Dear sir,

I Sourav Mukherjee, My Paytm Mobile no. is [protected]. Yesterday I trasfer Rs. 6, 070.00 from my Paytm bank to my Kotak bank account, money deducted from Paytm but not reflected on Kotak bank account. Status still pending. Paytm customercare told me consult with Kotak bank customercare and Kotak bank customercare told me contact with Paytm customercare. I am totally confused. Please solve my issue urgently. I want my money as soon as possible.

    Hi sir/madam,

    I had opted for postpaid account on Paytm app and got 3500 rupees which was approved by Aditya Birla Capital. And I paid the amount on[protected] and asked for closing my account and it is closed on Paytm app. But problem is that they are not closing my account on various credit report platform because of that my cibil is not improving.
    I tried to reach them but could not be successful ...it's all not reply they have implemented ..so please consider it and help me out ..such a irresponsible behaviour and fraud company they are

      I placed an order on amazon but due to some reason i returned the order and the amazon initiated the refund from their end, the refund reference number is #[protected], so when i contacted the Amazon customer service they said to file charge dispute. So kindly look into this issue and initiate the refund immediately, thank you.

        His name is roushan . He talks rudely and ask for 50₹ for kyc. I asked for reason. He tell me go other kyc point. I purchased machine @ 5000₹ and I want to earn. I'm trying to contact with paytm cc. But issue remain same. I am using other UPI app but kyc verification process is wros.t of paytm. Why I have gave you 50₹? I'm from purnea, bihar. 854301

            Paytm blocked me paytm account and when i am trying to unlock my account they told me that your paytm cannot be activated due to fraud reported by PNB BANK and so you cannot use paytm with this number.
            They provide me a mail Id ([protected]@pnb.co.in) and told me to get in touch with this mail Id for further assistance.
            Now i have money in my paytm account and i can't withdraw my money.
            Please help me to unblock my paytm account.

                1st at 2:28PM my ₹18000 transaction failed by Paytm postpaid wallet and money deducted but not refunded my money and when I contact customer services then no one can solve my issue, many time contacted paytm customer services but all said there are no any paytm postpaid department so we can't help you then I contact paytm through twitter paytm told me it refunded within 5 working days but today suddenly I got notification "Paid successfully" But merchant not received this payment and when I contact customer services then he also this transaction failed.
                I'm still waiting for my money, please refund my ₹18000 as soon as possible

                  My name Manish kumar and i ordered a product from Amazon on 22 Dec 2021 then I’m return this product for my personal reason, a few days later Amazon initiated refund in my Paytm bank account but still i didn’t get my money in my account. On talking to Amazon, he gave the reference ID in the proof but bank asked to me this reference id unable. So please solve this query as soon as possible. I will be forever grateful to you for this

                    Yesterday on 3/2/2022 a payment of 16000 done, which is deducted from my bank account but it is showing that it is pending.
                    So I want the money refund, I want to cancel that payment.

                        The merchant is cheating the customers by denying the recipt of the payment. he is showing QR code of one paytm account and cheating the customers by showing some other paytm statments. the fraud was reported to paytm two days back ticket id [protected], still no support from paytm

                                Due to covid-19 my flight was cancelled and flight service provider (gofirst) given back the ticket amount to Paytm (booking source). But paytm is not returning my money. Everytime paytm customer care says our higher authority is working on it.
                                I have called the paytm customer care 8 to 10 times. Paytm customer care everytime give same monotonous answer that they are working on it. But still even after 1 week Paytm has not returned my amount Rs. 5704.00 against booking id [protected]
                                And now Paytm is not responding.

                                    I scanned QR code of one shop in Logix mall, Noida but instead of fetching that shop's information due to bug in Paytm application it fetched the QR code of the shop named Aarti present in Banjara market, Gurgaon. This QR code was scanned by me few days back and this got auto fetched somehow despite me scanning the QR code of a shop in Logix mall, Noida.

                                    I am very disappointed with this mishandling by Paytm. Currently I lost Rs.940 and tried raising contacting their support but that was just a bot with limited information and post this I called their customer care number which again gave me few options and that too of no use. I am just worried that what would have happened if the amount was in lacs. Really scary to see that such a company doing such negligence and with no support for the resolution of the same.
