I have added Rs. 1000 from my Kotak bank account to my Paytm Wallet ([protected]) on 3rd March 2022. The amount was deducted 2 times from my bank account but it was added only once to paytm wallet.

    Postpaid balance issue

    Address: Paytm

    I wanted to experiment Postpaid on Paytm and applied in Aug, 2021. Later I found it not useful and asked them to close my account after paying the balance on that account.

    Now, in my CIBIL, I see I have defaulted on payment to Aditya Birla F L on Rs 12K which is now after interest is around Rs13k. This ABFL account was thru Paytm when Postpaid was enabled.

    I tried to reach Paytm 24x7 but their "chatbox" asks...

    I booked 4 tickets from Gudur Andhra Pradesh to Bangalore Karnataka on 25th feb 2022 for SRS Travels and Logistics Private Limited which was scheduled at 8:15pm from Gudur Andhra Pradesh.
    For that i searched particularly for buses which are running from Gudur, Andhra Pradesh to Bangalore with particularly with state name. in the results list i picked SRS Travels and Logistics Private Limited which was scheduled at 8:15pm from Gudur Andhra Pradesh.
    and i Booked 4 tickets with a fare of Rs.2, 730 and the Booking id is [protected]. At that night when time of boarding i called operator and asked for the status, the operator mentioned clearly that they are not running any bus from Gudur, Andhra Pradesh to Bangalore.

    So I called a customer care Executive of Paytm filed a complaint about the issue and asked for the refund, since that day there is no response from them even i am calling them daily.

    At that night 25th Feb 2022 due to their mistake I spent to Rs.12, 000 for to travel from Gudur Andhra Pradesh to Bangalore. So I am requesting you to look in to the issue and help me to get the Refund of fare Rs.2, 730 and Rs.12, 000 which I spent on travel because of their mistake.

      I am Gudem Veda Pratima. Recently I paid from paytmpost paid to UPI id. Money got deducted from paytm postpaid but the receiver did not get money. So i had to pay them with interest. Today paytm has billed that amount and messaging me to pay. If i delay, it says that i will gave to pay an extra amount of 250 rupees along with the original amount. There is no customer care number for paytm postpaid. Whenever I call they say that I must complain in the app itself which is ridiculous because we can never get any response from automated customer care. Kindly help in resolving this. I am not going to pay even a single pie to them.

      Path customer care people ate calling me and saying that the transaction is successful and the receiver received the money. They are forcing me to pay the amount with interest.

          I have alredy paid all dues of Paytm .
          But today I was checking my bank statement .Paytm deduct my bank balance of rupees 1874 on 3march 2022, in my icici bank account .please checked it carefully and give me waiver .

            Hi i made a upi transaction from my bank account using paytm, the amount was deducted but the payment was showing pending and after 2 days it was showing as payment failed now its been 4 working days and my amount has not been credited to my account,
            Please note that i have talk with paytm customer service as well as sbi customer service but i got the same response from both side saying to talk to paytm customer services/ to talk to sbi customer services, please help

              I booked a flight ticket of 3625+ some other charges from paytm and cancelled it because of some issues. So the airline gave the full refund back to the paytm but I received only 36 rupees from paytm. So now i want my refund back with a compensation.

                  Around ten days back I had complained to the Paytm executive regarding creation of two different Paytm profiles by the same mobile number, that were created by mistake I requested them to delete the latest profile so that I can use the facilities associated with my earlier Paytm account which was opened through my email. Now a days Paytm account is opened only through mobile which created lot of confusion. even after repeated requests for the last 10 days Paytm executive have not paid any heed to the complaint and they have done preciously little to resolve the matter.

                  Due to the pathetic and unprofessional response of Paytm I have to pay double the fee at toll plaza.

                  Very bad service from Paytm.

