Paytm Merchant — payment not credited into bank account

I received a payment of 20000 on 10th Jan which should have been settled to my Bank account on 11th Jan, it’s been 14 days and the payment has not yet been credited to my account. I have made multiple calls to Paytm merchant helpline but the services are pathetic. All they say is that they have forwarded the details to the concened department. They do not provide any further information and they put on long holds. I request you to please credit my money to the bank account, I have a emi to pay.

I hope, you have not received amount so far because myself also has the same issue. I was received 10, 000 from my customer in January, which should be credited to my account on the next day but it couldn't. I was totally got exhausted with PAYTM ### CUSTOMER CARE. It takes a long time to connect at ANY TIME of 24/7 and keeps customers on hold for 30 to 45 minutes, and I really had a hard time in understanding their English, as I do not know Hindi well. However, Language doesn't matter here but I have called them nearly 7 to 8 times, and finally, i got exhausted and left that amount to them only. Its a shame for PAYTM if service is continued like this, and there is a chance of losing trust on PAYTM. I am really unhappy with their service, and CUSTOMER CARE. before it was good but do not know what has been happened, thing getting changed day by day.
I am also facing the same problem. is your amount settled ?
