I purchased a Skechers Men Shoes from Paytm having order ID [protected] on 27 Nov 2018 of size UK 10 also having replacement policy but I received UK 9 shoe when I tried to replace with right number then I was unable to get replacement option in Paytm Mall app so I longed complaint through their toll-free and requested to replace the same and their customer care executive assured me to replace the same very soon...

I have booked train ticket from Chennai to Mangalore (Rs. 1735) travel dt. 20/10/18 through paytm. on 20th Oct i am unable to cancel the ticket from my side in paytm (because of technical issue in paytm). immediate i contacted customer care and informed before chart preparation. they promised that they will act and refund 50% amount.

since October 20th 2018, i have contacted them more than 40 times at regular intervals. each time an officer lifts the phone, he will use standard phrase that "our team is working on the issue, they will revert back within 24 hours".

But almost 50 X 24 hours gone as of now nothing happened.
I was using indulekha from last 6 months and then i ordered it from paytm and i received a duplicate one.
And i just found it's duplicacy with its logo,

    Have purchased one mobile on OLX and they never delivered it. The scam is being run by unknown identity posing as an Indian Army man working on Jaisalmer.

    It was in the name of FULI DEVI. PAYTM Account is in name INDIAN ARMY POST OFFICE. (Screenshot attached). Can you help me revert the money? As the company, i know you guys can do everything.

    Incident date : 17 and 18th december 2018.

    All the documents given by the person were genuine Indian army document.Like Adhar card, PAN card, Canteen card.

      User id-[protected], mail id - [protected]@gmail.com. While opening wallet and transferring money it is showing wallet is blocked and my merchant id is also blocked. I am trying to call to customer care number so many times but they are keeping call on wait and not responding. One more thing that i have communicated through mail but of no use and no response. I have requested to unblock my wallet and merchant but not yet solved and my query is not yet entertained. Really worst service. If this organisation has a lot of complaints and no customer satisfaction on this organisation then how come govt allowed to continue for payments bank. I will file a case if not solved as soon as possible.

        I am trying since many days to complete kyc in paytm as it is necessary to transfer money to my bank. Every time i am trying to click in the option given complete your kyc, it starts showing the message stating there's an error. Previously paytm used to be a one click answer for online payment but slowly the company started ditching it's customers, this is what i feel now. Kindly help me to withdraw/ transfer my money from paytm to bank account, so that i will shut this from my mobile forever. Thanks.

                Bought new car and dealer installed paytm fastag in the car and took Rs 600/- as a charge. In order to credit the fastag, i installed paytm app. But not able to credit into wallet due to KYC problem. Now, I can't use fastag which is installed in the car and need to stand in the queue and make payment in every toll.

                This is harassing the customer who bought paytm fastag...

                Though Paytm has suspended KYC for new customers, it is still selling its fastag for new customers. This is cheating.

                I need refund from paytm for the fastag which is useless.

But i have called my bank and they confirmed that amount was deducted and i can see that in my statement as well. But looks was it was not received by irctc but i was blocked with paytm.

                      I ordered a samsung level u bluetooth stereo headset neckband few days ago from the paytm app. And yesterday i received my order and when i opened it there was a wrong product in the pack. It was a 32 gb micro sd card of sandisk.. Totally different product.
                      I read in the invoice that it is a samsung level u headset but under packaging it was a sd card.
                      Also u can see in the screenshot of paytm which shows successful delivery of headset.
                      It's a fraud case and i want my money return or the product that i ordered.
                      It's a right of an indian citizen that he will get justice from the indian consumer forum. So i request u to please resolve this issue quickly, unless i have to go to the consumer court against this paytm company.

                        I have order samsung galaxy s9 plus from paytm mall on 15th october 2018, i had received the product from courier on 27th october, later after unboxing i found that there are no accessories inside the package. I had taken a video during unboxing as proof and clicked some pictures of the same. Later immediately i have raised the return request on the same day after escalating the issue to customer care team over phone. After so many followups around 15th november they refused to pick up my incomplete device and denied the return request. Now they are saying they had sent me proper product, i have shared all pictures and unboxing video, still they are not doing anything. Unable to use my device without accessories, the phone is not turning on without charger. I have doubt also theres any defect on phone or not. Paid rs.65000 for the product on some unprofessional ecommerce website, so much harrassment already faced by me.
                        Everytime they are sending same system automated mail that they wont be able to process the return request. Kindly do the needful immediately.
                        They are simply looting and fooling customers, no proper return investigation has been done from their end. Unprofessional seller tagged as brand authorised seller. Such a pathetic shopping experience with paytm.

                          the amount of Rs 95 was deducted twice from my account.
                          Since its a tatkal quota train ticket Irctc will not refund the amount.
                          but Its upto Paytm to bear the loss which has happened due to misbehavior of the application. I will not bear the loss. Paytm must refund the money.

                                When i paid for my dominos pizza while flashing of 200/- cashback i pay to dominos, despite had pizza cash back by paying to amazon.

                                But both dominos and paytm cheated me while i paid for dominos via paytm.. Order of 518/ screen attached.

                                I feel cheated by paytm and dominos.

                                I not only felt cheated by dominos provided a poor quality of pizza. I will never recommend or buy a disgusting dominos pizza and never shop using paytm by trusting paytm frauds.

                                  On 4rth december i tried adding 300 in my paytm wallet, but the amount was deducted from my bank account but it was not added to the wallet. And there is no transaction detail of that amount anywhere in the app. I tried calling the consumer helpline but they are not even receiving my calls and there is no other way of complaining, no chats or not even an email id that will reply. So, i would request you to register my complaint against paytm. My registered number is [protected].
                                  I send money to a person. But my not reached there.about 600 rupees gone.All money send to contact [protected] is gone.But it not reached yet. Pls give back money back to my account.I added two photos my successfull transaction and my number is [protected]
                                  I booked my cinema tickets last Friday evening but ticket didn't confirm ... Then it is failed to process for confirmation of ticket ...but money of 622 rupees was debited from my account by paytm..without tickets booked for show ... It is almost 3days still money didn't credited back to my account ..
                                  I want return my product not replacement.

                                    My order was cancelled on the date of 30th october 2018 but did not get my 2495/-. Its very discusting app and not help from pick up call any custmer for paytmmall. I am cancelled that product from paytmmall. But not get my money back till 3rd month now start.

                                      Before denomination of 500 and 1000rs. I used paytm accounts to transfer money to small vendors by two accounts with the mobile number as +91-[protected] and +91-[protected].

                                      Then kyc was made mandatory, since i used to live in a remote area named amlai (Madhya pradesh), i could not do kyc centers were not their.
                                      Now my adhar card is linked with any random number which i do not know.

                                      My paytm account has almost 3000+ rupee in that. Its almost a year i travelling many metro cities to update the kyc and registering the complain. Nobody is helping me to resolve this issue.
                                      After I have cancelled the cab on uber at 8:33 pm the money of 350 is still on hold and this has happened multilevel times please do the needful i need it back in an hour
                                      Mobile cover was to sort the mobile phone and not comfortable.

                                      No one your courier man get my cancellation product from my house.

                                      And no added rupees in my PAYTM Wallet
                                      Please added my rupee in my wallet to I shopping and new mobile cover
