My amount has been deducted as withdrawn against dispute order id:[protected] as on 13/05/2019, paytm mobile no:[protected].
Till now amount not yet credited to paytm account, we tried for connecting to 24/7 chat but it not sending any msgs. It is showing as something went wrong.

Kindly help me when will my amount will get credited in paytm account.

    Paytm query/issue ref. No.[protected].

    Then[protected] and[protected] and[protected].

    On 22 jan, 2020,

    At 10:40 i was at bhagan (Murthal) toll plaza and rs. 70 deducted from my wallet which is correct.

    At 12:02 i was not at bhagan (Murthal) toll plaza and again rs. 70 deducted from my wallet which is incorrect.

    At 01:07 i was at ghagghar toll plaza and rs. 75 deducted from my wallet which is correct.

    Both bhagan and ghagghar toll difference is 160km and one have to take approx. 2 hrs to reach from one toll to another.

    If i was on bhagan toll at 12:02 how it can be possible to reach ghagghar toll at 01:07 which is 160 km far away.

    Related attachment have been provided multiple times.

    But nobody is understandable.

    I had raised the issue on 23 jan, 2020 and raise many call to customer care and more than 20 days has been past but no positive response. They are not understanding or analyzing the issue just making the ignorance comment on ticket and poor support, poor answers. Back end team who is taking care of issues response is very very very poor. There are spoiling paytm name. Nobody taking credibility.

    Their customer support is awfully poor and the worst customer support i have ever seen.

    Please refund the money which is incorrectly charged.

    There is no resolution till date.

    These people are not understanding the problem not even analyze the problem.

    Hundreds of times I told them, ON 22 Jan, 2020 At 12:02 PM I was not on the Bhagan toll plaza and incorrectly Rs. 70 deducted from my wallet. But these people are not understanding the issue and making comments on its own.

    They are not resolving the issue even they have deducted 185 for the name of vehicle class mismatch.
    and not returning the amount.

    Hence Paytm is not reliable and their customercare and backend team who is resolving fastag issues are very very dull, poor, unacknowledged, not understandable, unresponsive etc... .

    I will close their fastag and will take from reputed bank.

    Whatever you will say about paytm and their customercare is not sufficient.

      Paytm has been deducting the money even without visiting any toll plaza. My car has been standing in my parking for many days and never visited any toll plaza but paytm is deducting the money and showing wrong transactions.

      Their customer support is awfully poor and the worst customer support i have ever seen. I have raised this concern to them multiple times but every time they just send readymade responses even without reading my query. It seems any robot is responding. I will never suggest anyone to use paytm fastag as they are fraud.

        I booked a ticket from irctc official mobile app using paytm gateway for upi payment and after payment and deduction of amount from my account irctc app shows pending from bank end.
        Sbi sent sms for deduction of funds and bank balance is decreased but still no confirmation of ticket booking.
        There is no option or button for refund of my money. I have checked at website of irctc also.

        I m not getting cashback of rupees 50 2 times which i got from buying gulf oil coupons and i have used it but the cashback is failed 2 times and this 50 rupees vouches is failed to give by rewardport pvt

          That i had booked a air ticket (Air india express) through paytm mobile aap on 21/01/2020 for 21/02/2020
          Sarjaha to mumbai

          But i cancel (26/01/2020) it for, that the journey was not suitable for me in that day.
          Then air india express has confirmed my cancel ticket and send a mail invoice about my refund,

          Traveler= ajaya barik
          Ticket rate =5478+1100 (Modify date)
          Cancelation date 24/01/2020
          Cancelation and air lines charge and service taxes=2928.58
          And rest refund= 3650

          But paytm 26/01/2020 refund money 1030

          Then i talk with paytm, paytm said to me you will give us air india express invoice; again i mailed to paytm and gave this invoice
          And paytm said we will resolve your issue whitin 7 day and also you will refund rest money. But today is 12th day but paytm not hear me and say airline have pending your money.

          Then i talk with air india express
          And i said that paytm say airline has pending your money but air india express said we have refund all money at a time.

