In my first attempt online mobile recharge through PayTM.com vide order No-1885056 dt09.06.2011 recharge failure in my Mobile No-[protected]. But deducted Rs50.00 from SBI Account. SoKindly request to PayTM.com to reacharge Rs50.00 to my mobile or return the amount to my SBI account.

hi i am sumanta roy, resident-westbengal, i am recharge my mobile no-[protected] with amount rs.112/-(+ offer amount on paytm.com=38=150/-), order no-2092952, on 21/06/2011, 4.52p.m.(approximate), rs.112/- deducted from my axis bank account on the same time bot i dont get any such recharge amount in my mobile no-[protected], i complain them, but they have no neccessary step to solve my problem.please inform paytm.com to solve my problem otherwise my amount rs.112/- will be transfer to my using banking account as early as possible.

Paytm.com — paytm ate my money

I paid them cash to recharge my mobile phone, instantly after paying them they said me they have failed to recharge my mobile phone. And my money is converted in their sites points which I can use later to recharge.
Immediately I went to their site to recharge my mobile thought their points (paytm cash) which they allotted me.
When I proceeded to payment gateway their site showed me an error page. And then I saw that my points were even deducted from my account and I lost my payment without getting any recharge either of the times.

I also found company doesn't seem to have any contact number so that they could be contacted and just have a mail address which reply though the automated reply system.

I tried to recharge my airtel number [protected] for the amount RS.333 on
paytm.com websitethrough SBI Net Banking on[protected]Order No.129637).
The Recharge was not successful but my bank account was debited for the
same amount with the following narration
CCA11LEPD727IG84020973 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE.

Though my account has been debited, I have still not received my recharge. I have also
sent several e-mails to [protected]@paytm.com which have gone unanswered.

Transaction failed but money debited from account

I was trying to recharge my mobile no. of [protected] of Rs. 65/- through BOB bank RUPAY debit card . Initially it show transactions declined and I was trying two times . Few minutes later I got message from bank that both times cut off from my account Total Rs. 130/-.So please take strong action against it.

          I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with Paytm regarding the delayed delivery of the prize I won in their contest. Here are the details of my case:
          Contest Participation and Winning:
          I participated in the Paytm jackpot contest on 18th December 2023.On 30th January 2024, the winners were announced, and I was informed via WhatsApp on 29th February 2024 that I had won an iPhone 15 Pro.
          Document Submission:On 30th April 2024, I received an email from Paytm asking for my documents, which were to be submitted within 5-7 days. The email also mentioned a final deadline of 15th May 2024.I submitted the required documents on 2nd May 2024, well within the given timeframe.
          Communication and Follow-Ups:Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from Paytm, I have not received any concrete updates or delivery details regarding my prize.On 29th May 2024, I was informed again to wait for another 5-7 working days.Today is 6th June 2024, and yet again, no response or update has been provided.
          Unacceptable Delay and Lack of Communication:The repeated delays and lack of communication from Paytm have caused significant frustration and inconvenience.Despite their assurances of delivering the prize within May 2024, no action has been taken to fulfill their commitment.

          Absolutely fraud and poorly maintained paytm app. False offers..even after deduction by paytm and vodafone, I dint get my net pack.
          Instead they gave a free local calls offer which I do not need at all for this number.

          Both have disgusting customer care service.
          Paytm has no valid care number and emails are never answered. They can send me one mail every week to sell shoes, belts and cheap sunglasses but never reply a query or complaint.

          Vodafone is deteriorating day by day. Bad customer care people who don't even try to help you..and keep repeating same sentence 10 times.
          Untrue assurance (they told me on 5/4/2016 I will get my net pack in 2 days by 7th)..today (7/4/2016) they refuse and say you email a complaint but we cant help you,
          the guy dint even try to contact and get help to sort it out.
          When I asked to speak to higher authorities, he made me wait in line for a while and then said to call after 30mins, every one is busy.
          Those pleasant tones of care centres are gone by the way.. very unpleasant gentlemen happen to replace them.

          I want my refund or my net pack activated.
          I have already uninstalled paytm app and mean to ask people to refrain from it.As for vodafone, a change of operator is soon to happen for my family & friends.

          p.s vodafone care people once said they have collaboration with paytm and next day refused; saying paytm has wrong offers.

            I think paytm company is bakwas and trying to loot the peoples. Please dont dont believe this company and do not do any recharge any more in future.

            Paytm — fake delivery

            My order no. is[protected]. And I can't receive it yet but my paytm status shows me order can be delivered.
