I did my jio prepaid recharge from myjio app and paid my total amount from Paytm wallet as promised I did get 75 rs cashback but it is stuck at pending (will deposit in 24 hours) but it has been 3 days now. Second problem is with postpaid as I mentioned above i paid my bill with wallet option and Paytm wallet had like 2 times more amount than total bill but still money was deducted from postpaid now i will have to pay their convenience charge...

We had booked Jet Airways ticket on 07/01/2019 through PayTM under booking reference no. Booking id:[protected] and Jet Airways closed operations. Since then we have been chasing PayTM for refund and till date there is no response from them. There was a time when Jet Airways were refunding but PayTM did not initiate refund and amount involved is
Rs 24, 460/-. Inspite of repeated reminders they have not been responding or updating as...

I have sold my vehicle. i wish to terminate fastag account. Paytm says to go to paytem app. There are no options to terminate fastag.

Paytm is purposefully not allowing paytm fastags to be terminated.

No wonder share price fell. If they are cheating inoccent customers then I shudder how they are cheating goverment and investors by falsifying information....

Looks like Paytm digital gold is a scam. I ordered physical gold from my digital gold locker, but, always they refund my money back by cancelling my order. Looks like they take money and use it for company financial circulation, when we order real gold, they don't want to take out our money from their investments. Will check with customer care and lodge a complaint in consumer court soon....

Please do return my irctc cancel ticket amount booked via paytm
app., as it been more than week making follow up on paytm app.

My Fastag was to be delivered by 19th March 22, it got delivered to some other adress, Paytm doesn't even have call support for fastag, and in the chat Box they don't reply at all. Paytm should give me fastag asap or give my money back....

First Paytm have blocked by Paytm Payments accounts 3 years back since then i m not withraw any amount from paytm payments bank. Now They have blocked all services on paytm account. I have provided all proofs to them for addressing the issue. Still i did not any solution from them. I am highly disappointed with their services....

I have registered my phone number with paytm years back and completed complete EKYC. After certain period I changed my phone (Mobile device or handset). from there when I tried to login to my paytm account using phone number, they have created one new account with same phone number. it was showing that my kyc is not done. i contacted customer care support for creating multiple accounts with same phone number every time you login.
