Respected sir/madam,

This complaint w. r. t jio prime offer recharge of rs 303-/- for my jio, where i have done the transaction yesterday on 6th april at 10pm through paytm website. the transaction status says that "payment of rs. 303 received by paytm & your transaction is successful for jio number with order id [protected] and it is due with jio operator for confirmation.
The status (waiting for operator confirmation)...

I have two register paytm movie no. From both no I have done 303 recharge but it is till now in pending balance is deducted. First paytm no is.[protected] .order no [protected].in no [protected]... And second paytm no is [protected] .order no [protected] in no [protected].. plz solve it...

I am Recharge jio 303 on 07 April 17 in process or pending .order no [protected]. it is bad experience with paytm plz do something sir...

I have recharged with Rs.303 Order No [protected] using paytm but still pending..now neither this is success nor i am able to cancel the recharge also.even i have submitted many complaints and mails but no response from company.even tgough i make a call there is no such service available ..plz help me sort out either in complete my recharge or either in cancellation that order....

I have done recharge of 276 but still it is proceessing from 15 hrs plzz check it.order no [protected] it is already 36 hrs plz check it as aoon as possible it second time for me in paytm to get processing plzz check the amount and send to the wallet plz send to my paytm wallet, i am waiting for mu money, i think paytm is good .but it is too bad to recharge plzz do as possible as u can...

I order fastrack watch through paytm seller sent me stone in the parcel box I raise a return request courier boy comes for return pickup and clicked the images of empty parcel and he told there is no need to do anything else you will get the refund.When I contacted paytm refuse to give the refund....

My order is [protected]. The payment is shown pending for last 11 hrs and I am not able to cancel the order even though 2hrs have passed after the last transaction.It is said that i could cancel my order after 2 hrs.I want to cancel the recharge order. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful. I don't want this money to be deducted but want this order cancelled....

My uncle's wanted to recharge their JIO number with 303
i suggested them to do through paytm.
They did their recharge yesterday.
but still it is showing waiting for operator confirmation.
As per Terms & Conditions of paytm if recharge not done in 2 hours their should be an option to cancel the order.
But they removed the option and asking me to wait for 48-hrs.
But they want the JIO recharge immediately.br...

I recharged my jio number with paytm 12 hours ago.Balance in my wallet got deducted but i did not get the recharge.The status is still processing and i havent even got my refund.Customer care doesn't respond.If I enter my order number it says invalid order number.I tried calling the customer care but they do not respond.I can't even cancel the transaction...

I am using Uber account with Paytm. That account mobile number is [protected]. Also I have another Paytm account. That mobile number also [protected]..

I have tried from last week for uber cab booking by using by my uber paytm wallet. that time my wallet balance was 200Rs. but payment method error was come continuously. So yesterday I was add gain 200Rs to my uber Paytm. After the wallet was 400Rs. Toady Morning almost at 9.20...

I added Rs. 15/- four times (total Rs. 60/-) on 04.04.2017 in my wallet of mob no. [protected] with promo code of Krackjack biscuits on 04.04.2017. I received a message that amount will be added with in 24 hours. But it is not added yet.
Pls look into the matter & add Rs. 60/- (4xRs.15/-), I will be thankful.

I have tried each And every contact number but no one is responding .my transaction is processing and amount of 293 has been deducted from account. I am unable to cancel the order and non of the contact number is responding. Please refund my money.there must be some active numbers for complain issues as these are money related....

With cordial respect i like to know that I had made payment of 303 rs for jio recharge dated 6 april 2017 at 11:58pm ..but is showing order is being processed and amount is deducted from my atm card but my transaction is not complete and recharge of 303 is not made in my jio Number [protected] with order id [protected].

Yesterday night i recharged my mobile the order id is [protected] my Jio no [protected] but recharge still in processing, paytm send an message to me saying if your recharge is not completed in 2 hours your recharge was cancelled and your money is returned so i wait for 2 hours and after wards i recharged in other way, but in my paytm orders it's still showing processing, so please cancel that recharge and my paytm mobile number is [protected]...

Wrong Metro card recharge...

I have trying to recharge my mobile no but it still pending after 7 hr also. But we are not seeing any option for cancel this order. But according to your commitment after 2 hr we can cancel "processing" order. Now problem is that I am able to recharge my mobile from other sources because paytm order is under processing. I am not expecting this from Paytm. I am dispointing from paytm. My paytm order no is 303873...
