Paytm — Mobile recharge is pending

I have recharged with Rs.303 Order No [protected] using paytm but still pending..now neither this is success nor i am able to cancel the recharge also.even i have submitted many complaints and mails but no response from company.even tgough i make a call there is no such service available ..plz help me sort out either in complete my recharge or either in cancellation that order.
