money not credited to beneficiary

Sir i have transferred 3000 rupees on 2/2/2019 to my friend having state bank account through upi paytm transaction got success but money not credited to friends account. Than i complained to paytm care they told it will be resolved in 2 working days l. Than i complained to consumers complained jago grahak jago than paytm told me that they have transferred the money to that account and asking to check sbi bank account statement i have personally...

I am using pytm for traveling tickets booking, yesterday evening iam booking a train ticket in pc using irctc finally i have selected paytm wallet for final payment finally it asked for qr code i have scanned that qr using pytm app in in step 2 it asked the last 4digits of my transaction id i have entered one number mistakenly then my payment was denied and i have lost my money with out confirmation of my e-tickets my money was not refunded in my app.

    I had purchased a HP Laptop Bag From Paytm on 31st Aug 2018 sold by Kaasni
    Traders(Order No. [protected]).The Bag was under 1 year manufacture warranty mentioned in detail of product in Paytm.
    After using roughly 1 week the bag, the stitching part of bag came out (literal meaning get torn ) which comes under warranty condition.
    Now when call to Hp service center for warranty as mention in Paytm. One of the Hp executive inform me that Hp does provide any such kind of warranty in Bag.
    I had informed about regarding this to Paytm Executive and they first asked me to bring a written proof of "What HP executive said " .
    As this was not possible so other solution given by Paytm was that they asked me to contact the seller "Kaasni Traders ".I tried to contact from seller but response came from other side.
    Further Paytm asked me to upload the Photo of Bag showing the present condition. I had proceeded as said but in vein reply of Paytm Executive was "The product uploaded was damaged ".
    Now i cant understand how can they say that as the product is in warranty and warranty of bag includes any stitching comes out or bag get torn while using properly..etc
    Despite of all these the service provide by paytm on resolving the issue is too poor.Almost take 1-2 months but till now not get resolved.
    My request is to first of all avoid selling fake product if you cant provide warranty and avoid mentioning wrong details about product.
    Second replace my bag or refund the money as warranty proceeds
    Hoping for positive response and strict measures to be taken against this fraud, mistreating the customer etc.

      I had 5 bus tickets from Delhi to Manali using PayTM along with my relative who had booked 2 more in the same bus (Himachal Volvo Highway) and on the day of travel, he was informed via SMS that the bus was cancelled. I called up the bus operator to enquire and he told me that the bus was cancelled indeed and that I will be getting a refund in 72 hours. So, my relative and I booked tickets in another bus just in time at a high price. We never received any refund after that. I called up customer care, emailed them and used their chat system but the only response I got was that the team is working on my case and I will get a response in 48 hours . This happened multiple times and then one day I got an email that the bus operator has said that the bus wasn't cancelled and so there won't be any refund. I called them up multiple times after that but didn't receive any help. In one of the emails, I was given the number of someone in HImachal Volvo Highway. It turned out to be an ex-employee's number and he agreed that the bus was cancelled indeed. I have the call recording. Kindly help me get the refund.

        Rs 3500 has been sent successfully from my account on third of February 06.01 PM and its 4th day but still money isn't deposited in receivers account. Source bank confirms about successful transaction but receiver banks not yet received the money. I tried many times to contact with Paytm but they never respond.
        Money sent from IDBI Bank Account to SBI Account using Paytm UPI.

          On dated 28th January 2019 @ 4 : 30 PM I was searching a one website ( themonsterindia.com ) for job purpose. Then I received on call from website customer care no. [protected] for to assess for filled up details and they requested to me for 10 rupees payment as a registration fee and I paid 10 rupees through Axis banking online system but the agency have fraud with me due to hacked my account and withdraw all money ( 57751/-)from my account, when I got information about this transection through SMS, then I was shocked what happened with me. Then immediately I registered my complain at customer axis bank care no. [protected] and I received reference no is[protected] against my fraud banking complain. Than after I go to Axis bank Branch office Beware Ajmer and registered my complaint for the same under banking money fraud case with the help of bank employee and also they given me one complaint no. is 48450468 on dated 29th January and bank employee summit dispute form for the same to bank branch. Similarly I had registered y complaint in local police Thana Beware City Ajmer on dated 29th Jan 2019 with complaint no. 26.
          After that so many times I visited bank manger office to discuss about the same and to knowing the status of my case but they not taking any interest and also not given any right answer or conclusion for the same.
          Here I request you to please considered my request and take necessary action about this
          Here I am not able to lose this money because I’m not a very rich men I am a middle classed salaried person .so my humble request you to please considered my complaint against fraud transaction by case.

