I have placed Order (JK TYRE VECTRA P175/65 R 14 Tube Less Car Tyre ( 2 PC ) to paytm on dated 09.10.18 through my Paytm ID ([protected]) and My wife id ([protected]) same order placed on dated 09.10.18.
i have placed ( 4 tyres order and payment refunded one tyre payment three tyre payment still pending, i don't want payment, i want my order ASAP)

Now till date am not received my order from paytm, because...

I have purchased Big bazaar Gift voucher from Paytm on 28th sept. 2018 worth rs 5000/- and same day receive mail about this order.
problem was that till date i didn't receive any voucher code or redemption code regarding this.
For this i have complaint lots of time to paytm but always they send me same repeated mail i also contact paytm fraud helpline no. [protected]
but still problem remain same, neither they sent me...

I am Puja Kumari who is quality analyst at Mapmyindia in Okhla Phase 3. I found the bug in your application. When we click on right side of the cash back option application has been crashed.
I have tested with the device mi Y2. I tried many times but the output is still same. I have checked in another devices of mi but the execution result is coming same . Application has crashed.

I have purchased shoes from paytm mall for running purpose but after use of one month they get damaged, it lost my trust in the paytm .

I have ordered for a yellow sandal through paytm mall app.
The product recieved was entire different model with ash and blue colour. So requested for return and the pickup vuy refused to pickup stating that the product is not matching with the product in the image. I have purchased oppo f9 phone for ₹24000 from paytm in exchange of my old phone lenovo zuk 1 for ₹8250. So the original price for the phone to me was 16000 rupees

Due to minor spot on my old phone they cancelled the exchange.

I requested them to return my oppo f9 phone when it was within the return period because i cannot afford using 25000 phone. ₹16000 was my budget.

Ordered Reebok socks, but received low quality socks, which is of different brand. There is no option in the feedback section to select wrong product received. I will not trust paytm from now onwards.
Worst App, worst product, worst management.
I will never trust Paytm any more, worst experience with paytm, never trust on paytm product quality......

Amount deducted from PAYTM Wallet for booking ticket on IRCTC app..But Transaction failed and ticket not booked..

Amount deducted from the wallet on 22 Sept has not yet been refunded yet..

Further, its very ridiculous that PAYTM HELPLINE is fooling the customers.. there is nobody to answer the calls or to assist.. Just keep on jumping from this nos to other numbers.. Rest is the record... which says be online......

Its really important.

I booked Bajaj Geyser( order id- [protected]) on 9/10/18. The item was not dispatched till 11/10/18, I cancelled it due to dispatch delay. The cancellation was initiated by company which appeared in mobile app. On 13/10/18 I received delivery message. I was at home and no delivery took place. Since then, I am trying to contact, but lines are busy and no other way of communication is provided by company. I am still waiting for my refund....

We attempted some tries to book nine tickets but it was showing error. After some time it is showing that the seat was already booked. So we want answer for this paytm app's complaint. I think it is the first complaint for this paytm app. I suggest that don't use this app for booking movie tickets. Sir i have ordered earphone from paytm and still i didn't get the earphone.. And the expected delivery was 13 oct. Then i checked tracking id of order it is showing that delivered to delhi. So i thought i can complain for it in paytm.
So they are not lifting my calls too. And not replying for anything that i do like order complain, order cancellation anything...
