On 7 Feb 18 I received a call from snapdeal to pay via paytm wallet to shop 4198 and get gift sony LED TV with shoping item the mobile nos [protected]Paytm no to send money as in below attahed scrn shot also find transaction I'd in it attached IMGWhen I pay via paytm wallet it show snapdeal name on it so it seems true but I lost via paytm wallet Please refund money asap It seems it was fraud PFA
Plz help find all evidenc and doc as below this ​​big fraud group has been stolen many peoples money as paytm report has Bank Account In SBI KOLKATTA
AS Below attached I have complained to police and cyber cell crime dpt aswell plz block his SBI account
To refund stolen money of many indian peoples check his transaction details he is stealing money by offering on the behalf of big online shop company like Snapdeal etc via paytm wallet and than transfer in his sbi accounts below is detail of fraud gang

As above subject plz block this fraud account and refund or transfer money I have attached Police FIR Report and Paytm reports which proves this fraud online shop offer gives and many indian peoples money stealing and transfered in his bank accounts SBI BRANCH kolkata

It is too much careless by paytm to replying delayed so amt consumed by delayed replying I lost my amt so plz refund asap
2nd how paytm wallet is showing fraud Snapdeal name on it through it was not real Snapdeal.com but show same as real so I did payment as paytm is treated wallet but ofcours paytm is not trusted and showing wrong snapdeal name on it is big fault in your app system so the payment done by PAYTM mistake I lost money so plz refund asap

I also receive a call they said we are calling from snapdeal you won the lucky drow Maruti car what yo won't car or car price money if you want money give us your account no. And cut the call so i was surprised but doing any thing first i confirm from snapdeal but they said we have not play any par motional activities so i was save from the fraud call so I ADVICE STAY AWAKE BE CAREFULL

    Paytm asked me to link aadhaar number using website. After linking it had an option for in person verification.

    First of all i dont understand why paytm has to do in person verification when an otp is generated. I got a call from

    [protected] someone called Sandeep claimung to be paytm person.

    He calims he came near my house but when i see no one is there and when i call the number the call.does not go through.

    From the look of it all of this seems like fake.

      Hello sir / mam,
      I mistakely did an transaction from my credit card to paytym worth rs. 30, 000 . Afterwhich immediately i called there customer care to resolve my issue, i even did the process watever they told . They told me to send a screen shot of return to bank option is unvailable. They gave me an assurity that it will take few days but the issue will resolve . But now after 4 to 5 days i saw there reply that, i can tranfer it to bank with 3% charge . So Paytm is just take 900 rs. To return back my own money . This means they are just foolins customers . Whenever i try to call them they make me wait for 30 mins. Or more . I request you to look into this and get back my money into my credit card again .

        I added 5000 rupees to my paytm wallet it is showing in my passbook but am not able to use it anywhere as it is showing insufficient funds money has been deducted from my account but nothing is reflected in my paytm wallet when i try to contact them they don’t respond at all kindly help with this issue

          I have ordered 394ltr refrigerator on 28th feb and it will be delivered on 5th of March bt the product will be delivered is wrong it is 345 ltr refrigerator and invoice will be printed for 394ltr then o will go to paytm care regarding my issue paytm care Chat forum tell me to resolve my problem shortly bt a single commitment was not given and still 7days completed my problem is not solved. It is like cheated me by paytm, any single customer care number can’t respond . So paytm is fraud application don’t buy from this app they cannot care customer problems

                    I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on28 Feb under the scheme of Rs8000 cashback through PAY TM(mobile received from poorvika stores, Phoenix mall, Bangalore). I have still not received the cashback ( after~ 11 days).I called paytm customer care, they say my card is not eligible for cashback, as I have made a transaction earlier through this card, I keep on asking them but they are not giving me details of 2nd transaction . I have checked all the transaction details, I have not made any other transaction . I have Visited paytm office and completed my K y C process also. They, as well as the mobile stores tell me that I am eligible for cashback. Kindly help me in this regard.

