My fastag is damage due some issues in May 2022 .I submitted the complaint in Paytm fastag company for my fast replacement. but the didn’t replace my fasting to till date .I paid 100RS replacement charge. But they are not replacing my fastag . unable to reach paytm in any channel(chat, email, call etc etc)

    It is to bring to your notice that my vehicle bearing registration number AS02D5649 is driven only in Assam, We use Fastag and the amount is deducted at toll gates.
    However, for a few months, I have been noticing that small amounts of money are being debited from my account at toll stations in Tamil Nadu. I am attaching images as well as screenshots for your reference.
    This is a serious discrepancy from your end. I need a full refund of all the debited amounts.

      Up78bg0304(govt. Vehicle) paytm fastag is black listed while paytm walled is alreday recharged and balance is 1336. Paytm customer care saying that after 48 hrs to 72 hrs activate . So will the truck remain standing in the toll plaza till then.

        As per the details provided below, I had clearly travelled 3 times within 24 hours (20th Sept 8:46 am and 21st Sept 8:39am).

        Yet I have been charged total of Rs. 70/-, instead of the charges of Rs. 42/- (for multiple entries in 24hours, as per the charges mentioned at the said toll).

        Please find below the bifurcation of the amount deducted:

        1- Amount of Rs.28 deducted from my wallet on[protected]:06:12 is for transaction number[protected]dP done on[protected]:46.

        2- Amount of Rs. 28 deducted from my wallet on[protected]:06:14 is for transaction number[protected]dP done on[protected]:58
        3- Amount of Rs.14 deducted from my wallet on[protected]:39:08

          I have not gone anywhere due to Lockdown and i got a message today this message

          I have not gone anywhere..please solve the issue and refund the amount.. and please help my that who is using my fastag ...please reply ASAP

            Yesterday on 5.15 pm i m on the route of ayodhya to lucknow, at Ronahi toll plaza toll of Rs. 50 for down journey within 24 hour return is not deducted despite of having Rs. 106.94 balance in my Paytm tag. So Toll employee has collected Rs.210 for toll.
            My car no. Is UP70BY0231 and my paytm tag is always require rs.150 minimum balance despite Government has remove the rule having minimum balance in tag.

                    On 21.12.2020, I drove my car from Maduravoyal to Tambaram via the Vanagaram Toll Gate.at 6.27 pm and returned at 9.02 pm.
                    I am having Paytm FASTAG for making payments in Toll gate vide my id UPID is [protected]@paytm.
                    While proceeding to Tambaram I was debited Rs 45/ and the same amount was gain debited on my return also. Thus excess debit has been effected. Usually, for the return only Rs. 20 is being charged. This time Rs. 45 has been charged for the return journey. Please check and arrange for the refund of the amount to the credit of my account.
                    My UPID is [protected]@paytm.
                    I am attaching screen shot of the SMS I have received in respect of
                    the debits made.
                    The transaction Ids are mentioned in the SMS received by me.
                    Please instruct them from desisting to charge such methods.

                      Received paytem fastag. I have not opened the cover but some payment deducted from my paytm wallet. When i called customer care, come to know that my fastag gone to other person and by mistake other person fastag (Barcode) came to me. Whenever other person using that barcode, payment got deducted from my paytm wallet.

                      Many time complain raised but no refund received yet.

                      Last complain no[protected] with paytm fastag customer care.

                      Now, i am getting msg from payment like - we want to deduct more 407 inr from your paytm wallet for fastag pending use hence please make necessary balance in your paytm wallet.

                        Even I had faced similar issue with PayTm and they aren't even responding now.

                        It has been more than 20days and no response from them.

                          Till date i have not received the fastag. And in the paytm app they shown as delivered. I have raised complaints several times about non delivery of fastag. But till now no response received from paytm.

                            I had ordered for Fastag through paytm app and was delivered on December 15th 2019. The Fastag was delivered inactive. When tried to activate it by uploading RC of my car. The application was throwing an error continuously. When I called their customer care they asked me to share the copy of RC through mail, which I sent immediately. Until now evrytime I call their customer care. They are not able to resolve the issue. I feel cheated by the company.

