Due to a transaction bug in Flipkart, ₹575 has been deducted 4 times from my family member's account [protected]. Two of them has been paid and later refunded, but the other two failed and is shown as "Payment to Paytm".
I've contacted PayTM support many times through the app, and all I got messages that they have refunded it already. I calculated the amount manually from the last deposit to wallet before these transactions, and I noticed that ₹1150 is clearly missing from it.
