I am BALAMURUGAN S., my paytm I'd is dr.[protected]@gmail.com., I ordered Samsung charger and delivered .order no is[protected]., After receiving I found that it was duplicate and contacted customer care service they said to return the item by myself by courier and to update courier slip because the pick up service was busy., I sent the product on 08.04.2015 by courier and updated courier slip by mail. I tracked the courier, it was delivered on 10.04.2015, received by Shika Jain who is staff of Elite class marketing ltd, his mobile no is [protected]., Then I contacted paytm care service for so many times., these are the paytm complaint ticket nos[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[prot... Everyone telling the same wait for 48-72hrs., nobody gave a solution. I have attached courier slip and courier tracking details with this mail. kindly do favor for me., I m struggling with them for more than a month., Thanking you

    I ordered an iPad mini 3 as per the product details on the website and I have been delivered and IPadi mini 1. I am really appalled by this experience and I feel I have been duped. When asked for a clarification on this mix up, the customer care is responding to me with generic email templates that they understand the situation etc. but have not guaranteed a replacement of the product. They even took longer than expected to deliver the product and when delivered I was handed a wrong product. I need a replacement with the correct product and not a refund. But as the payment was not received to Foodpanda from paytm and resulted the order was not proceed, instead the amount was deducted from my account.         I recharge my DTH account thru Paytm on 26th March. First time there is transaction failed therefore I tried immediately for second time. This time the transaction was successfully but amount get deducted from my account two times. The transaction ids are StUBP[protected] and StUBP[protected]. I raised the complaint with customer care but there is not proper response. Also they do not have the call center to resolve the issue. Please look into it. The amount get deducted is Rs. 375 two times.

              i buy a two kwardrobe kurti on paytm on 27 april 2015 and do online payment of 2049 inr, paytm said that your order will be deliver to yor address at 1st june but on 2nd june i recive message from pay tm that one of the yor order is cancelled and your payment of 750 inr is added to yor paytm wallet to yor bank account, but my refund is not submitted yet. so at 3rd june i cancelled second order of 1299 inr cancelled beacause it is still not shipped to my adress. my order no is #[protected] the same complaint i recorded to paytm so many times but they are still not contact me or i still not get my total refund of 2049 my name is nikunj patel and my cell no is [protected] regards nikunj patel thanks

                I have booked two bus tickets, unfortunately, Bus cancelled from operator end after repeated mail from paytm care they have refunded only one ticket amount but another ticket (order ID#[protected] amount till not received . I raised ticket #[protected] on apr 19 till now no resolution.                     I had ordered a product with paytm worth 1199 which had a cash back of 60% but the cashback would be applicable if the order is completed ! Now the problem is they delivered a completely different n cheap product so i asked for a refund now i payed using my credit card but the refund they were offering is in paytm wallet ! Now i paid using my credit card not my paytm wallet i was happy to get the correct product delivered and paying the amount i actually paid ! Now these guys are not even giving me the refund as well as not delivering the correct product ! Instead they gave me a refund in my wallet of 747 and remaining 452 in my bank ac ! Now logically speaking it wasnt my mistake that they delivered a completely different product ! So the order was not completed hence i'd like a full refund of the amount i paid n not a partial amount ! N the paytm wallet as well is of no use when i hold a credit card i can make payments instantly from my card ! To promote their new features why should we suffer ! Please look into it and help me to raise a voice against these scammers ! Thank you

                          Please understand the issue here: On recharge of Rs 258 I should have received the TT of Rs 280 which is shown on your website as well as Aircel website. When the same is being reflected then why did I get the TT of Rs 226. For this issue I need Paytm to look into and resolve. I'm not able to reach to the Aircel through email or call. When Paytm is the front end for me then why are you asking me to check with Aircel?

                                This is regarding order no[protected]..for amount of 1798rs.. i ordered 2 accu check strips on 13th of april and since the ordered got delivered to me . I am just writing complaints and there is no one to redress the issue . This order got delivered to me on 16th of april and since then i am just writing complaints. When the order got delivered to it was writen 2 quantity accu check strips on the bill and when i opened the packaging only one quantity accu check strips was found by me. I was extremely dissatisfied on the sellers end that he cheated me by sending one accu check strips instead of 2 and wrote on the invoice 2 accu check strips also there is no product checks done by Paytm before delivering the product as to whether the seller is sending the Customer the right quantity or no . When it came i complained about it the Customer Care executive instead of listening to what exactly happened just marked a return request for one quantity accucheck just tell me one thing when i just have one accu check with me and then you will ask me to return that one accu check strip then what about the refund of the other accu check strip that is not even delivered to me..how would you process the return ..any how the delivery person came i was not at home that time and he marked that the customer wants to keep the product. Again i complained to Paytm again they cudnot understand and marked a return request. Then the delivery person came and i any how returned the single accu check strips that i had and the refund was processed for that returned accu check strip. I again complained that please refind me the amount for the accucheck strips that i donot even have and the reply came we will refund you only amount for one accu check strips because you kept the other and i was so angry how can you say that when i donot have any other aCCU check strip packet. I just had one packet that was delivered to me and now thats is returned . Please refund the amount of 585 of the other accu check active which was not even delivered to me in actually. I hope you would redress my grievance or i will have to write to rbi . My last resort. I am attaching some pictures for you ready reference. Ask the seller instead why he sent one accu check strip instead of 2.. it was a big lesson for me that from now onwards if i have to purchase anything it 2quantites. I shud purchase it seperately in different orders instead of placing a single order and then suffering because of the seller

                                  I have make purchase one sandals from paytm on 21st april 2015. committed date of delivery was 30th of april but still i did not get that order, When i write email then every time they reply we will solve yr problem within 48-72 hours but 4-5 time that 48-72 hour has passed they did not gave any solution. Now my order has shipped but not delivered (Order No:[protected]. They have updated the docket number (UNIPAYP1926431) of Gojavas courier, When i conform from Gojavas courier they told that Same thinks sir 48-72 hours your order delivered.but yet it is not delivered my product i have also complaint number from gojavas courier (complaint num-715747).                                       My Name is Abid and i ordered a Queen Size Bed ( Hometown Marina Queen Bed With Box Storage) online on 18 April. I received my bed on 27 April but my cash back of 7000 INR as per the offer has not been made yet. The order against which i purchased the bed is ORDER NO.[protected]. I am attaching the screen shot of the order and product photo in this complaint for your reference. I duly informed Paytm in several email about the product being received by me in several emails however i am still waiting for my cash back. I would like someone to help me get my cash back and I request everyone not to fall for Paytm offers as they are fraudulent and you will not get any response from Paytm customer care even after repeated attempts.
