Paytm Bank — fraud in fastag

I am a retired defence person. I have applied for a fastag for my car ka03mv9365 on 24th. November through paytm bank. Then they informed me that same will delivered on 4th. December, again extended to 11th. December. Still they are not delivered the same to me. But unfortunately on 8th. December i got messages that money is deducted for using my fastag in various toll plazas. Immediately i informed this to the bank's customer care, but so far not rectified their mistakes. So i request you please find the culprits misusing my fastag.
