I Requested to recharge my mob no [protected] vide order no 3039270 for Rs/- 200/ Fm Pay TM.com on 29.7.2011 FM [protected] at 10;54;19 AM HRS. ref no [protected].kindly redress my grievance.
I wanted to recharge my BSNL Mobile No.[protected] through SBI Net banking on 27th June 2011
by Rs.200/-, though the amount has been debited from my account but my mobile recharge not yet done. I have no confidence on your arrangement. Please try to refund the money.

Spl Recharge not done even after making payment
Today on 29 june i had made a recharge of RS 500 on my bsnl m.no - [protected] but recharge has not been done and the amount has been debited .
my order no is 41499173, when i gone to query through paytm account then they have given the statement recharge done sucessfully and payment has been recived. and also payment balance is not showing in paytm cash accout so you are kindly requested to go through my complain and solve this problem

      On the date of 14 July 2011 i was make a online recharge of my BSNL Mobile No. [protected] with Rs. 55 and the Order No. was 2629388 after making the payment i receive a massage that transaction is complete but i was not receive any amount in Mobile Balance . for that i make a complaint by mail to the company on 15 July and they revert me on 16 July that they had the successfully make this transaction but its going to be pending by the Mobile operator Company . for that i was also make call to the BSNL and they tell me that they had no receive this type of request , than again on 17 July i made a mail to [protected]@paytm.com and this time they revert that recharge was not successful and they will refund my money by deposit in my account. But today 27 July still not receive my money . Between these dates i was sending the mail no. of times . So please be aware from this type of Fraud Company .

        when i was recharging my account for 222 vodafone number, the amount has
        been deducted in my bank account but it is not recharged .
        The problem is the payment gateway is returned "Oops! Your payment of Rs.222 was rejected by your bank.", But the amount of 222 has
        been deducted from my bank account, Kindly revert back,
        I have made a complain before but got reply from you that money got refunded to your account.
        But I didnt get any refund amount.

              I have doing a recharge through paytm.com for my mts data card -[protected].Amount of Rs-999 deduct from my account .I was paid this amount through my debit card.But still yet i have not received any confirmation from their end & still yet my data card showing a zero balance.I have already forwarded a mail to the care team regarding my problem But no one is responding.

              Please solve this issue or suggest the best way so that this issue has been resolve.

                    I have first time used the prepaid mobile recharge website, http://www.paytm.com/
                    seeing one of their promotion for 25% off. This was a really attractive offer and I
                    instantly registered and paid for the Rs 111/= prepaid recharge for my mobile
                    subscription.

                    However after 5 days the recharge is not credited, and I have already complained
                    this to the customer care over email, however there is no action taken by the
                    PayTM yet.

                    Hope the PayTM Customer Care looks and takes action on this asap

                        18.06.2011 I have paid Rs.4214 through mobile banking using HDFC Credit Card
                        to DishTV account and same has been debited to my credit card account as
                        Desighner Jeans payment, I do not know how a secure connection like PayTM
                        was resposible for this.
                        Please investigate the same and do the needful as soon as possible

                                Paytm.com — paytm ate my money

                                I paid them cash to recharge my mobile phone, instantly after paying them they said me they have failed to recharge my mobile phone. And my money is converted in their sites points which I can use later to recharge.
                                Immediately I went to their site to recharge my mobile thought their points (paytm cash) which they allotted me.
                                When I proceeded to payment gateway their site showed me an error page. And then I saw that my points were even deducted from my account and I lost my payment without getting any recharge either of the times.

                                I also found company doesn't seem to have any contact number so that they could be contacted and just have a mail address which reply though the automated reply system.