                              Ordered fastag through paytm on 25th dec 2019 but still not received even today on 28th.. Firstly they took 500rs then they don't even deliver. the worst part is, no one from paytm is replying even after repeated complaints. Very unprofessional and unexpected.. Neither delivering nor returning money.. I want confirmation or atleast the status against the multiple requests
                              On 5 Jan '20 I made same day return journey, but was charged double. Instead of Rs 125.0 a deduction of Rs 170.0 was done. Need refund of Rs 45.

                              Statement shows transaction made on 5 Jan & 6 jan, whereas I travelled up & down same day on 5 Jan.

                                Had purchased fasttag from paytm on 17 dec 2019. Hve still not received it. Gets delayed every 2 days. They post a message every 2 days telling that you will receive it in 2 days but they keep postponing it. Tried calling on helpline no and sent messages also but did not receive proper response.. They are total frauds.. A week back 75 rs wer deducted from it at ahmedabad toll. Tried calling paytm but they say its in transit. No response from them. Complete cheats. Ther is no direct phone number where we can call them
                                I have applied the paytm from the month of Dec. But still not working, I am continuously calling to costumer court but they told again and again give us 5-7 working days

                                  I have ordered for paytm fastag on 19 dec 2019 for my uncle's car form my no. And its received by my uncle on 22 dec 2019 at his house address. He visited outstation by his car imposed with received tag by paytm. But the toll balance has been detected form my own account not from my uncles account. Hence on 23 dec 2019 i requested paytm fastag to change registered number of that particular fastag and received ref. No.[protected] stating that my problem will be resolved within 24 hrs of complaint but i do't get any call or response from paytm fastag for next 48 hrs. Then i again on 25 dec 2019 complaint on their paid no. ([protected]) then again i got new ref. No.[protected] stating same as problem will be solved within 24 hrs. But no action has been taken till now of i. E. 09 jan 2020 i have mention all complaint no. From starting till now ref. No.[protected] on 30 dec 2019. Case id[protected] on 05 jan 2020 and case id[protected] on 09 jan 2020.

                                  But paytm fastag is not taking and step on every call it just say that your complaint will solve within 24 hrs plz wait... I have also submitted all documents asked by paytm fastag representative on their app.

                                  I request you to please provide me guidance how can i resolve my this above mention problem.

Still now my fasttag sticker in my hand only i'm not used in my vehicle.                                         I am having horrible experience with paytm, after i ordered fastag. I ordered on nov 23 and they delivered wrong tag. I followed numerous times and every time there executive could not understand this issue and always closed the ticket. Always there line is busy and you have to wait 1-2 days of 20-30 times trials to get into the call with them. After so much of struggle i got my replacement but again following since a 10 days to get it activated. There sla was 2 days and that is also passed and still my fastag is not working.

                                          This is regarding wrong money being deducted from my paytm fastag account and no money refunded after purchasing a new fastag. 6 months ago purchased a fastag for my car and around ₹300 has wrongly been deducted i complained also but my issue wasn't resolved. So i purchased a replacement but that got damaged while sticking so i ordered a fresh new fastag for my car but still my fastag shows it is blacklisted whereas i should be refunded back with ₹250 and ₹150 should be in my paytm fastag security deposit. But it shows no money and blacklisted tag. This has been very disturbing because in a way there has been a fraud on my paytm fastag of ₹700 on total.

                                            I have ordered paytm fasttag on 10th dec the delivery status shown is 17th dec but till now not delivered.. They donot pickup calls and the delivery date is getting extended everyday.. Where the hell i recover my money. This is highly unprofessional behaviour from paytm firm.. If they xant provide the assured services atleast refund the amount dont waste customers time
                                            I made round trip in Toll but return journey discount not applied. Kindly check and refund money.

                                              I had purchased fastag from paytm but it did not recognise in any toll plaza. They also tried with manual scanner but it did not work. I have tried in all the toll plaza but no response and hence I had to pay by cash even though I had wallet balance.

                                                  I have applied for paytm fastag on 10th nov 2019.
                                                  Till date i did not receive the fastag. Upon following up multiple times, i get an answer that says we are doing our best to deliver it quickly.

