    I have ordered american tourister cruze spinner 55cm blue with order id [protected]. I have applied cash back offers and 25 % cash back offered and another 500 rs cash back applied and they show price 3120 rs, but once i pay they charged rs 5310 from my account. I have repeatedly contacted customer care center for resolution of my problem but they are not ready to accept their application error. Requesting other reconfirm thrice before cash back offer from paytm.

      Customer service of paytm mall is absolutely useless. It has been 20 days today. My order has not been picked up and by tomorrow, they have rejected my pick-up order that i had refused here. Which has been totally lied. I have not seen any such wasteful delivery till now, as far as peytm mall. I will give 1 star rating of paytm. I will tell all my friends that they never buy anything from paytm mall and they also gave 1 star to paytm. And...

Or my account will be blocked... I reset it so many times. I have paytm cash in my wallet. Now i have urgency to use that money,

        Below are the pain which i have to go though beacuse of the fault of bus operator/paytm booking.

        1. Booked bus was replaced with non air conditions service bus, but my booking was for air conditions one. This caused us lot of sweat and uneasiness for 13 hrs of journey time.
        2. Bus was replaced with different layout of seats and i was allotted the the last berth, which was small in length (I am 5.11 feet) and top berth and caused lot of discomfort for almost of the travel time. My booking was for the first berth and bottom seat.
        3. My final destinations was for pondicherry which was a confirmed drop point while booking as you can see my booking details 47044532, but the operator ignored to drop us there instead stopped in tindivanam (20 km away from our final destinations pondicherry) and ask to changed to van to drop us. We where returning from our vacations and had lots of bag which we need to sift again for the van.

        Bus operator should have informed the customer in advance so that they can plan there journey as required and asked for cancellations for a reason which operator is explaining, but we got to know the fact after boarding the bus and driver/conductor forced us to accommodate with the fault of operator. I and my family are very upset with such rude and unprofessional behavior shown just after our vacations trip.

        Please consider this escalations for the operator, and i can't take a reason that the bus was break down in the last minute for such a long distance travel that they could not even call the customer and inform the arrangement. Hence i request you to provide me full refund of the money (Rs: 2834) which was charged for the service for the above said reason.

          I opened the paytm app on my mobile. Usually, it opens up but this time, it took me to the login page and when i entered the details, it says, the user id and password is incorrect while i entered correct details. When i requested them for unblocking the account by using their help and support option they day that there is no account exist with my mobile number and email id and i am using my paytm account with only mobile and email i have. This is seriously horrible. I do have paytm wallet balance too. Please help me to recover there account so that i may close the paytm account permanently after using my paytm balance.

                I errornuously ordered ifb top load washing machine on 28dec 2017 at 11.52 am whereas i wanted to order some other specification washing machine. When i realised it i canceled the order within an hour however refund has not been initiated as late as on 29 dec 2017 04.15 pm after almost 27 hours. Request refund rs 31, 381 at the earliest so that i can place my right order for the right washing machine.

                  I am using paytm app for quite a long time. It was asking regularly for linking aadhar number which i did on 27th dec 2017. Now i got a message saying that congrats your kyc is verified and application along with consent for savings account has been recorded.

                  I have not given consent for savings account and neither i have given any application for savings account.

                  Please don`t open my saving account in paytm bank.

                  Request to do needful to revert this.

                    This is very critical and i don't know how it is possible...

                    Let me tell you my issue..

                    Someone has booked movie tickets using my book my show app credentials and they have made payment through their ptm wallet.. And i really dono who has booked this and i have received movie tickets on my email i'd...

                    Same concern has been raised to book my show team that someone has used my credential without knowing me and i have blocked the same..

                    And from your side i want to know who has made the payment through ptm to book tickets online... Their ptm no or name of the person.
                    Please find the attached tickets and where ptm reference no also mentioned.

                    Please resolve this on priority...

                      The case is regarding payment of bsnl landline bill amounting rs. 1289/- for connection[protected] through paytm portal from my account. It has been observed that though the bill amount has been dedeucted from my wallet but same has not been credited to bsnl. Had to pay the bill thorugh some other mean.

                      Therefore the deducted amount from my wallet may please be refunded on prirority... The relevant details of the translation are as under:

I was wanted to transfer 1000/- my wallet already having 10rs. So i make transaction of 990rs... At that time ny bank balance deducted... Bt i didnt receive any amount in wallet or goy refund...

                            Since morning, i did recharge my mobile no.[protected], but paytm has recharged other no.[protected] & deducted money from my account, when i asked paytm head office sec 8, he denied to refund my money, and he replied payment transaction is successful, when i asked jio to refund so mr vaivbhav customer-care department said we can not refund money because its already recharge other contact no. As i am ready to share my account details both are not ready to pay my hard earned money.
                            As i raised the complain for deleting my account if my hard earn money goes like that he shared ticket no is 47125059. Still not proper reply received from jio or paytm
                            Guys be careful for using the services of paytm
                            How will u block our account with out our permission wt[censored] people just unblock my account I will take my money and I will never use this paytm & I will tel my friends to not to use.. Friend no use of paytm. Just add tez. So many app are there just don't use paytm worst application no response for customers

                            Pin. Luckily I did not not share my pin otherwise my 8000 rupees
                            debited in my account.guys was tying to warn me if I do not share OTP
                            code, Paytm could not refund my money & my account will blocked.

                            Its really bad impressions for me, As you are not refunding my money
                            otherside guys are trying to steal my money on   wibmopayzapp.

                            Either share me right solution otherwise Please share me option how to
                            delete my account &  share my friends  facebook Linked-in, Twitter
                            community, Do not use any transaction on paytm use other Paytm operator
                            Paytm is not giving single reply for this matter.

                                I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was paytmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded on irctc but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                                      We have medical emergency and we can't visit tomorrow and we would like to postpone, we spoke to imagica regarding the same and they informed that we need to speak to paytm as we have booked with them. I have sent email to both paytm and imagica with hospital receipt. Kindly look into this and let us know as soon as possible.

                                      From being a prominent user to a hatred-one, all because of OTP verification all the time when you do payment..seriously, very stupid and unconventional for the user who has given "the number that he doesn't have when doing payment..It is so uneasy and stupid.
