Today I tried to change my mobile no on paytm app, but could not. So I again updated my old no on the app. But when I did this I did not find my wallet balance which was previously there. I tried to contact paytm on the given phone no. i.e.[protected], but this phone no. has only menu, no executive comes on line. So one can not explain the exact complaint and this way it limits the complaints. The app has more problems also, like to activate my wallet I tried to submit my KYC, after filling the details 3-4 times, the KYC is not done nor any notice comes to show as what problem is there.

    I tried to book a ticket through Ixigo on[protected] using Paytm UPI. The amount was deducted from the linked Bank but the payment failed and the amount was not credited to Ixigo. Even after six months, the money has not been refunded back to my account by Paytm. Payment Details

        Paytm postpaid bank-99xxxxxx751 wrong debited from ref no[protected] rs 750 dated 08 april 2022 and from ref no[protected] 08 may 2022 118 ruppes in my paytm postpaid account while i had paid total used bill amount after that i informed to his desk help team and he has assured that the same auto debited amount rs 868 will be reversed shortly but it is still pending for reversal after many reminders and ivr calls please take necessary action and reverse the same amount

                To whomsoever it may be concerned with please

                I received a call on WhatsApp from[protected], he mentioned that he is my father's friend and trying to deposit money in my account. We were expecting a payment since my father is not very tech savvy. He said will be depositing 20000 in my account and raised a link on PayTM for depositing the money. A person impersonating my father's friend called and said a deposit link was generated on PayTM which was a razorpay link and a payment was deducted for 20000. Request for your intervention and refund of that amount please. Enclosing the related screenshot for your reference please.

                    Sir at 21 may around 3 am in the morning I had sent money to someone in emergency, payement gets stuck and deducted from my account 3 times Which is 5800, 3500, 3500 .. But today in the morning payment history shows.. Transection gets failed.. But still I didn't get my deducted amount, please refund my amount as soon as possible.. These paytm app never understand urgency of customer.. These money I had sent for hospital bill..
                    God knows when I'll get my money back..

                      Today I have made payment at Indian Cloth Store for having offers for Boat Handsfree. I have made payment of Rs.293 through paytm app. enclosed screenshot here. Thats shown from Instagram Story.
                      request you to trace the payment and have the order at my place.

                      I found the supplier is fraud. i also got contact from paytm help center i.e.
                      [protected]. He has not received any single call of me even if i tired many times.

                        Paytm Loan Account no: PYTMPLHE[protected]

                        I have already sent a cheque to Hero Fincorp ltd to pre-close my loan and they have closed it as well. The cheque was sent on February 18th 2022. After the cheque been sent there are 3 EMIs been deducted from my account. I have been trying to connect to a Paytm representative from loan department since the cheque was sent to close the loan but there is no way possible to get in touch with anyone.

                        I have sent an email to [protected]@paytm.com(on May 13th 2022) and [protected]@one97.com(on May 17th 2022) with the pictures of the deposited cheque, my bank statements which shows the EMIs been deducted, screenshot of Paytm loan payment proof after the cheque been sent and NOC from Hero Fincorp ltd. confirming that the loan is closed. No response from either email yet.

                        Requesting immediate closure is my loan as I cannot pay more money for the loan which is already been over paid. Also requesting to issue refund for the over paid amount to my bank account which was used to pay the loan.

                          On 26th Feb 2022, I placed order for a fastag for my uncle's car number PB15E0990 by paying Rs 350 through credit card (Transaction ID TXN[protected]. I neither receive any fastag, nor any intimation regarding the order. In spite of three long telecons with the customer care, I have not been able to get my order status or any refund.
                          Beware of buying fastag from Paytm.

                            Payment of Rs. 1000 made on 11th May, 2022 not yet received by Delhi University in respect of Migration form paid online. Paytm sent acknowledgement but money not credited to Delhi University due to which Migration Form is not processed.

