Hey, I'm sending Rs. 3190 to bajaj Allianz on 29th of November by Paytm but merchant not received the payment and I'm also not get refunded
So i therefore request you to please go through my transaction and refund my Rs. 3190 as soon as possible.

    I am using Paytm through my mobile number [protected]. Today i booked my domestic gas cylinder through their mobile app as it mentioned a cash back offer for booking gas through them. Today morning (03/12/21) i booked my gas cylinder and made payment through Paytm. After the booking it didn't give any cash back offer as mentioned. When i tried to raise the issue through their customer support it doesn't give any option to raise that issue. This is pure cheating and misleading the customers through their fake cash back offers

      Bcz of wrong upi ID my friend told I transacted the money to a wrong person. I did it today at 3.40pm, can I get the money back, can we cancel that transaction via online itself, or via brak. How can i contact that person request to pay back. Kindly reply

        Dear sir/madam,

        I booked a ticket to travel by bus of Babu Travels by Paytm app
        I got my ticket confirmed and we also had seat numbers reserved V, U, P attached pdf.
        but at the time of my travel bus operator kicked out us from the bus saying that my tickets are not confirmed
        I register complaints on the Paytm app my complaint ticket Id is [protected]
        Instead of providing me a refund, they told me that policy refund claim cannot be honored as its not their policy
        I was traveling with my 1yrs old kid and with my family and we got mentally harassed by the whole situation as the bus operator told after the departure of the bus
        Please provide justice so they cannot do the same with other people

                I found out that money has been deducted from my paytm wallet citing a wallet dispute. I have no idea where this dispute came from . There are no operations through my wallet that would warrant a dispute. I only use the wallet for payments at local shops .

                Paytm, it seems, had refunded Rs 106 to my account by mistake in the past which they deducted this time from my wallet. The problem is they don't provide a proper reason and the customer is left scratching his/her head.

                  Hi,
                  I have been cheated by Paytm wherein I had booked a flight ticket on Paytm for travelling from Bengaluru to Mumbai scheduled on 23rd October 2021 with the booking done on 23rd September 2021 by paying Rs. 5130/- After booking the ticket I was informed by the Airline that the flight timings have been revised and since I was not comfortable to travel on the revised timings I spoke with the Airline (Vistara) customer care person and got my tickets cancelled and I was informed that full refund will be made by the Airline which also confirmed by the the Paytm customer care. I was informed by the Airline customer care to coordinate with the travel agent for getting an update on my refund and I had accordingly spoken with Paytm customer care twice/thrice and was allotted complaint/ticket no [protected]. However till date I have not received the refund of the booking amount (less Paytm convenience charges) eventhough I was informed by the Paytm customer care person that money will be refunded within 30 days from the day I had intimated the cancellation to them immediately after I spoke with the Airline customer care person.

                    Since July 2021, Money from my account is being deducted by "Ecom Paytm Noida" in total more than a thousand bucks have been debited from my account without my permission. I do use Paytm but that's not me! I want to file this complaint against the company

                        Added balance using my husband credit card to wallet, for this amount added from credit card, paytm block my paytm Account for suspicious fraudulent transaction. Follow all procedures to unblock my paytm account, it takes almost 4 days to unblock my account. After unblock my paytm account, Wallet balance got deducted of total Rs.31, 000 which is in the wallet account which was credited by using my husband credit card.
                        I have submitted and proofed all my KYC and related KYC required for which my paytm account was unblock... all KYC accepted and Active. I Want my Rs.31, 000 immediately back to my Paytm wallet account.
                        Please check the transaction I.D. for the Withdrawn against dispute to solve the issue from the video clip.

                        I also have submitted relevant documents and other needed screenshot for the complaint subject regarding withdrawn against dispute at your 24x7 chatbot at Paytm apps.

                        Also improve your customer care service.. I cannot even talk to customer care.

                          I am having Paytm wallet linked to my mobile since 2 years.Since 10 days, I can add money to the wallet.But can't send even Rs.1 to paytm wallet of others. getiing error' you are not allowed to perform this action KYC is updated..Informed Paytm by mail more than 25 times.and sent scanned copy of cancelled chq to transfer to by Bank accoubt.No response.Kindly help me.

                              Batana chahta hu ki maine paytm ke through payment ek shopkeeper ko kiya or wo payment pending ho gayi mere account se bhi paise kat gaye or mujhe shopkeeper ne saman dene se bhi mana kar diya . Ab agar paise uske account me pahuch bhi jayega to bhi nuksan mera hai . kyonki wo accept nhi karega ki payment uske account me pahuch gaye . Isliye aapse anurodh hai ki payment ko cancelled karne ki kripa kare. Or payment mere account me wapas kare . fault aapki taraf se hai isliye jimmedari bhi aapki banti hai .
