I had ordered a combo of dry fruits of 1kg (Order number [protected]) for 1522 and received cashback of 609. This is of 4 items (Almond (250g), cashew (250g), kismish (250g) and walnut kernal (250g). But the product delivered only for 2 items of almond (250g) and cashew (250g). I had a product issue hence i tried reaching customer care for replacing the nuts but finally i received a mail from paytm stating that this product doesn't accept...

I booked a ticket on 11th july 17, using credit & debit cards / net banking / wallet (Powered by paytm). Due to poor connection my transaction failed but the amount of rs. 1572 was debited from my account. Irctc's showing refunded but i haven't got my refund.

I paid my postpaid airtel bill by paytm on 05/07/2017 txn id othpg[protected]paytm noida but till my airtel postpaid bill not credited. My sb a/c is debited by rs. 600 of sbi but till not refund or credited to airtel postpaid no [protected]. So kindly do needfull as fast as possible and refund me or credit to airtel.

I m trying to redeem cash back of krack jack and tideplus powder but every time its showing try after some time error message.
If you people dont want to give cash back then why are you advertising this fake cash back.

I subscribed for the membership of hotstar premium pack but neither I got the subscription nor the amount credited I my account in Paytm.

I have lost my mobile number and unable to get it again.

I am tired of waiting on the phone calling paytm customer care, i have written email and lodged complaint as guided but nothing was happened so far. My account still has money inside it but its locked for soooo looooong.

I am still able to login to my paytm registered email:

I recharged my account with 399/- on my jio number +91-[protected]. My order number was # [protected]. Under this promotion i was offered a cashback of 100 rs. After the 72 hours of the recharge.
Now, it's been 72 hours and i haven't received any cashback from your end. I entered the promotional code at the time of registering in that account.

I made payments through Paytm to recharge mobile on 12 july. Money was debited from my account and i received the receipt on my email which is attached here. But mobile was not recharged.
Plz look into the matter...

The money from my paytm has been deducted. And it was done without my knowledge. Since i did not order anything but in my pass book it shows that i bbq ordered. Something for an amount of approx 400.

I have paid my electricity bill on tsspdcl app through your gateway on[protected] with reference number 272331.. The money from my account has been debited.. But the transaction has failed..