                                                  The phone number for fastag is never reacheable.
                                                  AWB : [protected] - this is always in "waiting courier pickup"

                                                  I got the awb tracking number from ecom, When tracked, it shows that the pickup is rescheduled everyday. It has been more than 25 days now that it is stuck.

                                                  When contacting ecom, it says contact the PAYTM.

                                                  I demand that they should settle this immediately or refund the amount for such poor service.

                                                  Below is the responce i got from Ecom, when i raise a consumer complaint:-

                                                  I ordered fast on 15 nov 19 but paytm didn't delivered till 30nov 19. Then I requested to cancel my order. Still refund not received . They shipped my fasttag afternoon cancellation. It was undelivered and return to origin now. Pls refund me.

                                                    I have applied for paytm fastag on 13th nov.
                                                    Till date i didnot receive the fastag. Upon following up multiple times, i get an answer that says we are doing our best to deliver it quickly.

                                                    The phone number for fastag is never reacheable.
                                                    Order id : [protected] - this is always in "waiting courier pickup"

                                                    I got the awb tracking number from ecom - [protected].
                                                    When tracked, it shows that the pickup is rescheduled everyday. It has been more than 20 days now that it is stuck.

                                                    When contacting ecom, it says contact the online shopping.

                                                    I demand that they should settle this immediately or refund the amount for such poor service.
                                                    Yes. Even i faced exactly the same problem with paytm Fastag team. And the ecom courier service is keep on rescheduling my order for no reason. I have ordered on 10th Nov 2019, still i am yet to get the order.

                                                    When i reachout to paytm, they are keep on giving me the old - returned AWB for tracking, which is useless.

                                                      I placed an order for fastag on 12th nov 2019 (Order id [protected]) and shared all the details and rc copy and paid inr 500 for the same. It was suppose to be delivered to me by 25th nov 2019. But till now i have not received it yet neither do they have an update on the same. After certain follow up they came back and said that due to insufficient information they were unable to process my order and requested for rc copies again. I am not sure when i am going to receive the product.

                                                        FRAUD PAYTM,
                                                        I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND FROM YOUR SIDE. PAYTM SENT THE MAIL THAT, " PAYTM HAVE DONE MY UNRESOLVED WORK".

                                                        PAYTM IS FRAUD, LAIR...FUDGE WORKER...

                                                        I HAVE RAISED 3 ISSUE LAST TIME BUT NOT RECEIVED REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT.

                                                        1ST ISSUE WAS: 500rs
                                                        2ND ISSUE WAS: 120rs

                                                        PREVIOUSLY RAISED COMPLAINT REGARDING REFUND:

                                                        Fraud and bad service - paytm fastag

                                                        I have wasted my much time for getting my own refund. There should be a court case on these fraud service.

                                                        Really much frustrated service of paytm fastag

                                                        Concern related to my fastag (Barcode:[protected].
                                                        I have raised the issue regarding the poor service for fastag.

                                                        I have also sent the copy of registration copy, actual toll tax bill, twice deducted slip through paytm fastag of my car. Also i have sent my bank statement for it……but no resolve point is there ……..

                                                        They did not refund my values. Even i have sent many mails and calls for requesting the refund but there reply was "dear customer, we are currently working on it with our team to resolve your issue. We will get back to you with the resolution"

                                                        Issue was:
                                                        1st problem, was paytm did not refund my 500rs fastag activation cash. Image is attached (Fig 1).
                                                        (I have sent the bank statement for it)

                                                        2nd problem, i have paid twice toll tax (Rs120) tag at ban toll (Jammu), i have already sent the images to paytm app ticket. But there was no response (See fig 2 and fig 3).

                                                        3rd, paytm did not refund for fastag reserved to my paytm wallet at the time of purchasing.

                                                        Fraud and poor paytm service

                                                        Never and ever avail service from paytm and paytm fastag

                                                          8 times i have mailed them and 6 times i have called them to resolve my solution, from november 2018 to till now but there is no response. Even they have told on last conversation that your refund time is over we can’t do that.
                                                          Now let me know i have raised the issue from very first of the day. Now, they are telling to me for not refunding the value.
