I received product on 2 nov 2017 and immediately requested for return but after 5 days when i message they said that the return is rejected i cant loose my money with a non working product no customer support people are working nor replying to my query now what to do

    I paid money from another one persons paytm wallet rs 3000+rs 3000 but the both the transaction are got successful in my paytm passbook but it doesn't added into receivers wallet.. I complained about this paytm customerservice but still no reply from their side... Please help me. Its my one month salary so help me i can't have other money to run my family...       Paytm is fraud :

      I ordered two offer products at the time of delivery the two products are cancelled

      Paytm people are cheating customers i'm observed two times the same offer products are cancelled remaining products are delivered correctly. Why you people are offering products only advertising purpose.

      Paytm fraud company i will go legally.

      I will go legally never drop this time.

        I placed an order for samsung j 7 prime back cover on 30 oct order id no.[protected] on 30 oct 17, but i received cover which was completely different from what i ordered. I requested for return, paytm processed my request and accepted request for return. I recvd msg 'out for pick up item id:[protected] will bepicked up before 7 pm by xpressbees'. I recevd this msg on 4, 5, 7 nov but even today no one came for pick up. I tried to call patm on [protected] and other numbers but in vain. I also msgd on help and support desk but of no use. Paytm did'nt pick up the item. This is the level of india's one of the largest e com company. One can't even talk to their customer care executive. Cheating nature of paytm and other e-com sites shows why flipkart is india's best and honest service provider.

        this cheap company cancelled return request on 8nov despite i shown image of different product. it's not taking it back. i'll expose this cheat company on social media so that other customers don't fall prey to this cheat pay tm

            Hello,

            I bought a iphone 8 from paytm having mrp 75000 but when it was delivered to me, it was in good condition. I asked the company to return or exchange on the same date but there was no response from the company. Further on customer care also the guy was rude and refused to exchange it for a new set.. I kindly request to exchange my product with the seller. This is my first awkward response online.

              Sir i would like to tell you that my name is sumit chauhan and my registered mob no is - [protected].
              I am a regular user of paytm.
              But one bad thing happend and am totally shocked about that. I collected 5000 rupees from different place and people you cant imagine, just because i need to send it to my parents because my father is ill and i am working and far away from them. My parents are in need of money becaus of medication purpose.
              I collected 5000 and was just ready ro send the amount as soon as i get another 1000 from one of my friend... But today when i checked the paytm wallet i was shocked to see that a person named mahi has received the money and it was sent from my wallet... But i didnt sent it to anyone nor i gave my phone or paytm password to anyone... Not at all... Then how could this be possible...
              I am very tensed about this sir i request you please send my money back in my wallet sir it is my money and collected it doing hard work in job...
              Sir please help me and take actions against that person who has received money but please return my money sir...
              My parents are very ill and now i dont have single penny with me to send them..
              Sir i am begging you please help me out as soon as possible
              Please sir please... I borrowed the money and i got cheated i dont know how... But i am in trouble sir please try to understand and help me out...

              today i received a mail stating that account of the number of paytm on which amount has been transferred is blocked and the amount is consumed.
              it is obvious that the amount will be consumed immediately after receiver receives the amount.
              but still i am the victim in this case and my problem is not solved.
              what about my money ?? i havent got back my money.
              what is this going on ??

                Sir, i had placed an order for apple iphone6 (32gb) space grey after seeing very attractive offer on paytm mall on dated 18.10.2017 (One day before diwali festival). Value of iphone was mentioned rs 22490/- and rs 6000/- cash back after shipment. (Screen shot is enclosed for your ready ref.) payment of rs 22044.92 had been made thru credit card and rs 445.08/- thru paytm wallet already credited in my account.
                Order also had been confirmed by return email order no was [protected] dated 18.10.2017 at 10.45am due date of despatch was mentioned 21.10.2017 & to be delivered by 27.10.2017 by paytm & also with one option to get it from directly by showing show code v4r5.
                I had not received the dispatch details of the i phone on due date & email on dated 22.10.2017 for dispatch status.
                Confirmation received from paytm that order has been escalated for speedy delivery on priority & delivery confirmed by 28.10.2017.
                But on dated 25.10.2017 i shocked to see the massage that my order has been cancelled by the seller m/s shushma traders.
                I want to add that i had to gift this phone to my cousin & his birthday was on dated 27.10.2017. I am feeling cheated from big brand company likes paytm & there is no value of mentally harassment occurred due to this incident.
                Secondly i have to pay full bill of my credit card & paytm wallet for iphone. How ordered once accepted by you, can be cancelled later on. Request you please arrange to provide me iphone as per order acceptance with same terms & conditions. It means it was a fake offer on auspicious occasion of diwali by paytm. There is no value of emotions connected with festival & relative. Please consider my case seriously. I have fulfilled all the conditions as mentioned at the time of offer. How can i except like this from a big brand of paytmmall. Nobody have to right to play the emotions of the people and brand like patam cannot display fake offer under their banner, it please takes my case sympathetically & i hope for positive response.

                Sir, as per your norms i post a hard copy of my issue to paytm noida address but till now there is no any response thru paytm i post my complaint on dated 01.11.2017. Please look into the matter.

                  I had ordered mammy poko pants diapers, the order was of 2 packs of 46 pieces pack and mrp of each pack is 399. Total mrp of order was 798. I got cashback of rs 200.
                  My wife received the order. That was a single pack of 46 piece. She opened the package to use. I raised the complaint saying that i want money back or remaining pack. They are asking me to return the product as they know i opened the package. I don't want any discount but at least i should get my extra taken money. Thanks

                      First on 4th nov. I'm trying to book a railway ticket from irctc website and payment mode was paytm, at same time in my account rs.332 deducted but ticket was not booked. And that time i called to paytm customercare representative for this cause, he rise my complained and give me a no. [protected], and said in 7 working days your problem may be short out.

                      Another one happened on today 8th nov. 2017 time 8.40 minut. I'm trying to upload money in paytm wallet rs. 900/- due to i want to pay same amount at hotel and he not have card swaping machine, he advise to me for paytm, he said they accept paytm payments also. Now this time same situation i was faced rs. 900/- deducted from my account by upi/ imps and in statement its shown successful. But in paytm wallet now also its shown failure. I called to customer care executive of paytm, now he said they not received any type of money and they are not responsible for all that. You may contact to your bank.

                        recharge showing success but recharge not received

                        I do recharge on [protected] for 347/- rs from the paytm app on 7/11/2017.

                        The payment was deducted from the account but recharge not done. On the paytm it shows successful but the recharge was not received.

                        I am trying to contact with company but there is no way to contact with company and to post my complaint.

                            I was booking a rail ticket from new delhi to varanasi on IRCTC site ..dated 21/10/2017 by netbanking of Axis Bank.it was done via paytm mobile solutions.The payment stage was settled and a amount of rs.1556 was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked as irctc site shows under failed transaction.But after more than fifteen days passed, I did not get my refund from your end.
                            The transaction detail provided by my Bank is Dated:21/10/2017...INB/[protected]/PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT.Plz refund my amount asap to my bank account.

                                      Its being 10 days that i haven't received any refund. I am tired of contacting people from paytm. They never respond to my emails. Once they gave me a rrn number which my bank doesn't recognise. They are so shameless people. I am not sure where to go now.. Its a big amount (11999). My mistake that i trusted paytm and went for a shopping.
