I have order samsung galaxy s9 plus from paytm mall on 15th october 2018, i had received the product from courier on 27th october, later after unboxing i found that there are no accessories inside the package. I had taken a video during unboxing as proof and clicked some pictures of the same. Later immediately i have raised the return request on the same day after escalating the issue to customer care team over phone. After so many followups around 15th november they refused to pick up my incomplete device and denied the return request. Now they are saying they had sent me proper product, i have shared all pictures and unboxing video, still they are not doing anything. Unable to use my device without accessories, the phone is not turning on without charger. I have doubt also theres any defect on phone or not. Paid rs.65000 for the product on some unprofessional ecommerce website, so much harrassment already faced by me.
Everytime they are sending same system automated mail that they wont be able to process the return request. Kindly do the needful immediately.
They are simply looting and fooling customers, no proper return investigation has been done from their end. Unprofessional seller tagged as brand authorised seller. Such a pathetic shopping experience with paytm.
possible...make sure it is solved by tomorrow please...its an emergency...
