    I made some transactions through Paytm Postpaid last month, bill due date is yesterday (07-Jul-22), the bill would have been generated on 01-Jul-22, I did not receive an email/SMS either for the bill generation or regarding the upcoming due date.

    But today I received an email for the late fee, as a customer I expect an email/SMS intimation for bills so I can make the payment before the due date.

    Currently, there is no way I can contact Paytm customer care regarding Paytm Postpaid, they have only a bot that responds with a specific set of instructions. I tried calling available support numbers, but it goes to a different department with no way to resolve my issue.

      Regarding Booking ID-[protected], I have booked holiday appeal volvo bus from Manali to Delhi for 1 july through paytm. But bus broke down at bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh at 3am. And driver not arranged another bus for us. We, arranged another bus ticket by ourself. Now 7 days gone but still i haven't received refund from paytm. My friends booked their ticket from redbus and yatra for same journey and they got their refunds also. But paytm still not refunded me.

            I booked a bus for Jaipur to Kota on 18 June through Paytm. I reach the onboarding point & waiting around 1 hour. I contact the first bus operator, but no one picks my call. Then I contact Paytm care & canceled my bus & they assured me that I will get a refund in 10 days Then I pick another bus and reach Kota"

            Now Till 6 July 2022, I can't get any refund. Paytm refuses my refund request because the travel agency declined my refund request. We have no responsibility for a refund. if you need refund contact to bus operator.

            Please help me to get a full refund.

              I have made my credit card bill payment of Rs. 2616 via Paytm on 1st July 2022 but the amount has not been credited to my credit card account till date( 5th July 2022).                 No wonder why Paytm is not gaining new Customers, they have pathetic customer service, i paid for my electricity bill threw Paytm money got deducted from my account and not credited to Electricity company.
                When i am chatting with bot its saying refund has been done but no refund has credited to my account, Paytm is also not giving any reference no which they say that they have refunded
                They’re just fraudsters.

                      I'm a paytm postpaid user. As usual according to the instructions my post paid bill has been generated on 1st of July. So, I made a payment of Rs-48 on 1st of July, 2022. But my bill payment gets processing. They asked me to wait 24 hours but I've been waiting till today 5th of July, but it still processing. From 7th of July I'll be charged late fees. But I couldn't repay it. I made another 4 payments and all the time it gets processing not gets succeeded. I have tried to reach out them via Phone call, Twitter and their no value 24×7 help desk option which have not helped me till today. Now I'm frustrated and depressed about the matter.

                            Mine 100 Rs was unlwafully debited from my paytm accOunt alleging that I have crossed badbar toll plaza in punjab
                            Sir I am working in Defence at Visakhapatnam and the car is at Visakhapatnam for more than a year and I was on duty on 29 th may 22
                            So how my car went at the badbar plaza
                            I have taken up this issue with paytm 24*7 and raised the tickets but no result
                            So I am very much harassed and embarasssed at this act of company by unlawfully deducting 100 rs

                              I had transferred a payment of 4560 to phone no [protected] dated on 14 July 2022, but the merchant has not received the payment yet and the money too was not .refunded to my account.
                              I request the relevant persons involved to look into the issue and address it as soon as possible.
