I have been trying to connect with Paytm over the past month for the fastag activation. Initially they delivered a fastag without my Vehicle number written on it. I affixed that fastag to my vehicle and got it scanned on toll. It was passed once but no toll amount was deducted from my wallet. When I got it scanned second time, it was blacklisted. So i know that paytm has not done their work.
Since then i have calling them/opening issues in their 24/7 support section. No satisfactory responses either from issues or calls. They always say that they cannot take any action in call, they are also not doing anything outside the call. They even haven't given any reason for fastag not being able to work out. Once i was with them on the call for an hour and asking them to forward the call to their senior however, they are reluctant to do that as well. They were stuck on one thing that it is taking time, have patience. They did not provided any satisfactory response.
On 28th January, they delivered another fastag to me, this time my vehicle number written on it. They claimed that this is fastag is activated now and is attached to your vehicle number. I checked in the passbook section of paytm app, but couldn't see the fastag balance. I checked the fastag section, there are also couldn't see any active tag. The loop with customer service started again.
I have been tweeting them multiple times, but still not response. No response other then 'We have got your issue and are prioritizing it from our side.'
