Paytm Fastag — my fastag using some other person

I have register fasttag from paytm and i got it. Still now i'm not using my fasttag in my vehicle. Still now my fasttag sticker in my hand only i'm not used in my vehicle. But some used my fasttag in[protected] in attibelle rs.30 and[protected] krishnagiri plaza rs.70 respectively deducted amount in my fastag wallet how its possible.
