My Name is Abid and i ordered a Queen Size Bed ( Hometown Marina Queen Bed With Box Storage) online on 18 April. I received my bed on 27 April but my cash back of 7000 INR as per the offer has not been made yet. The order against which i purchased the bed is ORDER NO.[protected]. I am attaching the screen shot of the order and product photo in this complaint for your reference.
I duly informed Paytm in several email about the product being received by me in several emails however i am still waiting for my cash back.
I would like someone to help me get my cash back and I request everyone not to fall for Paytm offers as they are fraudulent and you will not get any response from Paytm customer care even after repeated attempts. They have been programmed to repeat the same words without even reading you complaint.

strategically not even kept a customer care no to reach the one which is kept

I don't understand one thing. I keep telling u guys that I have received the
product already on 27th April at my home but you keep telling me that cash back
can be done within 24 hours of the product being shipped. Why don't you guys
update the status of this order so that my cash back gets processed. Is this
too hard to understand. I don't know why do you keep sending me the same reply.
Its my 4th email explaining the same thing over and over again.

I understand you would like to know when the cash back will be credited into
your Paytm account.
You can credit the cashback into your Paytm Wallet within 24 hrs of your item
being shipped (for prepaid order only). All you need to do is to follow the
steps mentioned below:
1) Login to your Paytm account through the link https://paytm.com/shop
2) Click on 'Your Orders'.
2) Go to the Order Number for which you want to process the cash back.
3) Click on 'Cashback'.
4) Accept the Terms and condition.
5) Click 'OK'
Please note that for COD orders cash back will be credited within 24 hrs once
the product is delivered.
Note: We provide cash back in the form of Paytm cash that can be used for your
future transactions on Paytm.com. It cannot be transferred to bank.

paytm cash. The policy is that cash will be added to wallet within 24 hours of
product being shipped.