                      Hi team,

                      We have made a payment from paytm to sbi bank upi ([protected]@oksbi) before 22 FEB 2022, but till now we haven't received refund nor to mention upi. I tried contacting paytm customer service they are saying its pending from sbi and sbi customer saying pending from paytm and its long still the amount haven't received to respective account.

                          My kyc is linked with old mobile number [protected]. And I no longer use this number for Paytm upi and wallet. I have requested a number of times to delink my kyc from this mobile number but there no concrete steps taken. So, please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                            That complainant had purchased an Airlines Ticket of Rs. 15744/- through respondent’s online application on 29 Sep 2021 09:44 PM for 1 passenger and the travel date was Wed 10 Nov 2021 from Prayagraj to Doha which Booking Id is [protected] and PNR No. is Z4E0R & E-Ticket Number[protected].
                            That but due to Operational Timing Reason the flights were cancelled, and the Full amount was converted into a credit shell by airlines.

                            That after He said to Me check with travel agent And After That We Called to Paytm Agent for Full Refund Money. Then He Told Me That If You have received Cancellation Message from Airline (an email, an SMS or a stamped copy). Please Share with Me on [protected]@paytm.com And You Will Get Full Refund Within 30 Days. After That, I told Him, We Have Stamp Copy & I Have Shared Stamp Copy with You (On Your Mail Id [protected]@paytm.com).

                            That After He Told Me That You Will Get Refund Money Within 30 Day. After 30 Days, So Many Time I Have Contact with Paytm, but I didn't Get any positive response. He Was Telling That We Did Get Full Refund from Air India Side. That Why We Can Not Full Refund.

                            After That We Have Confirm with Air India Airlines. He Told Me That Already It Has Been Full Refunded Money On 17 January'2022 From Air India Side. Already We Have Confirmation Mail from Air India Airlines Side.

                            Later, 16-Feb'2022 the complainant drafted a legal notice and sent it to the respondent stating that if he doesn’t get his refund amount within 1 days then I will be taking legal action with all the refund proof which he had received by Air India airline.

                            That after Responded on 21-Feb'2022, Your refund has been failed which was process to your source account, therefore request you to please reply to us with confirmation if we can process refund to your Paytm wallet account. You may also share with us your Bank details however wallet transfer is quicker, and you can transfer the amount to any bank a/c without any charges

                            After I Shared Bank Details with him. Account Holder Name: SHAMSHAD HUSAIN-Account Number:[protected]_IFSC Code: ICIC0001070_Bank Name: ICICI Bank Ltd

                            That after Again He Responded on 22-Feb'2022, We would like to confirm that your refund application has been raised with Air India against the PNR Z4E0R under reference numbers [protected]

                            He Is Not full Refunding My Money. Please Do The Needful

                              I Nabanita Mukherjee, My Paytm Mobile no. is [protected]. Today I trasfer Rs. 7, 880.00 from my Indian bank to my Husband's Paytm bank account through Paytm upi, money deducted from my bank account and shown payment failed on Paytm but not reflected on my Husband's (Sourav Mukherjee) Paytm bank account. Very worse service. These money very urgent for me. I am totally confused. Please solve my issue urgently. I want my money as soon as possible.

                                  I posted an ad on olx to sell my old books. Got a message from a guy who asked my number to confirm the deal. He asked to send my location from where his guy will pick up the books and he’ll pay online. Then he asked to send Rs 2 to his account and he sent me 4 rupees saying it’s required for him to confirm payment via swiping machine and he sent me a screenshot(later I realised it’s fake) of payment he has made to me already. I fell for that and scanned the code he sent me and sent him 2 rupees. Then while on call with him I received messages from bank of 3 consecutive deductions. Two of 700 and one of 2800 and then I disconnected the call. The transactions stopped. I lost a total of 4200 rupees. Please help me.
                                  I’ve already complained to cyber cell, my bank’s home branch and even sent a mail to my bank.
                                  I know I shouldn’t have scanned the code but at that time I got manipulated. Please help me recover my parents’ money.
