A payment got through after a number of payments tried through my paytm wallet which is done by an unidentified user.

I have made a complaint with reference number 44935398 dated 02/12/2017 followed by complaint 45035013 dated 05/12/2017.

I was amazed by the attitude of the customer care employee and his casual behavior towards my father. I have no more trust in paytm as they did not even solve the case neither providing the suitable information so i can track the guy myself. My father is worried as the wallet is also linked with the bank account.

Already done police complaint for this issue. Looking forward for a positive reply.

    I boked a saree of saree mall with offer on 50% cash back but after delivery till now not got any cash back... When my order had booked the msg i recieve that below

      Desirable resolution - request a refund

      Accidentally i transferred money to an invalid number ([protected] - the number doesn't exists). The transaction status shows success. If the number is not valid and paytm wallet doesn't exists for the number then where the money was transferred to.

      When i called their customer care, they refused to accept that the number was invalid and replied that you will have to take legal/police action against the receiver of the money. (They forgot that if the number is invalid then against whom i would be lodging complaints).

      This is quite irresponsible behaviour which directly impacts economic condition of tax payers. This loose behaviour is not expected from an institution which is making it's way to online banks.

        Please see the screen shot . As per paytim I paid 2719 for one year plan
        where as on enquiring with your customer care they said you had to full
        amount of 3540/ of one year and then after that dishtv will take you back
        20% in dishtv wallet.But it was not shown in paytm. Now just after
        that paid Rs 852/- to pay the total money as suggested by your team.You
        are requested to provide 20% discount as this was the misconception
        between you and paytm.PAYTM OFFER AND PAID DETAILS IS ATTACHED.YOGESH

          I added some money (200 inr) to my paytm account on 3rd jan 2017.
          After i log in to paytm account it shows that amount is there in my paytm wallet.
          Later after few months i tried to use the money but i forgot the password.
          Today i logged into my paytm account and found that there is no money in my account.
          Please look into this issue and help me in getting my money back.
          I have added Rs. 442 to my paytm account on 10.11.2017 and its order no. is JPT[protected]. Rupees 442/- has been deducted from my bank account, but this amount not added in my paytm account till today and my last balance Rs.17 is also not shown in my paytm account.

          Please inform me what can i do now???

            Neither it is solved nor it the disputed amount is refunded to my Paytm Wallet account.
            I tried to recharged my mobile with 549 but got a pop saying the transaction fail and the money will be refunded seeing this I checked my balance and say the my ac still wasn’t refunded. I really like paytm play look into this issue as soon as possible.

              I ordered a ifb microwave in july 2015 from paytm... My microwave is in under warranty for cavity only... Buy they refused to give warranty cause they say you have lost your bill please contact paytm

              I always trusted paytm app so i can show the bill anytime i want without knowing paytm saves records for 1 year after paytm removes the records without telling you... Paytm only saves your purchases records for 1 year... Where amazon flipkart save a better record of your purchases, they say they email you invoices but they dont either i didn't find email from paytm for purchases, they care about promotional emails only... If you want a product which is in under warranty dont buy from paytm cause if you lost the bill/invoice anyhow and you have only one option left to contact seller and seller no. Not working, or they want order id first and you able to contact somehow but they still wont give you 1 year older bills/invoices... Cause they doesn't care about the warranty of the product they are selling...
              Paytm does this alot
              They deduct money from wallet but the recharge won't happen!!!
              PAYTM IS JUST TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE
              there is no proper complaining procedure
              I don't how many have gone through this!?this has happened to me like 20-30times

Now i would like to inform you that today a call from number [protected] and they already knows all information which is filled on my paytm profile and they also know of my account number. They told me that you are selected in lucky draw which is organise by paytm and they give some option of gift like laptop mobile led and gold. They told me that if you do shopping more than three thousand than you get one gift sure. But when i ask how to payment 3000 than they said that you payment on personal platform not paytm so i have arrise doubt. I request you please clear my doubt and also dont missuse my personal information and take action of this issue.

                  I received phone calls from phone number [protected] in 1st week of april, 2017 offering mediclaim policy with added benefits. I was told that the offer is from bharat health care, a reputed company associated with s m solutions and it has associated with paytm for receiving on line payments through paytm app.

                  Their association with paytm gave me confidence and i made payment of rs.11, 990/- to them on line through my credit card on 9th april, 2017. They had told that on making on line payment i shall get a cash back of 10%. I did not receive the cash back as was advised-neither in my paytm account nor in my credit card. Hence i requested them on their customer care number [protected] as we’ll as through e-mail to cancer my order and refund the amount. For quite some time they continued to assure that i shall receive the refund. Now their numbers are not reachable. It is obvious now that this bharat health care in a fraud entity.

                  I may add that on speaking to the m. D. Of bharat health care ltd. I was informed that bharathealthcarecare.org is not related, in any way, with bharat health care ltd.

