I purchased asus laptop from paytm, order id: [protected] on 24/6/17. I received it on 6/7/17 and reported on same day that the laptop was defective and its battery doesn't work. As it was in 10 days replacement policy, they waited me for 9 days and on 14/7/17 told me it was not in stock so they will refund me.

Three days later on 17/7/17 they reject my return request, saying my laptop is in 2 years warranty period so get it serviced.

This resolution is totally unacceptable. If paytm policy doesn't say that on receiving defective piece i have to get it serviced. Policy says:

"seller will replace product within 10 days from date of delivery only if, i.) damaged/defective product is delivered or ii.) wrong product is delivered."

I request paytm to kindly follow their own policy and give me refund of the product.

I order one clothing product which was cancelled by paytm itself after transaction. They refund money to bank payment. I mentioned it was closed account so don't send to it. However they did that. I contacted bank employee they said they won't accept any money for closed account. Still paytm not responding about my refund issue closing my tickets of complaints. Not giving money back.

I have ordered denver superman strength & power deo and get batman deo free (B2g1) which got cancelled automatically. Paytm said to refund the amount but did not get credit yet. This is the worst experience in online shopping i ever have. I have heard that paytm never refunds the amount if the order get cancelled by you. So kindly see the issue and return the paid amount to my paytm wallet. { order id : [protected] }

I had installed paytm on 7th of july from my number [protected]. Even though i did not do any task on paytm, amount from my bank account started to deduct. I had zero balance on my paytm wallet. Already more than 10 thousand has been deducted from my account till now.. Please let me know the reason as soon as possible and return my money back. Thank you

* above money was refunded to paytmsdk for further refund to my bank account but is still pending with paytmsdk.

* paymens of ticket was done to irctc through debit card using paytmsdk gateway

I was recharged on june 25 2017. the recharge was failed but still i do not receive my refund amount.if i call to the customer care execute means they said simply it will refund.but the amount not refunded

What was the reason sir.

I ordered an intel core i5 7500 processor on 8th july and on 17 july i got the order but the order was i5 7400. I tried to contact paytm around 5 times but all they responding to contact paytm mall care. I contacted paytm mall care 3 times but they put me on gold for more than 12 minutes in every call. Now what can i do. I want my real product. And the product they sold me that is non returnable.

Dear team, i am facing issue in my paytm account.
I have booked train tickets through paytm but later i came to know, that the train (Nauchandi express) is cancelled on said dates & i want to cancel the tickets. But when i was trying to cancel the tickets it is not showing error which was already shared with your team & also i was also not able to cancel the tickets. Then i have written the mail to paytm & spoken with call center agent, as per him ticket will automatically canceled on the train departure date. After few days train was restored & paytm has asked me that now i want to travel on that date or cancel the tickets, i confirmed to your team to cancel my ticket because i was still not able to cancel the tickets & it is showing the error, then again i have written the mail to paytm care for the same then they have replied due to technical issue tickets were not cancelled, it will be resolved soon & my amount will be refunded. But till date it is not refunded. Now today i have received the mail from irctc that my tdr has been filed today but as per last communication given by paytm team that my tdr was filled on 8th july'17 which was wrong communication given by paytm team, i have sent mail to mr vijay shekhar sharma ceo of paytm but he is not bother about it, even there is any escalation matrix available with paytm, its almost 1 month crossed but my issue is still pending with paytm. Kindly get this resolved & arrange my refund.. Complaint numbers - order [protected]. Date of incident - 3rd july'17. Now i have approached you for resolution so request you to resolve my issue because paytm team is not looking this issue from day 1-

Recently i got a call from one person telling that i am selected for ashok leyland company and i need to pay 8650 security deposit, and has taken 8650 from me through paytm.. After that i came to know he is fraud... Can i retake that money which i transferred. Please help me. Below is the transaction number

I have been cheated by paytm by saying buy anything of worth ₹3k and you will get sony led 32" along with the product.. So i payed the money to the number given in attached file.. Now there is no respond from the numbers by which they have called me. Those numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Please respond to my complaint. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

I had ordered a combo of dry fruits of 1kg (Order number [protected]) for 1522 and received cashback of 609. This is of 4 items (Almond (250g), cashew (250g), kismish (250g) and walnut kernal (250g). But the product delivered only for 2 items of almond (250g) and cashew (250g). I had a product issue hence i tried reaching customer care for replacing the nuts but finally i received a mail from paytm stating that this product doesn't accept a return or replacement.
I have even sent the pictures of product, package and invoice photo but still i didn't get any response from paytm.
I m not actually asking for return, but instead i'm asking for deliver those missing products at-least.. But i still didn't get any response.

On top of all these issue in order to reach customer care we the number [protected]. We need to waste more than 200rs of our mobile currency
And more than 30mins of our time. If we even wait some times we wont get connected for customer care agents to solve our issue and after getting connected that agent will not be capable to solve our issue.

I have cancelled my order and did not receive any amount. Paytm executive says they already initiated refund.

I had received the desi karigar decorative electric lamp (Order #[protected]) on 3rd july 2017. This was the confirmation message i received by sms —

"hi noel, your order #[protected] with item (S) desi karigar electric lamp holder home d cor decorative table lamp hanging lantern stand tea light gift item was successfully delivered by courier partner: delhivery. Rate your shopping experience here: http://p-y.tm/2s5Vtj"

However, when i connected the electric lamp to the plugpoint, it is not working. The item is defective. I need a replacement or a refund.

Also there is no menu in the paytm app or website, to register consumer complaint and refunds. And no one picks up the call on the contact number given, it simply says "your call is important" but no one attends the call.

I booked a ticket on 11th july 17, using credit & debit cards / net banking / wallet (Powered by paytm). Due to poor connection my transaction failed but the amount of rs. 1572 was debited from my account. Irctc's showing refunded but i haven't got my refund.

I paid my postpaid airtel bill by paytm on 05/07/2017 txn id othpg[protected]paytm noida but till my airtel postpaid bill not credited. My sb a/c is debited by rs. 600 of sbi but till not refund or credited to airtel postpaid no [protected]. So kindly do needfull as fast as possible and refund me or credit to airtel.
