Paysense are fraud. They are calling my relatives, my in-laws. Paysense has given the files of non payment to some recovery agents.

And they are harassing mentally calling my relatives and friends. Just because my number wasn't working.

I told them I will get money and I will pay soon and don't have money right now. But still they are doing the same.

Though they add charges and take more money,...

Fraud Criminal activity in my account.. do not own anything to paysens stil My accountIt is being kept on debiting and bouncing.. The same will be reported to all the concerned authorities and as a female I have been harassed and so a police complaint is also underway...

I am Niyaz alam.. I have given my loan amount but still they hacked my contact list nd abusing my contact list.. I have lost of mentally harsment because of this.. Pls solve this.....

They hacked my contacts and abuse my family and friends I have taken loan this company but this is not a right way to talk.also they not contact me last 1-2 months suddenly they contact me n force to pay the loan right now. how's this possible? HI I am Vinay Kumar I have taken loan of 1, 50, 000.00 from paysense and I have paid 11 EMI but due to some financial reason I have missed 3 emi and they are harassing me from 2 Months and they are calling my Freind and Family member and defaming me and also threatening and using very abusive language to my wife and parents please suggest me where I have to complain and can I do anything legally please suggest. These company collects multiple personal documents and sells information to other businesses. Got multiples calls from other banks and financial institutions regarding insurance, consumer goods sales, loans etc with my personal complete information with them.

Worst loan service ever. Keep asking documents like they are sending a person to moon, although they use your information to sell.

Exactly the same happened with me.
How could you take someone's debit card number along with cvv and atm pin until it's not sure that the loan would be disbursed. This is completely fraud...

Hi, I received calls from Paysense Recovery goons. They have accessed my contacts through their app, threatened me, my family, and relatives for nonpayment. This is cybercrime as paysense has no authority to steal/access and misuse customer's contact list, and use it to harass the customer, his family, and relatives. I got a call from [protected] from Mukesh Singh this complaint has been reported by other user still consumer complaint has not rectified the issue I have satted the date for payments still consumer complaints do not have the power to stop it, my mother got an panic attack due to the harrasment by paysense team. I have repaid and settled my loan account and have Paysense an amount of 90, 000 rupees in Aug 2020 i also have email confirmation i was informed will recieve closure lettet in 60 days its been more than 1 year now the account is not settled also the company is calling me for same account i have settled and asking for money it is also showing outstanding on my cibil and it is affecting me....

They are charging without any proper reason,
My monthly EMI, I got a message that your EMI amount will deducted from my account automatically but not deducted that's not my problem,
Amount not deducted automatically and I have been charged for extra amount this is how they do fraudulent....

They have ruined my life. They called my family members and friends and abused them. This has to stop if anyone can listen in India. People are suffering so much because of no action at all. I have filed 2 cyber complaints against them but no response yet.

I request esteemed member of this organization to please do something. If any thing happens to me paysense shall be responsible.
