I have taken a loan from paysense. And i have given 9 emi in the time of covid but they charges extra amount in my emi of rs 2000 and telling me that this is the interest of monotorium which the RBI has guided at the time of covid.Everyone has hardearned money why should i pay extra when my emi is 9800 and they have charged it upto 11000.And not only this they are harassing my in laws and relatives by using abusive language.What kind of policy is that i have taken the loan company should only call me not my family.If any kind of mishappening occurred in my family due to their harassment i will filled a complain in the police against paysense. i have all the facts and figures related to my emi.
So stop calling my relatives and family.

This is SARAVANAN KUMAR T from Chennai, i have taken LOAN from PaySense Company. My registered mobile number is [protected] & [protected]. I haven't repaid the EMIs properly. Due to COVID-19 i lost my job and still I didn't have a better job. I got a call last week from them, they have told that they have sent legal notice to me. I told them about my situation and asked two months time for settlement. For settlement they have told me to pay 2 EMI on or before 10 March 2022.
I said okay. But I couldn't pay the EMI I asked extension till 15 March 2022. But the person started to accusing me and told me as ### and also spoke in Hindi too. I don't know Hindi language. I called from dad number.
Also, they are keeps on calling my relations and friends number and enquiring about me.
Please consider this as my formal complaint and take necessary action. Within two months I will settle them everything. They don't have rights to scold me and my dad

I am chander shekhar. I have submitted a loan application on paysense but their agent has helped me complete the process.

But No one explained to me about the loan Interest rate and what will happen if I pay in 2 year.

He told me that you will get a mail before the loan amount is credited to your bank.

But still no one mail came.

How can I be accepted without knowing about the loan?

If the rate of interest is greater than 12/13 why will I get it? I have already been offered an IDFC 18 rate for 500000.

But i have received a mail with attached a loan documents and credit amount same time. While i have checked rate of interest 19.6.

So i am getting costly loan. There is no one explain me about that otherwise i will never accept. I want to dismiss this loan take your money.

They hacked my contacts and abuse my family and friends I have taken loan from paysense due to COVID i failed to repay, I'm ready for settlement my family and friends getting call from spam numbers they asking to pay paysense loan in abusive language, but this is not a right way to talk.they contact me n force to pay the loan right now. how's this possible? They sending me messages on WhatsApp asking to deposit amount in kotak bank account number[protected] Santa Cruz branch I had emailed [protected]@gopaysense.com for settlement, please settle my loan account: [protected]

I have closed my loan on 17th Feb 2022 foreclosure loan and then they have told us it will take 7-15 days to closed in your app and then you will get NOC of that loan within 30 days, but i have sent so many mails to customer care to close my loan and change the close status in APP but no respond always and then NACH is still active, i'm worry about whether EMI will be deducted on this month on march 5th ...Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Had taken loan in paysense by the vendor KSF finance, agents tracking all my contacts & using filthy languages over my friends, relations, really was veey much disappointed & ready to die. Even my family got separated because of this paysense.

My family members friends relatives receive call as not able to pay emi I asked for legal still trouble going on.No. from which call received is as follows.

I have closed my loan on 12 january 2022 they have told us it will take 7-15 days to closed in your app and then you will get NOC of that loan but from 2months we are complaning in customer care even they giving us time will solve your problem but from 2months my loan status is active i want my NOC on urgent basis but not even bother to call us tell us whats the problem..

I was approved with loan amount of 500000 rupees for my profile, I was clearly told that the rate of interest would be 16% only then I agreed for disbursement but when I calculated after disbursement the rate of interest is 20%. I called the agent and requested for corrections as there is no customer care number or office, but after couple of calls the agent stopped responding.

I wrote a complaint mail to paysense and will wait for couple of days for reply to make corrections other wise I will go lodge a cyber crime complaint (have call recordings as evidence).

I applied for loan in Nov'21 and initially pay sense bank team has given information for the rate of interest up to 11 % but once its approved they had change the charges to 14%. however the rate of interest changed i had been canceled the loan.
but still EMI amount is deducting from my account. and paysense team is not interested to cancel.
paysense bank are deluding with people.
I have mailed then more the 35 times

I thought of foreclosure of the amount by borrowing it from some one else but these collections guys are calling my contacts and using foul language in such a way that the using spellbound badwords about my family.

I want a resolution for this issue or else I will commit suicide and the sole responsibility will be Paysense team. And also I had already filed a case against them. Waiting for the Fir copy.

I was trying to close the loan (foreclosure) through Demand Draft (DD); whereas I have no information on how to proceed to close my loan.

There was no customer care number to contact and raised a request emails continuously whereas there is no response which is affecting the delay in process and burdening the day wise interest.

Hence, Kindly help me in resolving this issue and guide me to close the loan immediately.

Paysense is Harassing me by calling unknow people in my contact. And requesting for money.

Fraud Criminal activity in my account.. do not own anything to paysens stil My accountIt is being kept on debiting and bouncing.. The same will be reported to all the concerned authorities and as a female I have been harassed and so a police complaint is also underway
