There was no linking a d self authorization of getwoo dating app with my paytm app.
Even then getwoo did the subscription on 5th april 2019 without my asking for my authorization due to which i lost 500 rupees from my pytm wallet.
Please cancel my subscrption as soon as possible as getwoo is not responding to my concerns.

Initiate refund as soon as possible.

      Please note that on paytm i have first recharged vodafone prepaid mobile with rs 399. Amount was deducted from my account (Net banking), but i did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been done and the status was showing "unsuccessful". I waited for few minutes. Then i tried again doing same recharge of rs. 399 and the payment was successful.

      The amount of rs. 399 was deducted twice from my account and i wish to have a refund for the transaction that was unsuccessful at first but which was converted into successful through paytm's end at the same time another transaction was successful.

        This is regarding query ref#[protected] on order id [protected].

        I am unable to use the fly card coupon which i have purchased on april 3rd 2019. Though i have raised a complaint using paytm instant messaging but it is is still pending. I was told that the resolution will be provided within 48 hrs but it is more than 48 hrs and i have not received any update. Even i am not getting any response on my messages despite multiple attempts.

        I lost my offer on flight booking hence i ask for a refund for the wastage of my money and time.

        The 24x7 help services are pathetic as far as i can say.

            Sir i am rambha simhachalam. I was transferred amount of 100000 from my account sbi to my reciever's account karoor vysya bank on 12 march 2019 through paytm wallet upi transaction. Amount deducted from my account but don't credit to my reciever's account. I sent many times myself and my reciever's account statement to paytm. But there is no solution. Paytm team was not responding. Please solve problem.

              i sent many letter BY speed post both of companys but company not gave any response.

              amazon say coclusionery message money blocked by paytm bank. then i'm very harassed. i hope that complaint gave resollution.

                I purchased honda activa 125 and applied promo code worth 7k but now paytm is cheating and saying we cannot apply promo code. I paid a fees of 500 rs and they are now saying we can offer 500rs worth cashback, i am not fool to spend 500rs to get back 500rs. Paytm is cheating customers and they dont have a proper email id to address customer grievance.

                  I had paid Rs43889/- online on 28 Mar 19 to Paytm for Apple watch series 4, but the package received by me on 30 Mar 19 contained stones. The issue was brought to the notice of paytmcare vide complaint No[protected] on 30 Mar 19, however they have rejected my complaint. My request is that the fraud be resolved and my money returned.

                    I made a payment of 1494 in wbsedcl website using paytm on sunday. The transaction didn't complete but the amount got deducted from my account. I have been following up with paytm for a refund but they are refusing to entertain me without an order id or transaction id of paytm. The problem is that these ids didn't generate as the transaction didn't get completed. I have the transaction id for the payment from hdfc and provided them that as well. But despite sending countless emails, the only reply i got was "please provide transaction id / order id". It seemed to me that they are only sending automated mails and not even checking my mails out. I wish to get my refund for the payment whatever happens. Please check the attached image for the 2 duplicate transactions: - 1st for the paytm one which was unsuccessful. The 2nd is the one which was the successful payment via billpay.

                      On 30.01.2019 i recharged jio number of one of my family members [protected] for rs399/- from my netbanking sbi anywhere. The recharge failed and a message was received on the same date 30.01.2019 on sin [protected] at 07:04 pm that the recharge has failed. The amount got debited to my account number [protected] maintained at sbi talab tiloo, jammu. I contacted the bank and they told me that the amount has been paid to the client. On contacting jio, i was told that the amount has been paid back to sbi. Despite lapse of more than two months, the amount of rs399/- has not been refunded to me.

                        I have received the R's. 900 deducted d message on my mobile and seen the details that Getwoo deducted 900 today without my knowledge and without asking authorization.
                        This is completely not acceptable at all, How someone directly deducting the amount from my paytm...
                        What is the security of my money?
                        That has to be come back to my paytm account.

                          Order placed successfully on 26 march 2019. product dead line to delivery is 02 april. but totay is 2 april still no progress. i have send more than 2 mails 10 calls.
                          paytm always asking for some hours. i have never face such a irresponsible customer service ever.

                            While trying to book a ticket throgh paytm money has been deducted from bank with the amount of INR 19000.89 but irctc sjowing money is pending from bank. Now the money is not in bank, paytm wallet or irctc wallet . Its been 4 days .

                                I attempted to recharge and money deducted from bank account, but recharge failed. Order no.[protected] dt.28.11.18 at.8.39pm for recharge of ₹1699 of bsnl mobile [protected].
                                Operator reference no. Received is [protected]. Upi reference id[protected]. Paytm states order successful; bank paid money to paytm; operator states failure, but amount debited in failed recharge attempt has most unfortunately not been credited to bank account for last four months. Amount be restored early.

                                    I booked lakshmisntr movie tickets from paytm in andhra pradesh. But due to notice given by court that this movie is not supposed to play in andhra pradesh movie theatres. Movie is not played by the theatre. When i asked theatre the said paytm only give back your money. I called to paytm customer care also. The said they want 24hrs - 48hrs. I raised complaint two days back. Till now i didn't get my money back. I want paytm to process my quary as soon as possible.

                                      I received the sony sa-d40 4.1 speaker on 27th march 2019. The product is damaged physically and i have submitted the return request on the same day. Instead of sending an agent to examine the product condition they asked me to send lots of details which is totally annoying. Though i have sent all the required photos of the product now they are saying they have not received the following information within 48 hours. During the order, it shows 7days replacement policy. I really wonder how can a well-known company send this kind of defective old used product.
