I purchased a "so called puma backpack" vide order number [protected]. A return was requested on the same day as the material and quality was poor. Initially i got a message that the "return was rejected by seller". I was shocked with the kind of authority given to the sellers at paytm.in my response to my mail they sent a person for cosmetic pickup of the return. They sent jitendra kumar (64265) from xpressbees and he picked up the material vide poid [protected]. Now they have sent another pickup agent stating that i have not handed over the material. They have blocked my email id and the mails are bouncing back. I called their helpline numbers[protected] and have recording for more than 57 minutes (Yes i am right 57 minutes) announcing to hold as they had too much traffic. Their app does not give any option to submit the complaints. They are totally non contactable after sale. Friends they are dirty frauds do not waste your money for small savings. Will you believe they have done this thing to a customer who did shopping for around 35k in this week.

      system surveillance bot flagged my account

      I am using paytm for several months for shopping and paying bills. Now when i am trying to pay my bill an error arise, our system surveillance bot flagged your account.. And due to this error i am not able to place any order and doing any activity.. Even i am not able to transfer my money from paytm payments bank to any other bank... My wallet money is also stucked. Kindly help me......

      I have 4 invoices in which gst amount charged on my gstin and i claimed for input tax credit for the same now we found that the seller is not deposited the gst tax amount to government as they charged us gst amount.
      What to do?
      I am unable to contact paytm as well as seller because seller's phone number is not mentioned in invoices and paytm customer care toh 3rd class customer service hai.

        I pay for sbi mops on 1 sep of ₹500 twice but single amount is recieve by merchant i contact paytm every day for refund my amount but everytime time they said we are working for your amount and not refund it till now more then 7 weaks are crossed but my refund is not processed
        So i request to please refund my money as soon as posible

          I am doing a payment for renewal of bike insurance premium of Rs. 2530/- from M/s United India Insurance company against the quote as given by [protected]@policybazar.com . My payment of Rs. 2530/- has deduct but the payment shown failed by M/s PayTM Mobile Solutions. I have done the payment through UBI netbanking and payment reference ID 95841579.

          Now I want to know where my amount of Rs. 2530/- is gone and how it is refund.

            I paid for above order no amt of rs 3999 n on cancellation got refund of rs 3199 on 8.10.18 balance they say is in goldback but there is no gold back credit in my name/account.whereas on cancellation my whole amt of rs 3999 should hv been refunded. Rs 800 of mine are usurped by paytm fraudulently, i want it refunded

              Respected sir,
              I have place and order for dippers on[protected] with paytm mall. Againest this order i have paid rs. 355 through paytm wallet and balance amount of rupees 44 was assured to pay on delivery of goods.
              The paytm mall had cancel above said order[protected] immediately on[protected] and also inform me that my diposit amount rs. 355 will be refunded to my wallet with in 24 hours.
              Immediate take action.

                I initiated cancellation of a order [protected] on 4th october 2018, when it was just dispatched.

                The cancellation has been in pending status since then, with no update whatsoever.

                It does not let me raise a ticket, with a message that refund is not yet initiated, so please wait till that time and contact bank if refund is not received after that.

                The [protected]@paytm.com email bounces back saying it is no longer monitored.
                App does not let me raise a ticket
                Customer care phone number is not responsive for more than 8 mins (The max i waited)

                How do i contact them? And how do i get the refund?

                  Without realising that fast forward is enabled i recharged my jio number and it's successful... But i want to cancel the transaction... It's done by mistake... And when contacted paytm they say contact operator and jio customer service team is o[censored]seless... Infact paytm customer service team is also not available on phone and through emails or messages they don't care at all... Waste of my money...

                    Please be inform that return was pick up on 03rd oct and today is 16th oct. Almost 14 day's over and they have not refunded and not responded my complain#90285976 raise through paytm app customer support 24x7, i don't think they take care of customer complain on refund money issue. This is completely not appreciated how they are handling customer complain. More over i have been trying to call them via [protected] but they are not picking up my call, waited almost more 35mint.

                      I have placed Order (JK TYRE VECTRA P175/65 R 14 Tube Less Car Tyre ( 2 PC ) to paytm on dated 09.10.18 through my Paytm ID ([protected]) and My wife id ([protected]) same order placed on dated 09.10.18.
                      i have placed ( 4 tyres order and payment refunded one tyre payment three tyre payment still pending, i don't want payment, i want my order ASAP)

                      Now till date am not received my order from paytm, because of paytm has not done previous orders payment to seller this is the main reason for supply issue)

                      I have called many times to customer care but paytm customer care people not attending phone call and not reply in 24*7 chat help center.

                      I have so much lose in my routine tours due to paytm has not delivered product on time, pls do penalty to paytm for delay delivery .

                        I have purchased Big bazaar Gift voucher from Paytm on 28th sept. 2018 worth rs 5000/- and same day receive mail about this order.
                        problem was that till date i didn't receive any voucher code or redemption code regarding this.
                        For this i have complaint lots of time to paytm but always they send me same repeated mail i also contact paytm fraud helpline no. [protected]
                        but still problem remain same, neither they sent me code nor cancel my order, and i think no person is there to take responsibility about it

                        For this I complain many times on 24*7 helpdesk, which query refrence no. 88371284.
                        Also I called fraud helpline which query no. 89549883 & 90126702& 91357768.
                        So from this forum i think i get any solution from Paytm.

                          I have tested with the device mi Y2. I tried many times but the output is still same. I have checked in another devices of mi but the execution result is coming same . Application has crashed.
                          You can test by yourself also and test by another device. You may get execution output.

                              TOY STATION, Karnataka. the amount 19, 999
                              I received used and damaged product with a nonworking condition. I applied for return and the same request approved on 9th.

                              But till now I am waiting for Return pickup. EVERY DAY I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE[protected] BUT NO RESPONSE.

                              I worried about my money. your service has given me mental tension.

                              I never face this type of negligence from any other e-commerce site. They give good value to their customers.

                              You are the people never know how to deal with customers.

                                I booked my ticket on 3 august on paytm then cancled them on 21august. My money is not refunded yet more than 45 days have passed. When i contacted to paytm they say that they have refunded the money, but when i asked to my bank about the refunded money they say that they did not receive any message regarding refund of money. Both paytm as well as bank (Boi) not accepting that they didnt refunded my money. Many time a called them but they are not giving me proper details.

                                    I have ordered for a yellow sandal through paytm mall app.
                                    The product recieved was entire different model with ash and blue colour. So requested for return and the pickup vuy refused to pickup stating that the product is not matching with the product in the image. When i asked why should i return if the product is the same, he was rude and harah on me. The courier guy was from bluedart. His contact no.: [protected].

                                      I have ordered an iPhone xs gold 64 GB on 12 OCT 2018 morning. It was supposed to be shipped on 15 OCT 2018. However the product has not been shipped and they are now saying that it will take 15 days to ship. I have already paid 1Lakh rs for the product and will not be available in India after 18 OCT 2018 as i am travelling. Customer care is not helping me out I just want to cancel the order as there will be no one to collect it.
