Paytm — Fake Duplicate Product received - Canon LP E8 battery

Hi, I had purchased Canon LP-E8 battery from Paytm. The item I received is a duplicate fake product. Its a replica of the original Canon LP E8 battery pack. This item is a replica of the original Canon battery which is available in the grey market. The original one has date of manufacture, import date, price, importer address mentioned, but the one I received, there is no such thing, which clearly shows that this is a duplicate battery. I got a DUPLICATE FAKE CANON battery from Paytm. I really dont have any idea how paytm can sell duplicate and fake products. I always encourage my friends and family friends to buy from Paytm as you provide original products at the cheapest price online. I am not asking much from you. I just want to return this Duplicate Fake Canon Lp E8 battery and get my full refund in paytm cash. I dont understand why Paytm is so reluctant to take this product back and give me my full refund. I already visited Canon service centre in Kolkata, and by looking athe product only they told that its a FAKE DUPLICATE LP-E8 battery. They did not entertain me for a FAKE product. What should I do now? I mailed at [protected]@paytm.com, [protected]@paytm.com, but I got the same reply from both - Contact service centre..
