Hi Team, I have booked a BUS ticket from my Paytm id: [protected] ([protected]@gmail.com) from GOA to MUMBAU on 2nd MAY 2015. Later that I have called customer care for an query for cancellation procedure and not asked to cancel my ticket. But your representative had cancel the same. ISSUE: I didn't receive any cash in my Paytm cash wallet as well as in my Kotak bank. Please assist me on the same. Looking forward from hearing you. Regards, Akhilesh Singh [protected]

    Dear Mam/Sir, I am very disappointed with my experience with paytm.com. This is my first purchase on paytm.com. Please find the details which I reported to paytm.com at [protected]@paytm.com and [protected]@paytm.com on 18 Mar 15, 19 Mar 15 and latest on 26 Mar 15 to [protected]@paytm.com via email as a third and last stage of grievance redressal system of paytm.com however no response is received against this. Please find the initial letter complaint sent via email in the quote. " Air Force Station, Barrackpore 19 Mar 15 The Customer Care Manager, paytm.com, RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT : PAYTM ORDER #[protected] Dear Mam/Sir, 1. Refer my complaint email of dated 18 Mar 15 to your customer care regarding newly purchased laptop from paytm. 2. I do not understand your email reply of "Replacement/Exchange is not available", as while purchasing the item your return policy page mentions as shown below:- Return Policy We would be open to accepting returns within a period of 15 days from the date of delivery of the item. This is only in the case of damaged/ defective/ wrong products received. In such cases, please inform our customer care within 24 - 48 hours of product delivery. Also share a few photographs of the product and packaging, highlighting the issue with the product. 3. I would like to mention that I received the defective product from your end with the defect " laptop does not power on with battery" and " amber light flickering with AC power cable connected means battery not charging at all". I reported the issue within 24 hrs of receipt of the laptop via email to your customer care. Further I report in details the defect of the received laptop within two days of receipt of defective item. As per your return policy mentioned while purchasing I am eligible for return/replacement of the defective product. 4. In view of this, I feel cheated with your advice to me for contacting with Acer Service Centre for warranty repair as my case is not of warranty issue, instead it is the issue of defective product supply from your end. This is my very first experience with the paytm.com. 5. Further, let me mention to you that I online buyer from flipkart, infebeam and snapdeal for electronics item and I found their customer support to be very good and I got replacement / refund of my money against return of defective product as per the return/replacement policy. 6. In view of this I would like to have return/replacement of the laptop supplied to me by paytm.com and refund of the money I paid for the purchase of laptop. 7. Looking forward for favourable reply from you accepting my return/replacement of the defective product (laptop) as mentioned in your return policy while purchasing the item and refund the money accordingly.     Dear Mam/Sir,

    I received the defective laptop from paytm.com and even after complaining to [protected]@paytm.com, my complaint is not resolved.
    Ordered Symphony Silver White Personal Cooler through Order No. [protected] on 26th May 2018. Received a defective piece with Product Serial No.[protected] on 29th May 2018. Defect: The Swing is not working. Please replace the item with a new one.

      i have ordered a pizza via paytm gateway but it dudcted the amount of 500 rupees and transaction went failure. kindly refund the money. i am attaching the pdf file of that transaction. Transaction was successful at my end, it deducted the amount of 500 rupees but at your end it shows failure.

But at the time of receiving i just got only 4 boxes and paytm gave me message that your order is delivered. My money is stuck and i have complained so many times even send the images of the received product and they are not responding and not even giving my money back. Please help me...

              Today In the morning at 28 Mar '15 6:19 am I had add money to My wallet with ORDER NO.[protected]. The money has deducted from My SBI bank debit card ( I had checked into My bank account ) but it has not come into My paytm wallet account till 9:30 am. So then I have cancelled the order at 9:30 am. The order is showing Rs. 400 has been refunded to your bank but the amount has not yet come into My SBI bank account. I had tried to call on customer care many times and the amount has also deducted from My mobile balance on this No. [protected] ( Paytm No.), but nobody has picked up the phone. I am facing this type of problem the third time on Paytm.

I have made a purchase order no. #[protected] wherein it was mentioned using promotional code A10K would offer Rs. 9999 as cash back in my paytm wallet. 1st it mentioned on shipment it would be credited in 24 hours. 2nd On the product was shipped, it mentioned upon delivery it will get credited 3rd from the pic below you can notice it says promo code is accepted and within 2 hours it will get credited. It is more 48 hours. and there is no information about credit.                           I booked a bus using the paytm app! The boarding time was 11.15..i reach boarding point at 10.30..all well!! But no bus came. Not a single bus from nila travels. I called the customer care number 18 times and they kept cutting my call!! They dint send me any number to contact, not picking my call and left me stranded. I waited and tried till 12.30 am. I have all the call log showing the calls being cut at 6, 3, 4, 2 seconds after picking...

                          To Paytm head department, When I will get my order forme find f105 dual sim phone (Black) with order no[protected] shipped. Product not Shipped yet, It's 1 week over after placing order. It already exceeds the estimated shipping date 25 March and it's now 27 March which also exceeds the estimated delivery date given by paytm. Ship it fast or refund my amount Rs 694/- I request you to take escalate this issue, what is going on paytm either ship it fast or refund my money or else I will take this matter to the consumer forum. . . you have wasted my precious time and money as well. You have to compensate for that.
