I had booked a ticket from bangalore to udupi on 14/13/2017 with order id [protected], in the invoice bus operator name was ideal travels, the bus was supposed to reach destination by 6.00am today but the driver and cleaner dropped me and 15 other passengers in mangalore and told the bus operator told to drop till mangalore only so you better take other bus and reach destination from mangalore to udupi it's 60km distance, but at 5.30am how and where to find a bus in some unknown place?? Paytm is supporting fraud operators and cheating people, i raised the concern in paytm customer service and i got a anonymous resolution from paytm they paid 130 rs cash back which i never initiated and the decision was one-sided they anonymously took decision and paid this amount but the mental tensions which had to face at that point in time who will compensate for it? Paytm is a third party administrator providing a platform but there is no credibility, paytm is losing the trust and proving again and again to be a fraud.
I tried to transfer 200 rs using upi with upi transaction id[protected] but transaction was failed and amount debeted
And u people dont have any concern about costumer
u people dont respond on phone then why did u provided that [censored] number
I used paytm for pay electricity bill of CESC LTD on 13 Dec and 11 Dec for Rs 510 and money deducted from bank both time but bill is not paid. Money deducted vide Paytm[protected] dt 13/12/17 and Paytm[protected] dtd 10/12/17. Request for returned money in account.

    I have ordered shoes from paytm mall app in the morning of 14th of december and cancelled it in the evening of 14th of december.
    I have paid 1599 rupees by using debit card and paytm wallet.
    My order number is [protected].
    The cancellation of this order is still in pending from 14th december.
    Today is 16th of december.
    Please help
    I have booked a ticket from IRCTC on 4 December 2017 and cancelled on same day. IRCTC refunded it to PAYTMAG on 7 December 2017 but the same is not credited to my bank account till date. Plz help
    Dear sir, I have sent money through Axis bank transaction to akash institute, amount is deducted my bank account but whom I have sent money not receiving any amount . so Refund back my money as soon as possible. Dt Dec16 Th 2017, Amount Rs.3906 .

        This is a complaint against indiashopee.com & paytm.com. I get a call from an executive at 11:30 am on 11/12/2017, claiming that she is from paytm on my registered mobile number. She then went ahead telling that i am listed as one of the top 10 lucky customers of paytm as i purchased one desktop on so and so date. She also tells me all the patytm details and my cart items with all purchase history to make sure she is the customer executive of paytm. Now, she added telling that i have four options as gift items from which i must select one and must go through a minimum purchase of 3000 in paytm before 12 pm on 11th of this month. She says to add item to cart and give her a call on the same number. As mentioned, she had all my paytm details, i went on believing her and did as directed.

        I added a ups (Value: 4963) to my cart and gave a call. She tells to make the payment to a number ([protected], wallet tx id: [protected]). When asked why make payment to a number and not payment gateway, she tell that it is a call from paytm gift department so i must go the same way.

        Now, after transaction i get a call saying that i will receive the product within 2 days with my gift free of cost and booking details in mail and sms with cashback within 24 hrs. I didn't get any cashback and mail but got one sms (From: [protected] on 11 dec at 1:00 pm stating booking id: sn0847596).

        After 2 days, again i made a call to the same number for the status of my order. They then tell that it will for sure reach within 2 days as it was delayed due to some courier problems. After 2 days, again i am getting a call (From: [protected]) saying that they will be charging some 6700 in the name of gst which was never mentioned before. I then tell them weather you cancel my order of give my product without any further payments as i was never aware of this payment to be made. Then they tell that they are from gst team and cannot do the same.

        I then called the previous numbers and asked the same, then they transfer my call to some senior executive. When mentioning about paytm, he told that they are not from paytm, but from indiashopee and cuts the call. They then don't receive any further calls and switch of their mobile or put on block.

        All recordings preserved.

        Note:
        1) if this is a fraud, how can someone access a paytm account and get to know all the details.
        2) how can paytm site have such a flaw?
        3) how did the transition from paytm to indiashopee took place?
        Maine customer care me call kar ke bola toh abhi tak nahi huwa 20-20 min hold pe rakh ke balance khatam kar dete hai mob ka jo customer dubara call bhi na kare 2 hours ke baad toh call received karte hai ...
        i want to closing my paytm account [protected]..mail conferm ho gaya fir bhi nai kiye wo log..
        All my contacts are being corrupted by paytm. how to stop it? i do not want it. it is very irritating unnecessary and with out my permission.

          My paytm account is blocked. I have huge amount of money in my paytm account. What about my money.? When it'll get unblocked? I have sent you message from help & support section but haven't received any reply. Please help me with that as i have alot of money jn my wallet. And now i'm not able to open my account.
          I have messaged paytm 3 times regarding this.

