Paytm Gold Fraud

Hi,

I purchased gold from Paytm around 6 grams.
And for the same I requested for the delivery in the form of 2 gold coins.
One of 5 gram and one of 1 gram.
I ordered the coins on 4th Feb 2022.

And on the 7th of Feb someone from paytm called me and informed me that they are cancelling my order.
For which I did received the gold in my Paytm gold locker.

But I also paid...

What rubbish faulty company is this paytm. I am not able to login into mine account only. and what error they are showing is just a shame on their app. they are showing no sim card found in phone. and i am using same number in my phone which is registered with paytm. and one more sarcasm is that paytm business account got logged in same phone with same number. and customer care is saying we don't know how this showing. paytm executive given me complaint number as [protected].

    I transferred Rs 50000 from my sbi account no [protected] to jammu and kashmir bank account no [protected] through paytm under upi reference no[protected] on 06/01/2022. This transaction failed but the amount debited from my sbi account .Till date the amount debited from my sbi account neither credited back to my sbi account nor credited to my jk bank account .I contacted paytm and sbi officials several times they said amount stands credited in my jk bank account . But as per bank statement the amount has not been credited to my account .It is therefore requested to your goodself to kindly look into this matter so that issue is solved and money is credited back to my account.

      I requested to take back their Paytm POS -Swiping machine as it is not useful to us. We sent seversl emails to PAYTM Support, Paytm customer care since December 2021. Also we informed Coimbatore Paytm manager, service manager Kavin several times by calling them. We remind them daily to take back. They are simply replying through email as " Your complaint is under process.Please do the needful so that Paytm will take back their POS -Swiping machine immediately

        Dear sir,

        I Sourav Mukherjee, My Paytm Mobile no. is [protected]. Yesterday I trasfer Rs. 6, 070.00 from my Paytm bank to my Kotak bank account, money deducted from Paytm but not reflected on Kotak bank account. Status still pending. Paytm customercare told me consult with Kotak bank customercare and Kotak bank customercare told me contact with Paytm customercare. I am totally confused. Please solve my issue urgently. I want my money as soon as possible.

          Hi sir/madam,

          I had opted for postpaid account on Paytm app and got 3500 rupees which was approved by Aditya Birla Capital. And I paid the amount on[protected] and asked for closing my account and it is closed on Paytm app. But problem is that they are not closing my account on various credit report platform because of that my cibil is not improving.
          I tried to reach them but could not be successful ...it's all not reply they have implemented ..so please consider it and help me out ..such a irresponsible behaviour and fraud company they are

            I placed an order on amazon but due to some reason i returned the order and the amazon initiated the refund from their end, the refund reference number is #[protected], so when i contacted the Amazon customer service they said to file charge dispute.                   Paytm blocked me paytm account and when i am trying to unlock my account they told me that your paytm cannot be activated due to fraud reported by PNB BANK and so you cannot use paytm with this number.
                  They provide me a mail Id ([protected]@pnb.co.in) and told me to get in touch with this mail Id for further assistance.
                  Now i have money in my paytm account and i can't withdraw my money.
                  Please help me to unblock my paytm account.

                      1st at 2:28PM my ₹18000 transaction failed by Paytm postpaid wallet and money deducted but not refunded my money and when I contact customer services then no one can solve my issue, many time contacted paytm customer services but all said there are no any paytm postpaid department so we can't help you then I contact paytm through twitter paytm told me it refunded within 5 working days but today suddenly I got notification "Paid successfully" But merchant not received this payment and when I contact customer services then he also this transaction failed.
                      I'm still waiting for my money, please refund my ₹18000 as soon as possible

                        My name Manish kumar and i ordered a product from Amazon on 22 Dec 2021 then I’m return this product for my personal reason, a few days later Amazon initiated refund in my Paytm bank account but still i didn’t get my money in my account. On talking to Amazon, he gave the reference ID in the proof but bank asked to me this reference id unable. So please solve this query as soon as possible. I will be forever grateful to you for this
