Paytm — Fake buses booking on app

I booked a bus using the paytm app! The boarding time was 11.15..i reach boarding point at 10.30..all well!! But no bus came. Not a single bus from nila travels. I called the customer care number 18 times and they kept cutting my call!! They dint send me any number to contact, not picking my call and left me stranded. I waited and tried till 12.30 am. I have all the call log showing the calls being cut at 6, 3, 4, 2 seconds after picking all 18 times. Some buses shown in paytm are fake. And they won't do nothing if you call them. You have to send a mail! And again call to initiate the process of resolution. Anyone who sees this post beware of the fake buses on paytm! Make sure the buses exist before you book!!!