P.) there was a cashback of rs 5000/- in the order and the code was successfully applied. Now after 02 weeks i have not received the cash and i am getting the msg that there is a transaction within 45 days or my card is not applicable.

                        I had paid my exam fee from my bank to icai on february 8 2018.
                        I also complaint against this payment to the my bank. But they say that we complaint to paytm because our payment deducted from bank and not paid in institute but also paid in paytm

                          I am not unable to use paytm's services as i have not linked my aadhaar number with paytm. Therefore, i initiated the process quite some time ago, and requested for the kyc to be done.

                          However, it has still not been done. I receive phone calls saying their executive will visit my home to verify my aadhaar card and pan card and take my biometric information, but nobody shows up.

                          This has caused me great inconvenience as i am unable to pay or receive any money via paytm.

                            I buy mobile from icici card through pay tm at time of buying offer was i will get 200ors caskback within 10days and after that i can transfer the money to my bank account.

                            Now 13 days are past still money is not reverted to pay tm account. I am still waiting for it.

                            I call pay tm customer service i waited for more then 10 mints but call not get connected.

                            I want to know you guy's promise lot at time of purchasing or for service but when it come deliver you guy's are useless. You people simply harrash customer.

                            Customer service is means first call resolution do you think you support team is not capable. They are sitting in chaiir and hatching egg's.

                            Paytm tag line is paytm karo. Paytm tagline should be "customer ko pareeshan karo".

                            Paytm people at least justify the your salary.

                            I want my money in my wallet at any cost.
                            I have already send the screen shot and transaction id on saturday till there not response form there side.

                            My veet coupon is not submitting .It's shows 'Please try after some time.' Please refund my paytm cashback.
                            I had paytm balance of certain amount. I transferred it to my bank. Instead it deducted from my bank. And paytm says it took money from bank and it added to the paytm. But there is No changes. Only change was my bank amount getting deducted.
                            Improper respond customer service tooooo bad they not answering call keeping on hold for already 45 mts it is bad service to compare to other apps

                              It’s a humble request to you please show some professionalism. Do you guys even have any rules and regulations. The worst service with respect to customer dealing. They are the ones who had poor customer service, recently, their way of talking is not respectable, their solution to the problem is like we do not have any thing to do for you, pls do on your own, more over i really need to say paytm should think about good customer service if they need to sustain best customers — many times i called up to customer care of sbi but they totally deny for the payment and saying that this is wrong utr no. And we could not help you as this is wrong information. And many times i talk to paytm customer care the are saying that we do not have you money we already send it to your account, no one is listening me where is my money.?

                              I had word with chandra shekhar, neeraj panday, ravi kumar who is crm he told me that your money will not settled. 100 times i told him please give me my money. Again and again and again. Instead to help me he start arguing with me and about 2 hour he argue with me.

                                I have created a paytm account in uber app for travel trip payment in the provision provided by uber app, when the amount has come down to rs. 446/- i added to rs. 550/- to the account as advised by uber (If i pay rs. 550/- to the paytm in uber app they will give discount in trips) i paid rs. 550/- to my uber app paytm balance rs. 446/- the total amount shown as rs. 996/- after few days on january 3, 2018 i wanted to book taxi o[censored]ber through their app and payment option selected as paytm instead of cash payment it told me that you you do not have balance please add balance. Immediately i contacted uber about the hacking but at my dismay they informed me that paytm is a third party they cannot help me and to contact paytm, accordingly i contacted paytm and they asked me some details which i had sent to them after some times they do not reply to my requests about the progress of the case, the reference number created by them for this case is 49746904. I want my refund of rs. 996/-
                                I have only paytm account in uber app provision provided by uber app to make trip payment. I do not have any direct account with paytm. But both the parties not solving my problem, both are blaming each other and not taking responsibility to solve my problem my money hacked. This way how can i believe them. Please tell me if i have to complaint it to cyber cell.

                                        I booked a flight ticket on 7th march and was eligible to get rs. 250 cash back but it is not received even after 4 days not its status is showing refunded back but don't know where has that gone.
