Paytm Fastag — fastag not delivered reg

Dear sir
I have placed order for the fastag trrough paytm app. My paytm account number [protected]@paytm. The order number is [protected] dated 17 dec 2019.
Till date i have not received the fastag. And in the paytm app they shown as delivered. I have raised complaints several times about non delivery of fastag. But till now no response received from paytm.
Hence i request you to esquire this issue and take necessary action.
