After constant reminder through emails and various wallet details the company's customer care is not responding to any emails . Only genartion of various ticket no is there without any further updates

Please look into the matter at the earliest otherwise some strict action needs to be taken against the company in the consumer forum.

        Color i booked silver they send me black then i make a complaint to return this product from last 20 days i am chasing these duffer paytm portal guys by calling but they always says wait for 24-48 hours only so i want my money back

          I booked an indigo air ticket from varanasi to new delhi using paytm. The paytm application asked me to pay rs 1 to confirm the booking which i did using my debit card. I even waited on the app for a pop-up to pay the required amount which was rs 2695. But to my surprise i received the confirmation email with a valid pnr from the paytm and also the attached flight ticket in the e-mail.

          I even contacted the airlines and they told me that the pnr is confirmed and they even sent me the confirmed ticket.

          After about 6hrs, without any one contacting me from the paytm team, i received another e-mail from indigo that the pnr booking has been cancelled by the paytm.

          Now am trying to contact paytm from a long time and they are not replying to any of my continuous sent e-mails.

          This was my first time using paytm to make an important and urgent booking and they failed my expectations considerably. I would be giving a very bad feedback about the paytm.

            On 29/06/2016, i have received a fake call claiming that they are calling from CITI Bank to redeem my expired reward points. They have used my citi credit card no for two transactions as 5000 rupees from paytm mobile solutions at 4.02 pm and 4.05pm on 29/06/2016. My bank needs cancellation proof from you to proceed further.

            I want you to dishonor this transaction as this totally happened without my knowledge.

              On 26/06/2016, i have received a fake call claiming that they are calling from hdfc to redeem my expired reward points. They have used my hdfc credit card nfor rs.9999 from paytm mobile solutions at 4.27 pm on 26/06/2016. My bank needs cancellation proof from you to proceed further.

              I want you to dishonor this transaction as this totally happened without my knowledge.

                I requested for wallet upgrade on 9th june. According to my friends opinion its takes around 7 days for the process. But no paytm executive called me to collect documents.
                I logged complaint at paytm care through email on 17th june. Paytm replied me (Ref :[protected] that they will crosscheck with vender and will arrange call.
                Still i haven't received any call for document collection from paytm.
                They also told me i can re-apply for wallet upgrade for which i logged in but received message that "wallet upgrade request is received and will be upgraded soon" without re-applying. I notified paytm about this but there was no reply from paytm care.

                20 days before i requested for wallet upgrade and now i am really frustrated due to such tratment from paytm and care.

                      Last day I transaction my money 1000rupees from paytm to bank but still pending. and there is no response from paytm. it was emergency and urgently that money. I emailed lot of times to paytm there is no response . and today I recharged my Mobile once it was failed 2nd time I recharged it was successful but they cut the money 2 times. there is no cash back.

                        I paid 99rs to my gaana app account (Nikhil. [protected]@live.com) on 21/06/2016 through paytm as my payment gateway. But the money has been deducted from my bank account and is not reflecting in my paytm account. I submit a photo proof of my corporation bank e-passbook. I had mailed them twice with the bank statement and they replied once asking me to send me the order details. But there is no order details as the transaction is not reflecting in my paytm account and only in my bank account. So i hereby submit the transaction screenshot and as a compensation i request you to refund me at least 500rs as my gaana account was unusable for more than a week. Also if you could check my previous orders. It is clear that paytm auto cancels my recharges above 500 and refunds me the amount to paytm account only after 3 or more days. Recharges are done on emergencies and that money is forced to use only through paytm. If they couldn't recharge my money on time. They should refund it to my bank account. Not to my paytm account after 3 or more days after a lot of complaints and calls to the customer care.