            I ordered product at 26 nov 2017 but till now i didn't get my product i had paid payment at the time of order but i didn't get it after 20 days he gave estimate delivery time 14/12/2017
            But after it now i no need of thos product thay nt cancel my order on nt retuen my money they has not compliant help line toll free num i had wasted 200 rupees on call for complaints now i no need the product i wann my money back immediately

              I wanted to transfer to the mobile wallet of phone no. [protected] rs. 4000/- and by mistake got transferred to mobile recharge of vodafone prepaid. The order id was [protected]. Operator reference number jptm [protected] dated 13.11.2017 at 7.24pm. Upon discovering the error it was immediately brought to the notice. Was told already transferred to the operator. Contacted the operator for reversal of the transaction. Got an intimation by mail from harjinder kaushik of vodafone care that the amount was refunded on 30.11.2017 to paytm vide transaction id [protected]. The service request number was [protected].

              Till date the amount has not been credited to the paytm account of la adorabelle (Ph no. [protected]).
              The amount should now be credited with interest forthwith.

                Paytm has blocked my account and not providing me access to my own account, it has around 1500 rs, in walllet and they requested me to provide all the documents like my aadhar, dl, pan etc. Even after submitting the same there is no response from them at all. This is pathetic. I just wonder how many people have been cheated like this in india.

                I have been writing mails from more than 2 months, yet there seems no response and they seem to be totally ignorant about my mails.

                Can we not do anything to fraudsters like this?

                  On 8.12.17 i attempted for an online transaction of amount rs 2518.05 through paytm wallet. Transaction id - [protected]. The transaction got failed but money got deducted. Again i tried second time with the same amount, transaction id - [protected]. That transaction too failed. I called up paytm customer care several times and they assured me to refund within 7 maximum days. But i still haven't received my money and now they are saying the transaction ids are wrong. Please help me

                    My wallet amount 958 has been deducted on 13 dec. At 10:47 pm and in paytm pass book their is written that "transfer to bank" but i didn't add that. And in my bank account which is in punjab national bank their is no additional of such amount. And every time i made any transaction with my paytm account i received a mail and a message but on this transaction i don't recieved any of them.

                      Hello,

                      I purchased fastag from paytm a month ago travelled through toll plaza and used fastag for payment. Till date i haven't got the said cash back of 7.5%.

                      Tried to call customer care, no one picks up the call and after a long hold the call gets disconnected. Have mailed but no response.

                      Have never expected this type of service from paytm and not sure how to reach them.
                      Paytm Fastag cashback for August 2019 not received. When enquired got reply, "we are yet to receive information from NHAI for August cashback. Cashback for 2019-20 is 2.5%." August 2019 comes in FY 2019-20 only. Please request you not to fool people. Will raise the case with NHAI for irregularities in paytm Fastag. Fraud people.

                        I have ordered for a nescafe classic coffee ritual pack on[protected] vide order no.[protected]. On[protected], i have received a sealed packet received through the courier xpressbees. After opening the package i found the glass and chinaware items were broken into pieces and the instant coffee powder was spilled allover inside the package. This happened for the second time for the same product from paytm mall. I request a replacement of the product immediately that to to be delivered in good condition.

                          I booked hotel from paytm twice with the offer of cashback. Of rs.1088 & 1500. After checking out they send me the massage telling you got cashback of the amount mentioned above but they didn't send any amount in my paytm wallet. My paytm wallet amount is still rs.0.00.                           Dear concern,

                          This is to inform you that i used paytm for paying the electric bill. While transaction i got an offer a flat cash back to use the qr code. But still, i did not get any amount from your side. This is very disappointing to me that paytm does the same like another fraud companies, that they attract users but did not follow their commitment.

                          If you can solve this issue, then we consider that it may be happened by a technical fault otherwise, we will never be suggested to using paytm app to the others.

                            I am highly appreciated you success for last decades. But this is not fare of charging for password change.

                            Every time when users want to change their password then they give money in the form of call charges.

                            This is wastage of money and not a appropriate use for call charges.

                            So i request to you kindly take an action regarding this matter. Moreover no one single website which take any charges for the password change.

                            I hope you and your team will take action on this matter for providing better services.

                                  I was trying to recharge a tariff of rs. 14 on my idea no. ([protected]) but it failed once and it was successful in the second time. Paytm has deducted rs. 14 twice. So, kindly refund rs. 14 to my account. My order id is [protected]. This is the order id of that transaction which was failed but the paytm has deducted rs. 14 from my account. Hope my amount will be refunded.

                                    Maine [protected] is paytm payment bank se dusare paytm bank [protected] isme 2000rs 7/12/17 ko upi se bheje the lekin ye transaction failed ho gya hai or main complaint kar chuka hu paytm pr bahut baar lekin kohi solution nahi mil raha hai. 7 se complaint kar raha hu paytm pr mere rupees nahi de rahe hai. Main customer care pr call karna hu to 30min tak hold par rakh dete hai...

                                      today's transaction was very disgusting. how a trusted brand like you can cheat people. I have done mobile recharge of 249 rs and added 7 rs msg balance. Both transactions were done using my debit card but money was also deducted from my Paytm wallet and it is showing zero balance. when went to transaction history it is showing only 247 rs and not of 7 rs. so there is no transaction id for the money you deducted so there was no scope for complaint in customer care service.

                                      hope you will look into the problem and resolve it.
