Paytm — cashback not received

I booked hotel from paytm twice with the offer of cashback. Of rs.1088 & 1500. After checking out they send me the massage telling you got cashback of the amount mentioned above but they didn't send any amount in my paytm wallet. My paytm wallet amount is still rs.0.00. I made many complaints and calls to them but they are not doing anything. My booking id for those hotels are [protected] & [protected]. Iam attching the screen shot of my paytm wallet for your refrence. Kindly help me with this matter.