          On dated 28th January 2019 @ 4 : 30 PM I was searching one website ( www.monsterindia.com ) for job purpose. During this I received a call from website customer care no. [protected] to register with a subscription of Rs 10 payment as a registration fee. For paying Rs 10 rupees I logged in Axis bank internet banking website and entered my login details and password online system but I didn’t entered the OTP. Someone has entered my OTP and transferred Rs 57751 /- to his account.
          When I received the msg of transaction then I immediately registered my complaint at customercare axis bank care no. [protected] and I received reference no is[protected] against my complaint of fraud during use of internet banking. After that I visited your Beawar Branch Ajmer and registered my complaint for the same under banking money fraud case with the help of bank employee and also they given me one complaint no. is 48450468 on dated 29th January and bank employee summited dispute form for the same to bank branch. I have also given a Police complaint in Beawar Police Thana - Beware City Ajmer on dated 29th Jan 2019 with complaint no. 26.
          After that so many times I visited bank manager office to discuss about the same but they are not showing any positive response.
          I request you to please considered my request and take necessary action about this

              I made two upi transactions on 02nd february 2019 at 08:04pm and 08:07pm respectively with corresponding upi id "[protected]" and "[protected]" for inr 4, 050/- (Rupees four thousand and fifty only). The amount was deducted during each of my transaction while the client on the otherhand did not receive them.

              I have already waited for two working days as mentioned in "24x7 help". The amount has neither been funded to my client account nor in mine.

              I also tried to reach the customer care through mobile. The line was not connected to the official concerned.

              Hence i request you to kindly look into the matter and get it solved at the earliest.

                I had ordered 2 parcels from paytm online shopping and after waiting long for a duration of 15 days, they cancelled my order. My other order awb was on the way to my delivery center a while ago as on 05 feb 2019. I received a sms from paytm a few moments ago that my order was cancelled, this was the second time they did this to me, and i haven't still received the refund.

                  Im deepak buy a product from paytm order id : [protected] Sony ps4 500 gb slim console, i request a return for product but pytm make fool and scolded me from the date i request.But when i return the product they avoid pikup and tild me to visit custimer care which was 210 km from my home pytm no.                   Also product is in warranty replace period given by paytm when i request.

                        MY Money is not refunded yet, I contacted with paytm, they told me to contact your Bank and when I contacted my bank they told me that you have used a 3rd party app for your transaction then contact them.
                        I don't know whom to contact, as I'm a student.
                        I hardly need my money.

                            I sent 2000 rs to from paytm via upi id [protected]@paytm to upi id [protected]@paytm linked with account number [protected] of state bank of india two times. First time i sent 2000 rs on 23 january 2019 with upi reference number[protected] with paytm via upi id [protected]@paytm to upi id [protected]@paytm and amount was deducted from my canara bank account with account number[protected] and didn't credit to receiver account and transaction went on pending and till now neither it is credited to receiver account nor refunded back to my account. After this i sent 2000 rs from kotak mahindra bank with account number [protected] via upi id [protected]@paytm to same upi id [protected]@paytm with upi reference number[protected] on 27 january 2019 and this time also amount deducted from my account linked with upi [protected]@paytm and didn't credit to receiver's account. Hence my two transaction of[protected] rs are still in pending and have neither been credited to receiver's account nor have been refunded back to my account so please check all the information and clear my amount as i have attached the screenshot of the transaction

                                  I'm kishore. I ordered garmin vivoactive3 mp3by paying 28k. Received cashback5.5k... Once product delivered i opened to my surprise i received empty box.. Only manual available, no watch, no charger... Immediately i raised complaint to customer care.. Product box weight as per specification 300 gm.. But courier weight they mentioned 39gms??? They didn't resolve my problem,
                                  I hv not authorised autosubscription bt amount has been deducted how can they deduct from my account without my permission this kind of frods should not be entertained do take action on that app members please take action on them and so has to refund my money how can they get auto subscription without my permissions

                                    I bought spender plus bike by paytm and offer is 5000 cashback in which 1000rs is cashback that I had received but other coupons of 2800 of electricity bills, 600 of mobile recharge and 600 of DTH. But I had received promocodes of 200, 50 and 50rs worth.so, please help or answer what can I do?
