Friends don't buy any large appliances from paytm.
I order geyser on 30november, got a used product. I did a return request. Request is approved. But till now product is not picked up. (Dec29). How many days i should wait.???

What you people are doing paytm. I called several times. Sent lots of mail.. You are just saying please wait. You know the needs of customer?. Very unprofessional paytm..

I'm ordering a product through paytm postpaid and i'm repay the amount. But after the order is cancelled and the amount also refund credited to postpaid balance. Please give my ₹317 to paytm wallet/bank account because i'm already repay the duo amount to postpaid please resolve my issue.

Hi,

I have booked water purifier considering that it is RO+UV+UF+TDS combination by seeing picture in website on 11th october. But delivered product is UV+UF and bill came with RO UV UF. I have placed return request with in 7 days, but paytm guys rejected order saying that product delivered is correct. Everyday I will be calling them and rejecting return request. Please do not purchase any product in Paytm they are bluffing customers.

Paytm is fake website, and installation person tested TDS and confirmed that UV+UF machine is not suitable.

Worst customer support and service. What I can do with that product, I have called to customer service and they are saying that for advertising purpose we will place images like that.

Rather than calling them it is nice to talk with the wall. Shut down your service, I will recommend people not to use paytm. Please find below link in website of picture showing RO+UV+UF+TDS.

I am using hdfc credit card and from that amount of RS 5 & rs 1000 is taken through paytm(pgsi) without my knowledge and I did not receive any otp or conformation regarding this transactions...it's done in different dates and time

This is for the first time i am facing challenge and giving me the worst experience o[censored]sing paytm wallet. I have made this transaction below to utsav travel and the merchant is denying the transaction. It is not the headache of the merchant of acknowledging the amount received but the resolution provided by the customer care executive to ask the utsav travel to cross check. I am helpless because there are not contacting the customer care because they do not have that transaction. I want the transaction to be cancelled and refund the money or take proper action with utsab travel merchant. The reference number for successful payment is[protected]. The transaction was made on 24 dec 2018.

I have ordered asics shoes and received the order on 18 th november, 2018. Within a week they developed a hole on both shoes on upper side. I have contacted patm customer care number of times. But the product has not been picked up yet. Everytime they assure of getting the product picked up but the courier person reject it due to quanlity check failure. Plz look into the matter as i feel cheated by the seller

On 24th dec, at 11:32 pm - i received an alert that rs. 79.51 has been deducted from my paytm by uber.
I first checked my uber account they was no deductions there. I even check my other mobiles too.
I immediately report it to paytm helpline around 11:50 pm. They ask me to connect with uber. Uber there is no helpline number, gave a request via their app there was no response.
What do i do? Neither paytm and uber are helping in the resolution?

I have booked 2 tickets from IRCTC website through ID VijayBP.The details of tickets are :
1) from Itarsi to Manmad [protected] ( transaction ID:[protected])

I cancelled the tickets but didnt receive refund in my state bank account. I have to pay through paytm, now IRCTC refunded the amount to paytm bank instead of my state bank.

Please TRANSFER MY AMOUNT TO STATE BANK OF INDIA( source from where payment is deducted).

Hi team, I bought brand factory voucher of 4000 rs on 14 Dec to use it in sale. But Kukatpally brand factory store not accepted the voucher so I bought all the things with credit card. And the voucher is not useful for me.
I have raised the compliant same day and asked to cancel the order. In T&C it says it will accept in all brand factory stores. But they didn't accepted it. Due to which my 4000 money is locked in voucher which is not useful for me.
They are saying it is not refundable. How can they say that when the company not able to use it. I have updated all details in ticket but they closed it now. I need help in solving it and getting my money back.

I have an amount of 10200 to be settled on my bank account on 14th December 2018, it is still not settled. Customer support do not respond rather ask me to wait. First time they asked me to wait for 3 days and again for 2 days after 2 days another 2 days likewise they make me wait without any resolution. I am hopeless thinking I will not get my money.

I have cancelled an irctc booked rail ticket due to wait listed status on 10th of november 2018. But not yet received the refund to my original payment account. I have already raised a complaint multiple times to irctc care but not getting any reply. Here the ticket details-

The refund status shown as 'sent_to_bank' and bank name is shown as 'paytm_m'. Not sure who is blocking the refund to credit, irctc or paytm?

This is a concern i am raising as i have not received any update on my concern that i posted through paytm site. On 25th dec i have paid my electricity
Bill (Kseb) via paytm. Along with that i got an insurance which i do not want. I am extremely dissatisfied by the way that insurance was packaged with my request for kseb bill payment. Could you please refund the amount deducted for insurance to me after cancelling the insurance

Tranction is done on paytm mobile solution pvt ltd without my permission. How its happend. Amount is 1261... I never credited my balance into this... And i didnt share any type of otp to others. There was a otp that came in my mob and suddenly a message came that the tranasaction is complete into paytm mobile solution. I want refund.. It is deducted by my bank
