They hacked my contacts and abuse my family and friends I have taken loan this company but this is not a right way to talk.also

I applied for loan in Nov'21 and initially pay sense bank team has given information for the rate of interest up to 11 % but once its approved they had change the charges to 14%. however the rate of interest changed i had been canceled the loan.
but still EMI amount is deducting from my account. and paysense team is not interested to cancel.
paysense bank are deluding with people.
I have mailed then more the 35 times

I had taken a loan of 500000 from paysense I had paid 12 emis and due to the pandemic I lost my job and not able to pay the money my emi is 20000
I thought of foreclosure of the amount by borrowing it from some one else but these collections guys are calling my contacts and using foul language in such a way that the using spellbound badwords about my family.

I want a resolution for this issue or else I will commit suicide and the sole responsibility will be Paysense team. And also I had already filed a case against them. Waiting for the Fir copy.

I was trying to close the loan (foreclosure) through Demand Draft (DD); whereas I have no information on how to proceed to close my loan.

There was no customer care number to contact and raised a request emails continuously whereas there is no response which is affecting the delay in process and burdening the day wise interest.

Hence, Kindly help me in resolving this issue and guide me to close the loan immediately.

Paysense is Harassing me by calling unknow people in my contact. And requesting for money.

Paysense are fraud. They are calling my relatives, my in-laws. Paysense has given the files of non payment to some recovery agents.

And they are harassing mentally calling my relatives and friends. Just because my number wasn't working.

I told them I will get money and I will pay soon and don't have money right now. But still they are doing the same.

Though they add charges and take more money,...

Fraud Criminal activity in my account.. do not own anything to paysens stil My accountIt is being kept on debiting and bouncing.. The same will be reported to all the concerned authorities and as a female I have been harassed and so a police complaint is also underway

HI I am Vinay Kumar I have taken loan of 1, 50, 000.00 from paysense and I have paid 11 EMI but due to some financial reason I have missed 3 emi and they are harassing me from 2 Months and they are calling my Freind and Family member and defaming me and also threatening and using very abusive language to my wife and parents please suggest me where I have to complain and can I do anything legally please suggest. This has been pain from taking loan to paying it back, so unprofessional of the company and the staff, never helped in anything, now I'm receiving harrassment calls and even when after paying the EMI. Loan : [protected]

1. I have taken a settlement for my loan outstanding amount and paid 50% amount to you.

2.Due to financial crisis I have not paid the remaining amount.So I told to them that I will pay remaining amount within few days.

3.In the mean while they have started doing calls to my contact list numbers and the same I have raised this issue through mails but no reply from them.And some of there executives with mobile ‪[protected], ‪[protected], [protected]‬, [protected], [protected] harassing and threatening to my contact list numbers.

4.May I know who given the rights to them to do the calls to customer contact list numbers.As the paysense was threatening to all the customers like me.

5.As the paysense team, Suraj, Vani and other executives harassing a lot to customers contact list numbers regarding the payment.

5. I'm requesting you to take appropriate action on paysense regarding this issue and plz solve the issue in the meanwhile there is no customer care.no.to talk with the paysense no reply for the mails so far.
I have enclosed the details of it.

These company collects multiple personal documents and sells information to other businesses. Got multiples calls from other banks and financial institutions regarding insurance, consumer goods sales, loans etc with my personal complete information with them.

Worst loan service ever. Keep asking documents like they are sending a person to moon, although they use your information to sell.
Whatever document you submit they will come back and ask more. The representative on the phone
seems to be calling from a public toilet sitting with a cheap tab and speaking lowest levels o[censored]nprofessional language.
Seems like a overconfident less customer oriented business. Stay away waste of time.

Exactly the same happened with me.
How could you take someone's debit card number along with cvv and atm pin until it's not sure that the loan would be disbursed. This is completely fraud

Last month in October I have taken a loan from paysense Pvt Ltd and as I discussed with them my loan amount has to be 9138
But now in there app the amount 13796 is showing
Which is not exceptable so now they trying to trap me on this

I have taken loan from paysence but since 7th month emi paid is not settled to the loan its still show has processing.

Still when I paid all over due as per there statement in July 21. Still I see 6 emi pending in nov21. How is this possible.

Executive name sumit taken money thru phonepay to his prasnal number, is not update in account and his contect no.[protected] paid on 8th july21.

I am sending email since 1 year till now with regular follow-up still I only get revert have re -escalated and update you on 48 hours.

Think of customer uneducated don't understand of transaction how must have they facing issue towards casual attitude from bank for service .

But till date no resolution but surly get calls from Collection to pay over due.

I took a personal loan from paysense . I paid 6 emi's on time. After which I lost my job and unable to pay emi. I requested them for a settlement. But recovery agents are calling my friends and relatives and harassing. I am planning to give a police complaint against them.
