Dear sir, I am inform you that none of the transactions had taken place with my authentication. I never give my credit card to anybody. Bank people are well aware that it is a cyber crime. With utmost belief in this bank, I have Lot of Trust in paytm postpaid and useing from so many years But, it puts me in deep trouble now. It clearly indicates the working system of the bank and how it is neglecting customers.i can't effort the amount under any circumstances, already i had logged the complaint in cyber crime.Plz look into the matter in humatrain grounds and help me out with the same at the earliest possible.

    Hi Team

    Respectfully, I would like to bring into your considerationthat on 09/04/2022, I booked a bus ticket on Paytm, from Bengaluruto Nandyala. The PNR number for the same is PT35581. But the busoperator canceled the bus and didn't provide any refund. I have raised arequest in Paytm(Ticket ID: [protected]) also but no response from your side. I need a total amount of Rs3514.5 refund including I have paid cancellation charges.I have tried to contact Paytm & morning star Travels several times through all modes of communication but they never came back or reply me.

      I've spent money for Paytm Genie Contest. Terms and conditions said the amount we spent will be refunded within 7 days. After that time, contracted customer service after huge struggle and they informed me to wait for 30 days. The struggle to contact them is such a huge hassle. They don't have email ID, proper communication chat forum or direct easy line to talk to live agent. It's worst Paytm is not taking care of these issues. Refund is still pending. Kindly help on this issue.

        I tried booking tickets for movie on Paytm. It debited the money (Rs.1977)from my Paytm wallet but the tickets never got confirmed and it said the money would be refunded to your account within 24 hours. Fast forward more than 4 days, there is no reply from the paytm customer care service and on twitter for the past 2 days all they are saying is that "Your concern is important for us. we are looking into it. We will update you soon"

        This is absolute daylight robbery. Someone please suggest me on the next steps to take

I was charged 2000 rs. I have called many times the customer care they are asking to wait 48 hours . They have given me 15 Complaint numbers so far . But still the month completed no replacement occurs . Kindly refund the amount or replace within 1 or 2 days .i will file court case on your company

                Paytm Postpaid Fraud using my account

                Someone by the name of Ravinder Dang (absolutely unknown to me) has fraudulently made a paytm postpaid transaction of INR 11, 615 using my paytm account and my phone number on 11th November 2021. Ever since Paytm has been calling and harassing me for payment and charging late fee every month.
                As my phone number has been used i am getting messages for repayment of overdue for paytm postpaid facility availed from Aditya Birla Finance...

                Dear Paytm Team,

                I was introduced to an Online Seller on Telegram. His id on Telegram is 'ONLINE DEALSS'. His Paytm ID is[protected] and his name is Roopesh. He offered me the purchase of a mobile phone for Rs. 10000. I trusted him and made two payments of Rs. 5000 each on 09/04/2022, one before he made the booking and one after he confirmed that the booking has been done. He had assured me that I will receive the mobile phone in 2-3 days.

                The amount has been debited from my Bank Account and the phone has not been delivered to me till now. I am attaching a copy of my Bank Account for your reference. Request you to please investigate this transaction and kindly reverse this transaction on an immediate basis and credit these funds back to my account.

                I will wait for your reply on this subject. Let me know if you need any further information from me in this regard.

                  I did my jio prepaid recharge from myjio app and paid my total amount from Paytm wallet as promised I did get 75 rs cashback but it is stuck at pending (will deposit in 24 hours) but it has been 3 days now. Second problem is with postpaid as I mentioned above i paid my bill with wallet option and Paytm wallet had like 2 times more amount than total bill but still money was deducted from postpaid now i will have to pay their convenience charge + it will affect my credit score. I told all these problems on Paytm help but support guy is not even reading my problem he is just copy pasting same answer again and again which is not even related to my problem.

                      We had booked Jet Airways ticket on 07/01/2019 through PayTM under booking reference no. Booking id:[protected] and Jet Airways closed operations. Since then we have been chasing PayTM for refund and till date there is no response from them. There was a time when Jet Airways were refunding but PayTM did not initiate refund and amount involved is
                      Rs 24, 460/-. Inspite of repeated reminders they have not been responding or updating as to when I'll get my refund

                        I have sold my vehicle. i wish to terminate fastag account. Paytm says to go to paytem app. There are no options to terminate fastag.

                        Paytm is purposefully not allowing paytm fastags to be terminated.

                        No wonder share price fell. If they are cheating inoccent customers then I shudder how they are cheating goverment and investors by falsifying information.

                          Looks like Paytm digital gold is a scam. I ordered physical gold from my digital gold locker, but, always they refund my money back by cancelling my order. Looks like they take money and use it for company financial circulation, when we order real gold, they don't want to take out our money from their investments. Will check with customer care and lodge a complaint in consumer court soon.

                                  My name is Naresh kumar gupta and i booked he booked a AC Seater/Sleeper bus ticket online on Zing bus from Mohan nagar metro station to Near ISBT Dehradun. After filling all the required details for booking i was directed to the payment page and after that the payment was successfully done at 6:26 PM on 27th March of Rs 330.22 to LeTravenuesTech, I got the deduction message from my ICICI bank account, but after all these things I still was not able to receive any conformation mail or message about my booked Ticket.
                                  I called the customer care service and after that two unauthorized payment of Rs 9, 618.75 and Rs 10, 125 was debited to PaytmRentPaymen from my ICICI debit card.
                                  I haven't done any transaction towards PaytmRentPaymen but still this unauthorized transaction happened.
                                  I request you to please refund me the total amount of Rs 19, 743.75 as it was an unauthorized transaction.

                                    PayTM is forcing me to pay Rs. 390. I have never performed the transaction and when i wanted to raise complain against it, i was denied by paytm custore care executive. Also, without any investigation or notification to customer, PayTM has blocked my fasttag.

                                      Due to coronavirus, the flights were canceled. I and my friend requested many times refund but no response in the email, and also many more times called the customers service (waiting period sometime more than 15min) to register the refund request, every time they provided the request-ids ([protected] - 17Dec2021, [protected] 16-March) but no response.

                                      As of now, I'm in Germany. I called them more than 100 times (each time 10min minimum call duration, each call 1.20Euro, if i calculated i have spend more than 800Euro for phone charges), even though they didn't processed still.

                                      In March 2022, i have provided my paytm wallet number (+91 [protected]) to credit the amount, still playing with customer going on.

                                      I have checked with Airline, they confirmed we have cleared all our due when it was cancelled. But Paytm is not paid still.
