I have been trying to resolve an issue with promocodes from paytm for last 2-3 weeks. I received 5 100% cashback coupon codes each worth rs.1100 for buying a bike (Order #: [protected]), of which i have already used 3 coupons. Now when i try to use 4th coupon code, it didn't work and i had to contact their customer care multiple times. They don't want to even listen to our problem, every representative says we will get call or email, because they didn't listen properly, initial emails from them was "it is a valid coupon" (Of course i knew it is a valid coupon, problem was it was not working.) and they closed ticket saying that the issue was resolved when it wasn't. So after multiple calls, issue got resolved creating a new problem.
I think paytm engineers didn't fix many of their bugs and released the product. When i apply code it will show a cashback amount and upon reloading page the amount changes. The coupon condition is, i can add any no of items to cart but it will apply on a maximum of 3 items only. Now i have added 2 items but coupon gets applied on either one or the other. Attaching 2 screenshots showing one coupon applying in first item (Doc1) or second item (Doc2) only.
Coupon code should apply on both items giving me rs.1100 cashback, but it isn't. I have tried to call customer care, but as usual they don't listen and tell same reply that i would be getting call, it has been more than a week since my calls (Called more than 3 times) but no response.
