This type of msg came from paytm so i paid money to that person

I was click on link directly open paytm app and person name showing Sanket Satish Dodal

So i thought this is certified so i paid money 4999.
Then...

Wrong Adidas cushion socks was delivered today... I have ordered 3pairs... Their colour and quality is totally different and product is not refundable and not return type...
So what can i do now... This is purely breach of trust by paytm... m not asking other product but the same which i saw while purchase...

I have been trying to resolve an issue with promocodes from paytm for last 2-3 weeks. Hello this is mathen. I lost my device on 18/1/19 on friday. Some one made four transactions in my paytm account. The total money is rs7000. I have made a complaint regarding the fraudulent transaction took on my paytm account and its more than ten days. Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 28 jan 2019 at via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
