Paytm — booking confirmation still pending after 15+hrs

I have booked two flights from paytm, the first flight (Vistaar) status is still not confirmed after 15+hrs, the second flights status shows cancelled but goair has sent me the tickets so i don't know whether my booking status is confirmed or not! What kind of a service is this, no one is picking up the calls (Customer care) i also mailed to them but no response!!
I need my ticket confirmed asap i have attached a screenshot of the paytm site but the booking status is still pending. I need my complaint resolved asap as i need a clarity on time whether my tickets are booked or not!!

I got a sms saying that 1000 rs has been debited to my credit card no ..4884 on account of paytm (pgsi)I have not authorized this transaction. How to resolve this although I have blocked my card .
