 without any delay and further moratorium applied for June, July and august. Then, practically I have missed only an EMI for the month of September. So they called me to pay, I said that I am not getting salary on time, so when I will get then pay you but they continuously torcher with abusing me to pay the EMI by different numbers and misbehaved by using rude language. Pandemic of COVID-19, my last 5 months salary pending from July to November. They began to call to my close relatives and friends to pay the loan using abusing languages. I am very surprised and shocked after this incident. I have never shared those number to them. They hacked my contacts and get the number from and called to them. It’s very serious matter, they hacked my mobile . I called to them but now they are saying that person who made the call, is not Paysense member and I mailed to paysense but they didn’t reply. Paysense members have accessed my phone data, they can steal my banking information. Take action against this company. Else many people like me may even suicide.
    Besides it they are showing still overdue total amount of Rs. 133485/- after making 10 EMIs out of 24, It is too much higher amount .
    I am totally under pressure and mentally harassed in the situation of ‘what to do’. I request you to take a strict action against to paysense.

        My business was totally stuck. I will arrenge your payments but your recovery person is very ruff & bad languages using & abusing my father also. Whose rights given to him pressurised me n my father to only 1 emi i skip & very bad languages uses. M fraud or bhag gya chor he n all to toĺd my father. & also told me very bad language.

        If my business was totally collapse. How i pay to emi. Thats the reason my privious mail was sent to moratorium or loan restructure.

        Kindly provide me his recovery agency details & is it u r employee of paysense. If your employee why he cant given to me his proper details.

        If recovery agency, can paysense give to him all rights to abusing customer to only one emi skip.

        If your NACH not active. I paid regular emi last 2 month but still not my charges weived. & last 2 mnth emi updated in your system on 2nd nov 2020. Is it right process???

        If i faced financial problem, & also Supreme court or RBI do not pressurised customer low pass. & co oprate with customer. So, this type o[censored]sing languages is right.

        Dated : 1st dec 2020. I received my payment & paid fot that. But Mrs. Diya singh your recovery person abusing me & my family thats the reason i donot paid emi.

        If first apology, to my father first then i paid emi included u r panelty charges. Otherwise i donot pay emi of nov 2020.

        Kindly clear first issue of your recovery agency. Then i surely pay my current month emi. This is attached recording with diya singh in u r references

          The company debt collector specially Radhika Goel and few others are calling multiple times in a day using abusive language, screaming, calling my relatives, my colleagues at work, their family members, threatening them, bad mouthing them, harassing everyone and violating my human rights and abusing all the people around saying she will tell everyone i owed them Violating my privacy. I want strict actions taken against them for this harassment. Apart from this they have deducted endless penalties From my account for late payment of debt. This is absolutely disgraceful on basic human rights.

            Paysense ek NBFC company he jo ki online digital loan provide karti he, yaha se maine personal loan liya he, already maine 7 EMI bhare he, but abhi lockdown ke vajah se business loss ke karan abhi emi me deri ho rahi he, kuch bhi income sorce nahi he, to maine unko bola hu ki meri kuch chhoti property he wo me sale kar raha hu or apka pura amount settle karke de raha hu, property sale ki deal or payment ane ke liye 1 month ka time mang raha hu, lekin company walo mere mobile ka all data hack karke sabhi contact members ko dara dhamkakar paisa nikalna chahte he, bahut gali galoch kar rahe he, sir ye bilkul RBI ke rules ke khilap he, yese company ko licence mila kaise, cm ye log itni gandi batey karte he,

            Paysense are fraud. They are calling my relatives, my in-laws. Paysense has given the files of non payment to some recovery agents.

            And they are harassing mentally calling my relatives and friends. Just because my number wasn't working.

            I told them I will get money and I will pay soon and don't have money right now. But still they are doing the same.

            Though they add charges and take more money, they are harassing people to pay soon.

            I told them that who ever is calling my contacts which they stole from my phone during loan application and store our contacts and call them if we get late. They or their family will get cancer or some bad diseases and will die in a bad situation.

            They blocked me now and saying they will call all of my other contacts.

            When ever u take loan from apps always delete your contacts and add a fake contacts list which you can get in internet and apply for loan. Don't fall for their tricks and loose mental health.

