This has been pain from taking loan to paying it back, so unprofessional of the company and the staff, never helped in anything, now I'm receiving harrassment calls and even when after paying the EMI. Loan : [protected]

    Dear sir/madam

    I'm Raghava taken a personal loan from your pay sense with loan.no.[protected]
    My.mobile.no.[protected].

    1. I have taken a settlement for my loan outstanding amount and paid 50% amount to you.

    2.Due to financial crisis I have not paid the remaining amount.So I told to them that I will pay remaining amount within few days.

    3.In the mean while they have started doing calls to my contact list numbers and the same I have raised this issue through mails but no reply from them.And some of there executives with mobile ‪[protected], ‪[protected], [protected]‬, [protected], [protected] harassing and threatening to my contact list numbers.

    4.May I know who given the rights to them to do the calls to customer contact list numbers.As the paysense was threatening to all the customers like me.

    5.As the paysense team, Suraj, Vani and other executives harassing a lot to customers contact list numbers regarding the payment.

    5. I'm requesting you to take appropriate action on paysense regarding this issue and plz solve the issue in the meanwhile there is no customer care.no.to talk with the paysense no reply for the mails so far.

      These company collects multiple personal documents and sells information to other businesses. Got multiples calls from other banks and financial institutions regarding insurance, consumer goods sales, loans etc with my personal complete information with them.

      Worst loan service ever. Keep asking documents like they are sending a person to moon, although they use your information to sell.
      Whatever document you submit they will come back and ask more. The representative on the phone
      seems to be calling from a public toilet sitting with a cheap tab and speaking lowest levels o[censored]nprofessional language.
      Seems like a overconfident less customer oriented business. Stay away waste of time.

      Received a call from paysense asking documents again. Advised have already requested to withdraw the application. Employee kept insisting to provide documents. When advised of LOAN not needed anymore. The lady said we will not give you LOAN you stupid ###. I guess they use these words when they don't make a sale.

          Greetings from PaySense.

          In regards to the EMI charges please find the below details.

          As per the policy, we cannot deduct the first EMI until 30 days are completed from the loan disbursal date. In your case loan disbursal date is 20th November 2021 which does not complete the 30-days cycle on 5th December 2021 hence, for those extra days instead of collecting the complete EMI, you have to pay the interest charges that are termed as the Pre-EMI charges.

          Your EMI starts from 5th January 2022 and 1st EMI will include one-time Pre-EMI charges of Rs. 1467. The amount which needs to be paid at the time of 1st EMI is Rs. 7314 and the rest of the EMI will be as per the agreement which is Rs. 5847.

            Exactly the same happened with me.
            How could you take someone's debit card number along with cvv and atm pin until it's not sure that the loan would be disbursed. This is completely fraud

                  Hi,

                  I have taken loan from paysence but since 7th month emi paid is not settled to the loan its still show has processing.

                  Still when I paid all over due as per there statement in July 21. Still I see 6 emi pending in nov21. How is this possible.

                  Executive name sumit taken money thru phonepay to his prasnal number, is not update in account and his contect no.[protected] paid on 8th july21.

                  I am sending email since 1 year till now with regular follow-up still I only get revert have re -escalated and update you on 48 hours.

                  Think of customer uneducated don't understand of transaction how must have they facing issue towards casual attitude from bank for service .

                  But till date no resolution but surly get calls from Collection to pay over due.

                  Loan start date 5th May 2020

                  Hope will get some resolution.

                      Hi, I received calls from Paysense Recovery goons. They have accessed my contacts through their app, threatened me, my family, and relatives for nonpayment. This is cybercrime as paysense has no authority to steal/access and misuse customer's contact list, and use it to harass the customer, his family, and relatives. I received calls from [protected] on 20th Nov 21 at 3:58pm. and also WhatsApp message from [protected]. Please take strict action against this.

                        I got a call from [protected] from Mukesh Singh this complaint has been reported by other user still consumer complaint has not rectified the issue I have satted the date for payments still consumer complaints do not have the power to stop it, my mother got an panic attack due to the harrasment by paysense team.                               They have ruined my life. They called my family members and friends and abused them. This has to stop if anyone can listen in India. People are suffering so much because of no action at all. I have filed 2 cyber complaints against them but no response yet.

                                I have used 3 months mortorium facility which they have charged 7000rs extra charges just for using the facility ..they have not informed amount these charges before ..Now they are calling all my contacts and harassing them ...this needs to be stopped. .I am filing a case in consumer court against them ..

                                    Hi team,
                                    I have paid my overdue charges via phone pe upi gateway. Amount is debited on 1st september 2021 from my bank account. But paysense failed to adjust that amount against my loan overdue EMI. I have contacted paysense customer care people they always we are investigating the thing but not able to find anything we are escalated to the concerned department but till date I didn't got any solution. one of their executives says payment failed but another executive says you will get refund. They are taking penalty charges every day also put penalty of 590/- against NACH delayed but on 5th September MY NACH debited successfully.
                                    Please help me in this situation.

                                    Earlier same company deducted EMI against a Pre-closed loan and after so many complaints they refund the amount. Now same thing is happening they don't find transaction take penalty then will refund money after 3 months.

                                    But this time I will not pay any penalty also if they don't refund amount will not pay any loan EMI also in the future.

                                      I do agree with all complaints i see against paysense.
                                      Even though paysense doesn't say it openly that goons hired by them but they are actually.
                                      These goons call to my freinds and relatives which are not even part of any details given during loan application process.
                                      How they got numbers from contacts list ?
                                      Are they doing something illegal to access my contact list ?
                                      [protected] was the number who abused my friends and relatives.
                                      And i see still person speaking on this number it means no action taken.

                                      You guess i have only one EMI pending that too only from paysense, who else dare to call and abuse me.
                                      I have observed this for 3 months. and i did it wantedly to confirm that they are paysense goons.

                                      I WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECOMEND ANYONE to deal with paysense and looking forward to post all call recording on twitter.

                                        Paysense team harassing using my contact list, as given access while using the phone app to allow permission, and they are taking the number from the contact list to harass everyone on my contact list, hence please look after this, as this is not the way to get the money recovered, without the legal notice
