My Fastag was to be delivered by 19th March 22, it got delivered to some other adress, Paytm doesn't even have call support for fastag, and in the chat Box they don't reply at all. Paytm should give me fastag asap or give my money back.

    Txn Date 24th March 2022
    Amount Paid Rs 229

    Offer was to book movie tickets above 300 with this coupon code "FIMOVIES" and I will get Rs 150 as discount and Rs 150 as cashback in wallet. I already received Rs 150 discount but Paytm is denaing to give cash back in wallet. Paytm neither cancelling the ticket nor the giving cashback.

      Hello,

      First Paytm have blocked by Paytm Payments accounts 3 years back since then i m not withraw any amount from paytm payments bank. Now They have blocked all services on paytm account. I have provided all proofs to them for addressing the issue. Still i did not any solution from them. I am highly disappointed with their services.

        I have registered my phone number with paytm years back and completed complete EKYC. After certain period I changed my phone (Mobile device or handset). from there when I tried to login to my paytm account using phone number, they have created one new account with same phone number. it was showing that my kyc is not done. i contacted customer care support for creating multiple accounts with same phone number every time you login.
        After fighting and stuggling with paytm customer care executives and manager, they have closed the new account and said that they will provide me access to my old account in which my complete KYC is done.
        But after closing the new account when i tried to login to my old ( first) account, paytm has created me another new account with same phone number.

        like this paytm has been troubling me for merging of two accounts with same phone number and ownership of the account hence proven..
        i have been suffering and having trouble to use paytm fullfledge from three months. please provide me some sort of solution

          I had done a flight ticket booking (Spicejet Bengaluru to Mumbai) for two people on 25th January 2020 through PayTm. The Paytm booking ID is [protected]. The transaction was successful and I had received the tickets. But the flight was later cancelled by Spicejet due to Coronavirus lockdown. The amount was then kept in a Credit shell by Spicejet. Since I didn't use the credit shell for more than an year, Spicejet has refunded the money. This refund was initiated on 10th March 2022 towards One97 Communications (PayTm). But it has not yet been refunded to my bank account by PayTm.

              I have been chasing for my refund since March 2019 and I have been getting assurance that payment refund is under process and now it's over four months and still the same reply, I have checked with many of my friends who had booked directly or through agents they have got refund within a week's time but why paytm is not getting refunds? Is it that you guys are not following up/ don't care/ or delay in seeking refunds? I am surprised that paytm is the only entity who is not getting refunds. The amount paid to PayTm was Rs 24, 464/- and till date they have not been responding nor updating on payments.

                on 16 march i did one airtel recharge of 350 rs to airtell broad band number[protected]
                after recharge i notice that its wrongly auto fill std code from 0731 to 0172

                when i complain about this to airtell customer care they say this account number not exist. so how recharges can successful, if account number is not exist,

                      Since 7th March, 2022 I'm unable to receive the Paytm Gold Sell Money to bank account since 10 days passed . In paytm app it's showing transaction successful but the money has not received yet.
                      Please look into this matter and transfer the money to my account as soon as possible.

                                I have added Rs. 1000 from my Kotak bank account to my Paytm Wallet ([protected]) on 3rd March 2022. The amount was deducted 2 times from my bank account but it was added only once to paytm wallet.

                                  I wanted to experiment Postpaid on Paytm and applied in Aug, 2021. Later I found it not useful and asked them to close my account after paying the balance on that account.

                                  Now, in my CIBIL, I see I have defaulted on payment to Aditya Birla F L on Rs 12K which is now after interest is around Rs13k. This ABFL account was thru Paytm when Postpaid was enabled.

                                  I tried to reach Paytm 24x7 but their "chatbox" asks...

                                  I booked 4 tickets from Gudur Andhra Pradesh to Bangalore Karnataka on 25th feb 2022 for SRS Travels and Logistics Private Limited which was scheduled at 8:15pm from Gudur Andhra Pradesh.
                                  For that i searched particularly for buses which are running from Gudur, Andhra Pradesh to Bangalore with particularly with state name. in the results list i picked SRS Travels and Logistics Private Limited which was scheduled at 8:15pm from Gudur Andhra Pradesh.
                                  and i Booked 4 tickets with a fare of Rs.2, 730 and the Booking id is [protected]. At that night when time of boarding i called operator and asked for the status, the operator mentioned clearly that they are not running any bus from Gudur, Andhra Pradesh to Bangalore.

                                  So I called a customer care Executive of Paytm filed a complaint about the issue and asked for the refund, since that day there is no response from them even i am calling them daily.

                                  At that night 25th Feb 2022 due to their mistake I spent to Rs.12, 000 for to travel from Gudur Andhra Pradesh to Bangalore. So I am requesting you to look in to the issue and help me to get the Refund of fare Rs.2, 730 and Rs.12, 000 which I spent on travel because of their mistake.

                                    I am Gudem Veda Pratima. Recently I paid from paytmpost paid to UPI id. Money got deducted from paytm postpaid but the receiver did not get money. So i had to pay them with interest. Today paytm has billed that amount and messaging me to pay. If i delay, it says that i will gave to pay an extra amount of 250 rupees along with the original amount. There is no customer care number for paytm postpaid. Whenever I call they say that I must complain in the app itself which is ridiculous because we can never get any response from automated customer care. Kindly help in resolving this. I am not going to pay even a single pie to them.

                                    Path customer care people ate calling me and saying that the transaction is successful and the receiver received the money. They are forcing me to pay the amount with interest.