            These three images are the contacts of paysense. They torcher like hell, abuse you and your family, and friends. Do don't trust any loan app and don't take any loan from them.
            If these people are calling your friends or relatives and harassing them, then there is absolutely no need for you to get stressed.

            You guys just have to do one thing.You go directly to the police station and get a report against them and there is nothing to fear in this, nor is it a matter of feeling ashamed.This is your fight.You have to fight.

            These people have saved the contacts from the contact list without knowing you. Those who are using apps do not even know that their personal information is also with them.

            Many people must have had bad days because of this epidemic.You people are not thieves, but you are helpless.

            If they are calling you constantly, then there is nothing, they can do it, but if they calls someone else then you go straight to the police station and register an FIR.

            You people can also take help of cyber expert police.Share that number with the police, which was used to called to your relatives.You immediately inform the police that calls were coming from this number.

            You tell your relatives and friends in advance. If you get such a calls, then inform you immediately.

            Cases of apps baded loan provider using these tricks and continues arising day by day. They might hired some more people as mostly unable to pay emi on time due pandemic.

            I will request you again and again please file an FIR near your Police station if they called your relatives and friends

              Paysense executive mobile no [protected] true caller lady speaks calling from iifl Have called my old age mother using bad words. Asked her where you son born for your husband. You given birth to a son who is getting loan. You are doing prostitution and pay the money for him. Worst manner my mother was treated and my relatives also recieved calls my contact information was stealed by paysense. I been mentally torchered. If anything I do myself or happens to me due to harrasment it is purely paysense and the below employees.

                Hello Team,

                I have taken loan from paysense with the interest rate of 26% for 1.19 lakh for two yrs.

                This is my second loan or top loan with paysense. First one was completely successful without any issues.

                Second time, after two emis I changed my bank where I had done nach /ECS to paysense loan.

                I have been telling number of times to paysense that I changed my bank, please accept new bank details so there won't be bouncing charges from first bank. Paysense told me they cannot do it and every month they have been putting additional charges and interests.

                Another important thing is that they have got access to all my contacts through paysense app I downloaded and gave them permission to access my phone gallery messages or contacts. They have been continuously calling everyone from my contacts with whom I share personal and professional relationships, some clients etc. They are telling my name and my loan details with paysense and rudely asking them to pay on my behalf.

                I have been questioning paysense customer care about this and even mailed, sent on wats app, spoke over phone call, they are not listening to this and say I don't know anything, will check and get back. But calls never stopped. Even yesterday some of my friends some of them not close friends called me and asking why am I sharing their contact number for my loan.

                Third point is that I have been requesting them to share a foreclosure statement from very long. They tell me or wats app this is the amount, pay it. They are not sending me any statement or email confirmation and they always ignored to share principal and interest break up, after month's of struggle they sent me yesterday the breakup of statement till date. Which is again not satisfactory to me as it is not having the break up for the rest of the loan period.

                I will attaching few screenshots of the proof on what I have.

                And about moratorium, I initially opted for two or three months. And in the month of June I sent them email to stop moratorium but they didn't stop but further increased my emi.

                First emi was 6436 which got increased by 6721 and again they increased it to 7175.

                When I told and paid only 6721 as emi as I didn't opt for second time moratorium, they again started calling my contacts and torturing everyone. Do they have authority to call like this except those I shared as witness? I am having mental harassment by people at least I share a professional relationship with.

                My pending loan is about 68 or 70k and the total moratorium charges is 9.5k is it fair percentage, monthly interest of 2.20% ?

                My only wish is to settle this amount and come out of this scam where they made me allow them use my data and I feel insecured now.

                I want them to share the fair settlement and issue me NOC and stop calling anyone from my contacts.

                    I have taken a small loan through their app.
                    I have paid all my due EMI on times but they charged me false penalty
                    when I bring that matter in their knowledge the told me like its just a technical fault and our team working to resolve same
                    but many month passed away - I cleared entire loan
                    they have not reverts back false penalty amount

                      Hi I lost job in July and was not able to pay EMI after the moratorium is over. I wrote to them asking for a settlement offer and couldnt meet the timeline given for settlement. I asked them time till Dec 15. To my horror they are calling several of my contacts and using abusive language. They are sending some people to home too and they are trying to shame and embarrass me.
                      This is not a finance company. This is just a group of goons. Avoid taking any loan from them and most importantly uninstall their app immediately if you have it on your phone.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I'm very shocked that how many times late payment will be charged?

