I have a paytm account with mobile no.[protected]
First on 4th nov. I'm trying to book a railway ticket from irctc website and payment mode was paytm, at same time in my account rs.332 deducted but ticket was not booked. And that time i called to paytm customercare representative for this cause, he rise my complained and give me a no. [protected], and said in 7 working days your problem may be short out.
Another one happened on today 8th nov. 2017 time 8.40 minut. I'm trying to upload money in paytm wallet rs. 900/- due to i want to pay same amount at hotel and he not have card swaping machine, he advise to me for paytm, he said they accept paytm payments also. Now this time same situation i was faced rs. 900/- deducted from my account by upi/ imps and in statement its shown successful. But in paytm wallet now also its shown failure. I called to customer care executive of paytm, now he said they not received any type of money and they are not responsible for all that. You may contact to your bank.
