I had transfer 3000 from my cc to my paytm wallet then my money got debited while transferring money from paytm wallet to my bank.

What you have written that 100% fraud.

Now they have reverted me with the below mail.

"we have checked and validated that we have not received the amount.In such cases, the bank automatically refunds all such transactions". This process is governed by the bank itself and takes up to 3 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. However some banks may take longer than 3 working days.