                  I request paytm to take appropriate actions in the matter and i shall be grateful if they can get my payment refunded to me.

                    I have ordered a nescafe classic coffee ritual pack on 3rd december 2017 and on 4th december received a damaged / broken glass bottle of nescafe coffee powder. I have sent a message to this effect and the photo of the broken bottle was also sent. The instant coffee powder was spill all over inside the packing. Now i request a replacement immediately.

                      Hi,

                      My paytm wallet was deducted rs 2000 and payment was made to getwoo which i didn't authorize or otp approve. Date: dec 4, 2017, 11:43 pm. Also the vendor/app getwoo isn't even an authorized merchant on paytm.

                      I have created a complaint on paytm as well as mailed getwoo but no response yet.

                      Kindly help me with a refund and cancel any such subscriptions
                      I send money to my paytm savings bank account via NEFT, but i didn't receive money in my account.
                      This is the first time I am recharging my paytm savings account.

                        amount debited from bank but neither added in my paytm wallet nor refunded back to my bank account.

                        On 5th nov'2017 i tried to recharge my dth connection (Videocon dth) via "paytm" mobile app with amount of rs. 525.00 as i have no money in my paytm wallet i have been redirected to payment gateway for selecting the intended payment option. I. E. "net banking (Axis bank)" instead of redirecting me directly to my bank account (Axis bank) net banking site it again asked me to login with valid paytm credentials after successfully logging into...

                        On 11 nov 2017 i've tried to receive 200 inr in my paytm account (Omkar sinnarkar. Paytm no.[protected]).
                        So paytm no.[protected] transferred 200 inr to my paytm account using paytm "scan & pay" option (I've set scan and pay account in my paytm as "bank account").
                        That transaction was successful but because my bank account linked with my paytm is closed so now, i the cannot get that money back.
                        Several times i've talked with paytm merchant helpdesk about it and they say that i've to contact my bank account and resolve the issue with them.

                        My bank (That bank with closed account) is telling me that they've never accepted the money from paytm and that i should ask paytm for payment.

                        In this process i've given paytm several choices like,

                        1. Cancel the transaction and return the money to sender.
                        2. Transfer that money in my paytm account.
                        3. Send the concerned amount to my new bank account.

                        But the've said no to every option!
                        To get my money back they're telling me to go through this cockamamy process,
                        Cancel 1 cheque from my chequebook then send it to [protected]@paytm.com then they'll check my details and confirm that it's me after all this process they'll take at least 14 days to send the money.

                        For this process to work, i've to go to my bank (Even if i don't have time) to get my chequebook (Even if i don't need one! Just for paytm) then go through this process.
                        I've to go through this lengthy process in digital age! Whereas they simply can send me the money.

                        This kind of trickery is used by paytm to discourage customers from taking their own hard earned money just to earn some easy bucks!
                        Shame on you paytm!

                        I strongly recommend customers not to use paytm or else loose your hard earned money to the hands of greedy paytm.

                        In newimage1. Jpg & newimage0. Jpg you can see that paytm tried to send money to my account but failed.

                        I've contacted to paytm several times but they refuse to help.

                              Account [protected] lost ₹500 sent to [protected] instead of [protected] when there is no ifsc like functionality in wallet money sending at least a confirmation prompt could have been. Which would've saved my money from being immediately sent to wrong number no confirmation prompt, no processing time, no ifsc, no name confirmation of entered mobile number, no second step, no paytm control on money for a while. Sent in eye blinking time and lost.

                                Refunded not credited

                                I have booked a ticket and paid using my net banking, the payment gateway was paytmag. Then it was cancelled because of not confirmation of ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                                Whenever i check my refund status, it shows refunded to bank, but it shows bank name as paytmag.

                                    I transfered ammount 1000 in part of 2 times 5000 sent to wrong account on february 23 then after that i realized that i sent to wrong account and rushed to bank they said will talk to customer and will give cash there customer refused to give cash they took long time to raise complaint and hold the cash from her account. Now they saying we hold the cash but patym team has to refund the cash please help me out from this thank you

                                      Paytm announced two offers on purchases at ratnadeep supermarket in kondapur, hyderabad. One offer in august of around rs 75 cashback of spending rs 1500 or more and another of 15% cashback in november.
                                      I have availed both the offers and never got cashback.

                                      When i mail them, they are asking me snapshot of the offers. Ratnadeep already removed them when i went to take the snapshots. They have the offer listed on their website at this link https://goo.gl/ehtxhH but still asking me for snapshot.

                                      Their customer staff is undertrained and they are of no use. They cant understand what we are trying to say. They argue without understanding what we try to convey. Regarding second offer they say the offer is expired. When i check at ratnadeep supermarket, they said it is valid. They also said call paytm to get the cashback and apparently many users complained to them that they did not get cashback for the above offers for transactions done at ratnadeep. I have opened two ticket reference numbers 44880397
                                      44906251 and they are reallu wasting my time
