I did a transfer to a merchant sbi bank account of ₹9350 on 18July2021 11:17AM and the upi reference number is[protected] . The transfer is still in pending state and I request you to initiate refund to my account. Please do the needful at the earliest.
Note: I tried to email [protected]@paytm.com and it seems that the email id is no longer valid

    Recently a transaction of Rs 1, 15, 000 took place from my paytm and the transaction failed. But the amount was deducted from my HDFC Bank. It's been 10 days and I did not receive my money back.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I have a request to PayTM to revert the amount sent wrongly to a PayTM merchant named Sumantha.
      Order ID:[protected]
      Bank Reference ID: [protected]
      And after I sent the money I received a message from a website saying it was a wrong QR code, and my payment was made to the wrong merchant. I am completely helpless as I transferred the amount to a merchant but not an individual person.
      I'm unable to contact the merchant because I can not find any details about the user. All I want is Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in their account wrongfully. It's illegal. Please respond to my message and try contacting the merchant and help me get my money back. This was the only money left with me to complete my work, please help me out as I do not have funds remaining, It's a humble request.

          Hi,
          I have not received an amount of 1260 which was deducted from my clients wallet to my account dated 14/7/2021.I took screenshot from my clients end to confirm the success and got hold of wallet txn id from his end.
          After calling customer care regarding this even after giving them the above mentioned wallet txn id they couldn't find it nor did they transfer the call to a senior executive.
          Is this how they treat their customers on helpline?

              Sir, I have tried to book a rail ticket from IRCTC. I have made payment from my upi id linked with my paytm payment bank of mobile no [protected] Acc no:[protected]. However some network issues occured and ticket booking stucked. Ticket didn't booked but my money was deducted from my account.

              I mailed to IRCTC about that. They informed me that as a failed transaction, ticket was not booked (SS attached).

              Hence I request you to kindly look into the matter so that I can get my refund asap.

              All details like proof of sending money, IRCTC failed transaction receipt and mail from IRCTC is attached.

              Here you can see 352.29 was debited twice. First one against failed transaction. Second one booked sucessfully.

                I have paid the asianet electric bill with order number[protected] on date /14 july 2021 .time is 3.52 Pm

                I am not interested for the insurance said above in the subject. Kindly cancel the "home burglary insurance" of rs. 2 lac of 1 year for rs. 199 which added by default, it is ticked in check box automatically. I also request you to refund ₹ 199 into my bank account or paytm wallet.

                    Paytm repeatedly sending me false notifications about some loan payment due; I have not taken any darn loan from Paytm. So, because I'm surprised to see this false notification, I click on it. What do I see -- a darn promo urging me to register for their postpaid loan service. One false click or some click on that page by mistake, and you will find yourself registered for their loan service, which even if not used will incur charges. What the heck? You guys trying to get me to register for a service I never asked for by sending false notifications, and then you charge me for it. Stop this nonsense you cheats!

                    By the way, Chinese investors are majority shareholders in Paytm. Indian government urging people to go away from Chinese products, yet Paytm is being freely allowed to loot innocent, hardworking Indian citizens?? Stop this nonsense. People, wake up and stop such companies; their only darn goal is to make profits of every person they come across, especially the poor, unaware, desperate people. Sick tactics used by sick company!!

                      This is to bring to your attention that this paytm regularly sends reminders via sms without seeking customer approval for such reminders. I dont know of any other payment gateway using such practices. Paytm is not our only mode of payment. When you send such reminders they are misleading because you do not know when last we recharged our phone. You did not ask us or give us an option to opt-out. This sms classifies as unnecessary and spamming and misleading. You say thay my prepaid plan has expired. I am thought into believing you and yet you do not or did not know what and what i have recharged into my phone. Then on what basis are you sending me such smses thereby wasting my time and energy and giving me false or inacurate or misleading information. Please look into your practices or you will soon invite legal measures...

                              Hi Sir,
                              I ordered two items on 6th of july 2021.One of which i received today and instead of the item that I ordered I received a piece of stone inside the box. My order id is [protected].
                              I am also attaching the pictures of item that I received. When i tried calling paytm customer care i am not able to talk to anyone as they are not giving any option. My order is also showing not delivered when I have received that piece of stone already. So please help me. This is utter fraud from paytm. I have spent my hard earned money in that order.

                                This is regarding my personal loan taken from paytm application, in the 1st emi repayment date the amount did not get debited from my bank account, hence contacted paytm regarding this, they sent me link to pay and the amount got debited twice, they informed that this would get adjusted in the next month billing cycle but again this month they debited the amount, the support is worst they are not providing resolution regarding this.
                                I kept the amount in my bank for my credit card repayment now how would i repay my credit card

                                  I had purchased a Kent Mixer Grinder from Paytm Mall. The product was delivered in a very bad condition. The boxes were tampered, both the jars handles were broken, spatula was missing, the cord was burnt and there were scratches in the body.

                                  With lot of complaints the agreed to replace the product. They had submitted a request for a return pick by Delhivery Courier. They were suppose to come for the pick up on July 6th, 2021. In the noon I get a message stating that courier people could not not reach me as I was not at home. Where as we were at home. I had not received a single call nor the pick up was attempted. After escalating the issue with Paytm it was rescheduled for today July 7th, 2021. The same thing happened today also. I have sent multiple emails but no response.

                                  The product is worth Rs 4000 aprox.