                              I placed an order on a web site named London Britches where the option for payment was only Paytm or the bank account linked to this paytm account. There was no other UPI payment option, so this indicates that Paytm is the only company involved in this transaction. The product was not delivered nor the phone number given by them on the website is working. I lodged a complaint with Paytm and also with cyber police but still the problem is unsolved. Paytm can solve this issue through their cyber cell but they are just making fool of me sending me to the local police station to get the FIR copy than another copy and yet other copy. Now this indicates that Paytm or its employees are involved in this scam. I request that a through investigation against Paytm may be done and if found guilty the company should be banned.

                                My loan got disbursed on 12th may 1:31 AM, but I did not receive loan amount in my bank account yet. Whereas EMI has already started keeping the loan credited date as 12th may only. So kindly resolve the issue so that my loan amount get credited before the EMI due date.

                                  I made Payment on aug 4th 21 using Paytm upi later merchant refuses to give service so i reported the matter to Paytm within time and raised the complaint later Paytm failed help me and asking to contact merchant bank so i contacted merchant bank they said they will ask Paytm to contact i informed same but now Paytm telling time over can't help me i m following up from last year no one calling from Paytm

                                      Hey..
                                      My payment mobile number is [protected]

                                      . I had opened Paytm Postpaid in March 2022, in which the loan amount was 500 ₹ that means total amount which was approved so Out of that, I had recharged my mobile for 299 ₹ and 118 ₹ ...
                                      So total amount which is used is = 417
                                      Now i had 83 ₹ left in my account before the date of 7th April
                                      Due to some issues I have not paid in 7th April which means penalty of late fee will be applied

                                      So main point is - According to the policy, late fee penalty is to be levied on 7th of every month, whose loan will be up to 500 or less.

                                      I did not pay the bill for 2 months i.e. 7th April and 7th of May that means
                                      Penalty up to ₹ 25 + 25₹ = ₹ 50 should have been imposed but They are charging more than 50 ₹ every month

                                      Now here's scenario

                                      Total amount is = 500₹
                                      Recharge = 299₹ - 500₹ = 201₹
                                      One more recharge = 118₹ - 201₹ = 83₹
                                      Convience fee of April 2022 = 10₹ so 83₹ - 10₹ = 73₹
                                      Convience fee of May 2022 = 4₹ so 73₹ - 4.18₹ = 69₹

                                      Now late fee penalty is
                                      April 7 over due date = penalty applied 50₹ so
                                      69₹ - 50₹ = 19₹

                                      Again over due date may = 68₹

                                      So 68₹- 19₹ = -49₹

                                      Now total amount which I have to pay is = 549.76₹

                                      But according to late fee policy i have to pay only 481₹
                                      Because 7 April and 7 may = 25₹ + 25₹ = 50₹
                                      but they're charging extra amount 68₹

                                      That's it I have attached screenshot also please take action immediately otherwise they'll charge late fee extra more from me...

                                      Resolution which I want is - decrease amount of late fee

                                      This paytm post paid is scam. They don't send reminders no have auto repayment option. So if a genuine customer misses the data, by 1 day, ge us charged late fees without even offering one-time waiver option.
                                      It's scam to get money through late fees by paytm bank.
                                      That's why paytm lost all share value in market and also not gaving all RBI approval.
                                      Better use paytm only transactions, nit fir post paid. Pls save and get away with paytm, rlse you will face issues

                                        I'm using fasttag provided by paytm. As and when i cross the toll, amount will be deducted from paytm wallet. Recently they sent notification to update the PAN details (KYC notification) and freeze my paytm wallet due to RBI restriction. As per the notification, updation of PAN will take 72 hours. I have raised ticket under paytm and provided my PAN details as requested on May 5th. Till date, the details are not updated and my paytm wallet is freezed.

                                        Due to this, i cannot recharge my fast-tag.
                                        Complaint is -
                                        1) Though RBI never mandate PAN to use fasttag, payTM is not providing a way to recharge/transfer fasttag. My travel is being affected.
                                        2) Though i have submitted document, within 72 hours the process is not completed within commited time.
                                        3) Customer care is not justfying and ticket is not being updated. PayTM ticket ID is ([protected]).
                                        Request to take the action and help to resolve the issue.