                          Hi i have bill payment on 21 june, 16 but unfortunately bill payment has not done & show the status "waiting for operator confirmation". After that i have mail to paytm team on 21 june, 23 june, 24 june, 27 june but not getting proper resolution. Also i have called up their toll free number which is payable inspite of that i have called up but the customer executive didn't know anything he said this is not my job this will be handle by email team only so you have to wait. Till date there is a same reply from email team.

                          I want to address this cheating and want help from you people to take strict action against them. May be they take lesson from this & not trying cheated any other people further.

                          Hi when i have raised final complain on 28th june, they have finally resolved my complain.In this Whole communication i assume that my payment is stuck between bank & paytm therefore they cannot settled the amount.In this whole case if paytm email team reply me timely on each & everytime but only they mention 24-48 hours time in the mail. Its ok right now my issue is resolved & my payment is succesfull received.Thaks to paytm email team for their work.Lets hope this type of delay is ot happned to any other people & paytm give service more & more to people. Thanks, Ronak.

                                  The amount has been deducted from my bank account & paytm team said that we have been refund all the deducated amount in your payment wallet.

                                  It is really suprising things!!! when i am making payment from my bank a/c & updating me that we have refunded your all amount in paytm wallet.

                                    i am bharat singla. i am booking three flight tickets through yatra.com. and i pay for these flights through paytm. As per yatra.com and paytm offer. they give 300 rs cashback in paytm wallet if any one pay online to yatra.com from paytm. i book three flight ticket separately one by one. and pay separate for each ticket. as per offer. now i am eligible for 300 rs cashback of each ticket means 900 rs as cashback. but i receive only 600 rs cashback. i call to yarta.com and they ask me that they already send my cashback to paytm so it is the paytm fault. i try to call paytm contact no. no one pick up my call. and they charge 50+ rs for call. i write to paytm in complaint about my problem. but no reply. now i am fully frustrated from paytm. so i file my complaint here in consumersompaint.com. i hope that now my problem will getting solve. i want to ask people do not use paytm. it is worst site. and i also want to give suggestion to paytm. please improve your customer helpline and provide any toll free no. so people can easily call.

                                      I booked 3 ticket for my wife, mother in law and my wife's cousin sister for 24th june from delhi to nainital with paytm the order no was : is[protected]. Travel was mahesharam

                                      When the waiting for the bus, they got sms from mahesharam agent saying that the bus which was booked is not available, and they provided another bus no to travel from.

                                      When these 3 ladies found the bus and tried to go in, the drive and conductor said them they can not travel through the bus as their name is not in the list.

                                      My wife and mother in law tried to explain that they have sms, they even denied to see it. Then they started using abusive language and ask them to get another bus which was in very bad condition. So my wife asked him that as per sms they should travel in this bus, at that moment driver got very angry and threaten them to throw out of bus with the luggage.

                                      My wife was crying when she called me. I asked her to call paytm customer care, i also called paytm customer care.
                                      The guy/girl who talked with my wife suggested to book another bus and leave that bus.

                                      When i talked with customer care i took my wife on conference and again explain the whole scenario as i wanted to take some very strong step against those driver and conductor. Paytm customer care gave me assurance that they will act on it strongly.
                                      He suggested to take the another bus which that conductor was showing.

                                      So, my wife checked that bus, but it was extremely unhygienic and dirty, even the seat we booked was not available and they provide the one which was no top of tyre. It was not good for them to travel so they asked driver that they are leaving the bus.
                                      At this moment the another person block their way and told them they can not leave the bus. It was very abusive and as there were 3 ladies other customer who were travelling jump in between and scolded that person that how they can behave like this with ladies. And because of that help they were able to left that bus.

                                      Then in the night around 10 pm, my wife was running here and there to book another bus. It was only because we purchased a ticket from paytm. At the end they god another bus and traveled to destination."

                                        I have use promo code successfully than money added in my wallet then I have receipt a OTP and open my massage inbox check for it after that My Paytm App closed. Then I Started paytm app and use promo code but promo code Box Given massage this code can be use one time only.
