On March 31, 2017, I tried to transfer a sum of Rs 5000 from my Dad's Standard Chartered credit card to my Paytm wallet([protected]). The order ID for this transaction was [protected]. The money was credited by the bank but was not received by Paytm. Now the order history is flashing "Payment Failed" in front of this transaction in the Paytm account. The credit card holder name is Ravinder Kumar Khanduja. Credit card transaction number is [protected]

    I had 2 paytm accounts. one had 0 balance and the other had some amount. i merged both the accounts from paytm.com and now the wallet balance shows 0 and the other account also got deactivated. i want the balance from the other account. please help.
    i did this on 7 april 2017 at around 12pm
    i contacted all the no.s of paytm care, customer care, executive care, toll free, head office, and even sent alot of emails but no response yet. please help as the money needs to be paid for my school fees.

      This is anand parthasarathy having account with punjab national bank adambakkam branch chennai.

      On dated 12th dec 2016 at 17:13 i had deposited INR 7000 to paytm wallet. As soon as i did transaction the amount was successfully transferred from my account to paytm wallet. Later within few minutes i could find my paytm wallet got empty and shown as INR 0 as balance. I dont know where did my money go and i had sent mail to paytm customer care for update to return my money no reply till date. Usually any such technical issue money should get credited to the bank account within 72 hours, i had approached to bank branch and they said to contact customer care and i registered complaint to PNB customer care and complaint number SR NO: M[protected]

      Kindly update the transaction error asap. Looking forward for u r urgent as safe return money back to my account.

        402 rs is cut from my account bt order is still pending its over 12 hrs since i m waiting... I want my money back or recharge in my phone... If i will not get back money or get service for my money then i will never trust paytm again.. I do not expect such things from paytm... I did complain in paytm 24*7 bt no reply is given by them...

          Respected sir/madam,

          This complaint w. r. t jio summer special offer recharge of rs 303-/- (with promo code applied) for my jio number:[protected]) where i have done the transaction yesterday on 6th april at 10.26 pm through paytm app. the transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful for jio number [protected] with order id [protected] and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
          The status (waiting for operator confirmation) is still the same as of today (7th april 2017) from past more than 14 hrs.
          I expect the transaction to be cancelled and the amount should be refunded as am going to recharge offline.i didnt found any option for cancellation in the app.

          Payment summary : [rs 271 from sbi bank + rs 2 from paytm wallet and rs 30 discount for promo code paytmjio applied successfully on 6th april at 10:25 pm & paytm transaction number: [protected]]

            I recharge my mobile no.[protected], order no.[protected] dated 06 april 2017, 11.21pm through your paytm rs.303/- but this amount not credited my mobile and paytmcash... i have send complaint to customer care but they are not reply till now... and i don't see any cancellation option to particular this order... so its my humble request u to take neccessary action...

                Sir I have recharge my jio no[protected] of Rs 303 in 31 March 17 order no is IPT[protected] the amount got deducted from my bank account but my jio no didn't get recharged till date kindly action pls.

                  This complaint w. r. t jio prime offer recharge of rs 303-/- for my jio, where i have done the transaction yesterday on 6th april at 10pm through paytm website. the transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful for jio number with order id [protected] and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
                  The status (waiting for operator confirmation) is still the same as of today (7th march 2017) from past more than 26 hrs.
                  I expect the transaction to be successful and i must get the benefit of the offer from effective date 01st april 2017.

                            I order fastrack watch through paytm seller sent me stone in the parcel box I raise a return request courier boy comes for return pickup and clicked the images of empty parcel and he told there is no need to do anything else you will get the refund.When I contacted paytm refuse to give the refund.

                              My order is [protected]. The payment is shown pending for last 11 hrs and I am not able to cancel the order even though 2hrs have passed after the last transaction.It is said that i could cancel my order after 2 hrs.I want to cancel the recharge order. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful. I don't want this money to be deducted but want this order cancelled.

                                My uncle's wanted to recharge their JIO number with 303
                                i suggested them to do through paytm.
                                They did their recharge yesterday.
                                but still it is showing waiting for operator confirmation.
                                As per Terms & Conditions of paytm if recharge not done in 2 hours their should be an option to cancel the order.
                                But they removed the option and asking me to wait for 48-hrs.
                                But they want the JIO recharge immediately.
                                i request paytm through you to either process the request or refund the amount to their wallets immediately

                                    I am using Uber account with Paytm. That account mobile number is [protected]. Also I have another Paytm account. That mobile number also [protected]..

                                    I have tried from last week for uber cab booking by using by my uber paytm wallet. that time my wallet balance was 200Rs. but payment method error was come continuously. So yesterday I was add gain 200Rs to my uber Paytm. After the wallet was 400Rs. Toady Morning almost at 9.20 AM I tried for Uber cab booking by Paytm. then Paytm account verification OPT number I got in my mobile. After I entered the OTP My wallet is showing 0Rs.
                                    So please check this and correct my wallet balance ( alos uber payment method)

                                    I got call from Paytm customer care number [protected] and asking my credit card all details ( number, exp.date, date of birth, CVV number). I didnot told CVV number. How getting the fraud call from Paytm Customer care number ...

                                      I added Rs. 15/- four times (total Rs. 60/-) on 04.04.2017 in my wallet of mob no. [protected] with promo code of Krackjack biscuits on 04.04.2017. I received a message that amount will be added with in 24 hours. But it is not added yet.
                                      Pls look into the matter & add Rs. 60/- (4xRs.15/-), I will be thankful.

                                      Just before some time I have received a call from [protected] (probably Patm customer no.) I explained all the details but phone was disconnected & could not resolve the problem.

                                      Again I have received calls from [protected] & [protected] and they asked my password but I did not provide my password then they told that amount Rs. 60/- has been credited in my wallet. But I think that they told a lie because amount not credited yet. It seems these no. are fraudulent because they were asking my password. Pls confirm whether these no. are of your customer care no. or fraudulent. And finally pls resolve my issue.

                                      I have received calls from [protected] & [protected] & again from [protected] and [protected] many times they asked my password but I did not provide my password, also they were asking my ATM card credentials again and again. But I did not provide any details as I am aware that may frauds are being happened in this way, so I am safe from any fraud.
                                      It is 100% sure that any one of your company staff is also involved in this type fraudulent gang, otherwise how they got my mob no. and how they came to know about my complaint which I made exclusively to PAYTM only.
                                      Pls resolve the issue and arrange to hand over your fraudulent staff to police immediately else I will go to Police & Media also.
                                      Pls revert.