          Then i had call to paytm
          Now paytm saying half money refund him from air india express

          Now i am waiting on 12 day
          But money did not refund and paytm playing with his customer
          And paytm said airline se refund pending so i want conformaion
          Where is conformation and i want my rest refund

            Hello sir,
            I have ordered for paytm fastag on for my uncle's car form my no. And its received by my uncle on at his house address. He visited outstation by his car imposed with received tag by paytm. But the toll balance has been detected form my own account not from my uncles account. Hence i requested paytm fastag to change registered number of that particular fastag and received ref. No.[protected] stating that my problem will be resolved within 24 hrs of complaint but i do't get any call or response from paytm fastag for next 48 hrs. Then i again on complaint on their paid no. ([protected]) then again i got new ref. No.[protected] stating same as problem will be solved within 24 hrs. But no action has been taken till now ofi have mention all complaint no.

            But paytm fastag is not taking and step on every call it just say that your complaint will solve within 24 hrs plz wait... I have also submitted all documents asked by paytm fastag representative on their app

              I had ordered for fastag through paytm app and was delivered. The fastag was delivered inactive. When tried to activate it by uploading rc of my car. The application was throwing an error continuously. When i called their customer care they asked me to share the copy of rc through query, which i sent immediately. Until now evrytime i call their customer care. They are not able to resolve the issue. I feel cheated by the company.

              I raise complaint to there customer support to activate my fastag but till today 7-feb 2020 not get activated they do not cancel also

                  booking confirmation still pending after 15+hrs

Earlier also i did complaint to paytm regarding this but they didn't respond. So sir please unlink this vehicle from my account and refund my money because this is not my car.

                      There's is a mismatch of fasttag I called 24*7 help line they said it Will take few days to resolve issue but still the problem was not solved and not even responding to calls or texts (helpline)

                              I have been trying to connect with Paytm over the past month for the fastag activation. Initially they delivered a fastag without my Vehicle number written on it. I affixed that fastag to my vehicle and got it scanned on toll. It was passed once but no toll amount was deducted from my wallet. When I got it scanned second time, it was blacklisted. So i know that paytm has not done their work.

                              Since then i have calling them/opening issues in their 24/7 support section. No satisfactory responses either from issues or calls. They always say that they cannot take any action in call, they are also not doing anything outside the call. They even haven't given any reason for fastag not being able to work out. Once i was with them on the call for an hour and asking them to forward the call to their senior however, they are reluctant to do that as well. They were stuck on one thing that it is taking time, have patience. They did not provided any satisfactory response.

                              On 28th January, they delivered another fastag to me, this time my vehicle number written on it. They claimed that this is fastag is activated now and is attached to your vehicle number. I checked in the passbook section of paytm app, but couldn't see the fastag balance. I checked the fastag section, there are also couldn't see any active tag. The loop with customer service started again.

                              I have been tweeting them multiple times, but still not response. No response other then 'We have got your issue and are prioritizing it from our side.'

                                I recharged my dth account. Money got deducted but my recharge failed. Its been 2 days. I have not recieved my money back.                                   I have never placed on order through paytm mall previously but today i tried to place an order an received a message saying your account has been restricted by our syste, surveillance bot from availing return or replacement for the item (S) in your cart.                                     I made a transaction of 1400 on 16th dec through paytm. The amount was for neet registration. However immediately after paying the failed notification poped and got lapsed. However in the app it shows a successful payment. I was asked to pay again by neet for my registration, i spoke to paytm customer care and they told me that money will be refunded 2-4days. I made the payment twice for the same registration. However its been more than a month and i have lodged my complaint in indian overseas bank, paytm so many times but with no relief... Either iob, paytm or neet is responsible for this payment error. I am in no position to track the fault unless these paltform helps me. Please kindly check with the fault and give me my money back

                                      In continuation of this complaint i have received a mail by paytm
                                      That your issue is resolved, i checked fastag & recharge of 200, but fastag of my vehicle number itself is not available in my fastag paytm account
                                      I again called paytm & explained the whole issue
                                      And they say it is under process it will take some more time
                                      Talking fastag from paytm has become a big problem, if i have to pass on highway i will have to pay double the tol
                                      Hence i once again request you to help i resolveing the issue
