Paytm — Coupon Code not working

Dear Team, I have been following up several times with the email id of your customer care which is [protected]@paytm.com but seems to have not been addressed. I have sent reminders for my grevience at least 5 times but unable to get a single answer. I had got the scheme of getting Rs 400 as cash back for 6 months from the date of purchase of my new samsung handset. i have received only 1 till now and next recharge date is due as per the last recharge date. Although i am receiving the notifications of recharge but the coupon code received does not work. would request to kindly have the same grevience addressed on immediate and priority basis.
