Paytm Mall — skechers shoes

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Skechers Men Shoes from Paytm having order ID [protected] on 27 Nov 2018 of size UK 10 also having replacement policy but I received UK 9 shoe when I tried to replace with right number then I was unable to get replacement option in Paytm Mall app so I longed complaint through their toll-free and requested to replace the same and their customer care executive assured me to replace the same very soon but they pick up the product and denied to replace and give And that our customers executive by mistaken returned the product instead of replacement option so now we are unable to replace, so due to that I have lose of Rs 2400 cash back so now I request you to help me in replacement of the product otherwise help to get 2400 rs cashback.