                            I was going to process the EMI for the month of Nov, 2020. But I see that paysense had charged extra rs. 590/- for the late payment made for the EMI of October, 2020. Where it was already charged as per below:

                            EMI Amount: 9088
                            EMI Paid: 9727/-
                            Excess Payment: 639

                            Now why additional 590/- charged? Its shoking...

                            Kindly resolve the same at the earliest, as I'll be unable to pay the excess amount unless the same will be corrected in paysense app.

                              This is to let everyone in the forum know that paysense have been making fools of its customers and there is no contact details as it is a fraudulent organization a scamster. I have paid more money than the interest as per their calculation and even they claimed it they would return back since June 2020. But still their team has not reverted is what they claim. I demand my money back within this friday or I will file an FIR against the organisation and Miss Shabina who was the face of this fraudulent activity.

                                HI I have taken loan amount of 25k and paid EMI regularly but from August month they moved Moratorium without my knowledge and i have paid August EMI also but still not reflecting in app also september i dont see EMi option and i have sent so many mails regarding this issues but no response .for october month again EMI i have paid but still that also not updated again november also paid but still not updated. but now i am getting penalty charges .Also i informed paysense team to revert me from moratorium as i dont want that option but still nothing happened.I have all the proof with me . Kindly resolve my issues as much as possible.

                                  I understand your concern that you need to foreclose the loan but there is a minimum requirement of successful 6 EMI payments. I am sorry to say but currently, you do not fulfill the minimum criteria you will have to wait until 6 EMI are paid and updated in the APP.

                                  There is no technical issues in updating due amount .

                                  Techinical issue is from last 6 month ...How is it possible only payment status is not getting updated balance upcoming EMI ...Extra charges are working very well .

                                  Regarding charges :-For Oct -20 Month also I have paid 15273 EMI instead of 13273 and as per customer care extra amount was supposed to be adjusted in Nov-20 EMI but now EMI for NOV again is showing 15663...EMI should reduce by 2600 Aproxx and it has been increased .
                                  For Oct paid amount is 15223 and now Paid amount is showing 13444.

                                  why paysense use to create so much of confusion .

                                    Hello it's Nandini Sutradhar I have taken 2 loans from paysense where 1 loan is been completed now on February I took other loan from paysense and I am paying EMI on time but this month due to the app and website issues I couldn't pay my emi I have mailed many times with all the screenshot but this recovery agent and paysense team Ankita, Sonam, Saurabh, an all who is working for paysense they have access my contact information and giving harassment calls to all my family members and friends . I would request to take kindly action on it as I am paying my EMI I am not running anywhere. If I took loan so I need to pay . Just you guys need to speak politely instead of making harassment calls.

                                    If these people are calling your friends or relatives and harassing them, then there is absolutely no need for you to get stressed.

                                    You guys just have to do one thing.You go directly to the police station and get a report against them and there is nothing to fear in this, nor is it a matter of feeling ashamed.This is your fight.You have to fight.

                                    These people have saved the contacts from the contact list without knowing you. Those who are using apps do not even know that their personal information is also with them.

                                    Many people must have had bad days because of this epidemic.You people are not thieves, but you are helpless.

                                    If they are calling you constantly, then there is nothing, they can do it, but if they calls someone else then you go straight to the police station and register an FIR.

                                    You people can also take help of cyber expert police.Share that number with the police, which was used to called to your relatives.You immediately inform the police that calls were coming from this number.

                                    You tell your relatives and friends in advance. If you get such a calls, then inform you immediately.

                                      I have paid my Installments on time and my loan is now closed successfully. I have been emailing since last week for a NOC confirming Loan closure but you guys are least bothered. You guys would call like hell for due payments. But when we require assistance, you don't care. I am requesting you for one last time, please email me my NOC on priority. I have also raised a request through your not so friendly app.

                                        My dad continuously receiving call from [protected] this number. that person name is vijay. he is using abusive language. we never applied for any loan. he threatened my dad and also used abusive language with me also. my dad's bp shoots because of his language and continuous calls. last week i called on that number and tell your executive that we never applied any loan and requested her not to call my dad but today again person named vijay called my dad and used abusive language. i request you to take strict action against him.
