    Again I have to register a complaint against you guys. I just don't understand what has suddenly happened to you service. 1. You guys cancelled my Red Tape Brown Casual Shoes (Size-9) with same order no. as below shoe i.e. ORDER NO.[protected], without intimating me. I did register a complaint against the same issue at the paytm contact us page and received a Ticket #[protected] as my registered ticket number. Also, I did get a reply very next day from Mr Aman. And the worst happened when I got a mail that your order has been cancelled. I was really shocked to see that. But worst has yet to come. 2. Bus Cancellation with order no. as[protected] Bus Ticket (OB1BU5) from Anand to Mumbai on[protected] issue. The worst experience ever. In-spite of so many drills via emails, Paytm doesn't bother to acknowledge me. This forced me to write you guys and disturb you. Paytm sucks big time for Bus ticket service. I was a regular user of paytm so had built trust in them and thought ill use their new service –BUS TICKETS. I booked 3 tickets from Anand to Mumbai- with order no as below Order ID[protected],[protected] and[protected]. So after receiving message and mail with pnr and all, I called Rajkamal travels then I learned that no bus service for Mumbai has been provided by Rajkamal. On the middle of the high-way at 12.00 in the night waiting for Rajkamal Bus. Then somehow we managed to get in a bus that too sat on the rubbish and dirty stairs that too paid Rs. 500 for each ticket. Post this huge blunder we dropped in a mail to Paytm and they don’t have a courtesy to at least acknowledge the same. Also, here I have did register my query with Ticket #[protected] but I just didn't get any reply from them. They did return the paid money when my better escalated the issue on different consumer forum which is more worst for you guys. 3. Delay in this delivery.Lee Cooper Brown Ankle Length Sneakers (Size-10) with order no.[protected]. It has been more than a three weeks when I place my order and still I haven't received. If you can't match up with the requirements then please don't get into that business. I used to love paytm but all thanks to you guys I have started hating it.       i had recharged 100/- in paytm at 28april around 8:45pm on bsnl number..but it shows transaction failed but 100/- debited from my sbi a/c. next i went to paytm wallet..there i got that 100/-.but there was an option of refund. i clicked there for bank refund. an after that i got an sms n email. see below.. We have initiated refund of Rs 100.0 to your bank/card as per your request on[protected]:50:56 . Your bank may take 10 working days to show this money in your account/card. Your available Paytm Cash balance is now Rs. 0.0 . For any query on this transaction E73769511D7C5810, contact us on [protected]@paytm.com. but till now 10days went i didnt get my cash back yet.. so plss help me to get back that amount..as soon as possible..

        Hi, This is Vijay From Bangalore. I have booked Jockey Boxer shots(set of 2) from Paytm site the cost is Rs.797/-, I have received only 1 Jockey Boxer shot in the parcel. Written 10mails to [protected]@paytm.com but no use. No one called me for my problem from paytm team. More over Paytm never mentioned any customer care helpline number. My order ID is[protected]. This is the way Paytm is blaming customers. Could you please let me know to whom should I contact to resolve my problem. Kindly treat this as a high priority and do the needful.           I am BALAMURUGAN S., my paytm I'd is dr.[protected]@gmail.com., I ordered Samsung charger and delivered .order no is[protected]., After receiving I found that it was duplicate and contacted customer care service they said to return the item by myself by courier and to update courier slip because the pick up service was busy., I sent the product on 08.04.2015 by courier and updated courier slip by mail. I tracked the courier, it was delivered on 10.04.2015, received by Shika Jain who is staff of Elite class marketing ltd, his mobile no is [protected]., Then I contacted paytm care service for so many times., these are the paytm complaint ticket nos[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[prot... Everyone telling the same wait for 48-72hrs., nobody gave a solution.             I ordered an iPad mini 3 as per the product details on the website and I have been delivered and IPadi mini 1. I am really appalled by this experience and I feel I have been duped. When asked for a clarification on this mix up, the customer care is responding to me with generic email templates that they understand the situation etc. but have not guaranteed a replacement of the product. They even took longer than expected to deliver the product and when delivered I was handed a wrong product. I need a replacement with the correct product and not a refund.                 I recharge my DTH account thru Paytm on 26th March. First time there is transaction failed therefore I tried immediately for second time. This time the transaction was successfully but amount get deducted from my account two times. The transaction ids are StUBP[protected] and StUBP[protected]. I raised the complaint with customer care but there is not proper response. Also they do not have the call center to resolve the issue. Please look into it. The amount get deducted is Rs. 375 two times.

                      i buy a two kwardrobe kurti on paytm on 27 april 2015 and do online payment of 2049 inr, paytm said that your order will be deliver to yor address at 1st june but on 2nd june i recive message from pay tm that one of the yor order is cancelled and your payment of 750 inr is added to yor paytm wallet to yor bank account, but my refund is not submitted yet. so at 3rd june i cancelled second order of 1299 inr cancelled beacause it is still not shipped to my adress. my order no is #[protected] the same complaint i recorded to paytm so many times but they are still not contact me or i still not get my total refund of 2049 my name is nikunj patel and my cell no is [protected] regards nikunj patel thanks

                            I had ordered a product with paytm worth 1199 which had a cash back of 60% but the cashback would be applicable if the order is completed ! Now the problem is they delivered a completely different n cheap product so i asked for a refund now i payed using my credit card but the refund they were offering is in paytm wallet ! Now i paid using my credit card not my paytm wallet i was happy to get the correct product delivered and paying the amount i actually paid ! Now these guys are not even giving me the refund as well as not delivering the correct product ! Instead they gave me a refund in my wallet of 747 and remaining 452 in my bank ac ! Now logically speaking it wasnt my mistake that they delivered a completely different product ! So the order was not completed hence i'd like a full refund of the amount i paid n not a partial amount ! N the paytm wallet as well is of no use when i hold a credit card i can make payments instantly from my card ! To promote their new features why should we suffer ! Please look into it and help me to raise a voice against these scammers ! Thank you

                                  Please understand the issue here: On recharge of Rs 258 I should have received the TT of Rs 280 which is shown on your website as well as Aircel website. When the same is being reflected then why did I get the TT of Rs 226. For this issue I need Paytm to look into and resolve. I'm not able to reach to the Aircel through email or call. When Paytm is the front end for me then why are you asking me to check with Aircel?
