      [protected] is my paytm number, some days before I blocked my account .
      Now I wanted to unblock my paytm account, but in chat they are saying to verify account via CVV card number and I dont know the card number even I have lost that card.
      I registered my same number with company so I can received my incentive in paytm.
      And this stupid paytm app dont have proper customer support,
      Not even another while to verify account so I can unblocked my account soon

        Hello Sir/Mam. I am praytn customer since 8 years my upi id is [protected]@paytm I was apply for Paras Defence IPO before some days but i didnt alloted any shares. I was applied two bids their application number is[protected] and[protected] and RRN Number is[protected][protected] my amount still blocked only one bid amount is unblocked another is not till now unblocked. So, please check status and unblock my remaining rs. 14875 amount.

            I initiated a payment to a gym of 2500 through my axis bank for the first time it failed i tried a couple time more but still it is saying failed but money is deducted from my bank account 2500x3= rs7500 and it's still saying failed

                Already Raised Ticket Id - [protected].
                Description :
                I have availed paytm rental using hdfc credit card offer on paytm android application. I was good with all eligibility and done rent payment for all three months. As per offer i should get ₹2021 as gift voucher of either flipkart/amazon/Myntra/fuel recharge. It was not Lucky draw and no where mentioned in offer's t&c.
                I called to paytm but they are now saying it was lucky draw but bad thing is that after i gave t&c as evidence then they stopped considering my issue rather providing solution to me !
                Their help chat is very ridiculous and limited with solutions and so no option to call them on chargeable numbers where they are not very helpful and flexible towards customer's issues and so providing solutions. Even they didn't defined any escalation... Need help on resolving my issue. Its like i got cheated as they charged ₹450 as convenient charge for three month rent payment but finally not providing benefits as commited by their offer !

                No solution/support provided by paytm and customer care service. Although no-one currently prefer to use paytm and it's service. So, i also stopped using it. Fuck off Paytm... Time will destroy you, i can only suggest to not play with your customers. Bad wishes to you...

                Raised another Ticket Id - [protected].
                After i raised complaint in forum, i got first month's voucher as part of offer but still waiting for vouchers of next two months rent paid offers.
                Paytm don't have customer care on-call support for "Recharge and billing payment" and other call support's representatives are very very rude and not customer friendly... they even threat to end the call while describing issues to them per my experience.

                Please help me getting this as well.

                  Hello Sir/Mam,

                  I am using the paytm bank from last few months .

                  They had debit-freezed my account without any notification by any call/mail and message, i had requested them many time by call at[protected], but they just my issues to be solved but i have not got any solution yet.

                  I am sharing few screenshots of the complaints as well, also i need help bcoz i have amount of around 1LAKH in the account which i need to use urgently.

                  Also i would like to lodge a complaint against PAYTM BANK, for fraud and harassment by all the paytm executives.

                    I made a transaction of 10000 to the beneficiary's account. But the transaction has been failed. And the money also deducted and haven't credited back to my account. And i send the money in sep 22. Its been 24 hours now, i haven't get my money back.. If you are not taking this as a serious matter, i will take legal action

                            Transaction failed but amount deducted

                            I purchased a mixer from amazon worth Rupees 3, 299. When I Recieved the product I saw it's not in good and neat condition so I returned the product to amazon and amazon sent me an email with refund reference and said me they had initiated the amount to bank i.e Paytm payment bank. Amazon said they issued the amount on 30 August 2021 but till now I didn't received the refund amount into bank. I request, Please Do the need full so I get my money into my account. I'm sharing screenshots of the email and the product whose amount is still not received

                                I have booked my ticket from Aurangabad to Ahmedabad on 3 sept from Paytm. The bus operater cancel the bus and complaint was registered with Paytm. But till date they are not responding.

                                  I want to permanently close Fastag issued by Paytm Tag ID 34161FA820328E401C6F4EE0 . Vehicle no. MH 12 TK 5114,
                                  Chasis no, - MA3RFL41SMF275959.
                                  Theyhad sent a link which does not open. dDespite repeated efforts I am not able to close the Tag. Tag may be closed & full money refunded to me.

                                    I made a payment transaction through PayTM application on 09.09.2021 at 7.30 pm for Rs.580.00 with UPI Reference ID: [protected]. PayTM showing this transaction as FAILED, But PayTM has debited my account with Rs.580.00 (my bank account statement is attached). PayTM officials are not providing any resolution. I need to get refund of Rs.580.00. Details of transactions are as under:

                                      Sir i was paying 810 rs to shopkeeper by paytm . But transaction show failed. So i pay by cash . But after 2 hours i got msg from sbiupi (rs810.0 [protected]@sbi upi from your account on 05 sep 21 refno.[protected]. Then i have complaint to paytm about this but they said that, they not received any amount . Contact your bank . Then i contact to my bank customer care . But they also not solve my issue they said this issue from paytm.
