              This is my second reminder. The amount rs. 1500 was debited from indian bank chennaion feb 25 2017. But the paytm does not show the amount on the wallet. We contacted the indian bank. They confirmed that the money has already been credited to paytm. We are anxious. We sent the complaint to paytm on march 18th and this is the second reminder my e mail id is leelasai60 @g. Mail.co. Please refund the amount. It is more than 40 days since the amount has been withdrawn.

                On 27 or 28th of March, Was attempting to make an payment of Rs 700 to one of ma colleague, The amount got deducted from Bank but neither the amount was updated in wallet nor payment was successful, Hence the payment was very important tried to make an other payment but again the same thing occurs amount got deducted but again neither the amount was in wallet nor payment was done, I made a complaint very next the fist transaction amount was credit as an paytm wallet on 1st April, and for other transaction i'm continuously following up on this query but no response from there end,

                    Complaint no 25895234 raised with the executive Gagandeep Kaur wherein money RS.2000/- transferred through wallet Txn FD: [protected] send to the mobile no has not been received by the sender but the message confirm that it is successfully sent. Moreover a fraudulent I'd has been created on his name which is being operated. Though my father has no clue about all this nd he is 70 years old nd does not HV even smart phone to operate. I would request you get the amount refunded to my wallet and look into this matter closely and revert with appropriate solution at the earliest.

                      Why have you again charged 99 from my account, I haven't made any transaction then why you charged me 99 rather refunding it? I need correct explanation I have been asking this for past three days but no resolution made even no reply, Do you think me as fool or do you want to loot customers money. what kind of a service it is ? If have not get correct solution this would be the last time me using your paytm. I'm really really fed up with your service, you are giving me mental stress, I'm really fearing to place an order

                            I have ordered a watch which was rs 224/- including shipment charges, and the order id is [protected], it was supposed to be delivered within 5-8 days from. The order confirmation but on 4th day it self status in my orders (Paytm account) it shows delivered, which is a practical joke, and very upset with service provider by paytm... I have confirmed with my family, they said they did not recieved any package. Please do the needfull

                              What the hell is going on till now I don't got my money on 27 March my money is deducted now is 4 April till now I don't got my money I contact to bank they said your money is deducted by paytm only but paytm saying that we don't receive any amount..                                 I placed an order on Paytm and then had to cancel it due to some reason.
                                As soon as I cancelled it, I got a call from a number saying he is from Paytm and to process the cancellation they will be sending an otp to my mobile which i need to confirm. I did that and after sometime I found that amount 8322 was deducted from my Paytm wallet.

                                Later, I called the number from which I had got the call for OTP and the person said that some mistake happened internally and it will be refunded in 5-7 days. He eve asked me submit a copy of pan card and wallet snapshot.

                                I did not but still did not get the refund.
                                I have been trying to reach Paytm too, but to no avail.

                                  On 10th Feb 2017, my brother-in-law Dr. Madhumohan Siddhaiah has ordered a Software and an Microwave oven product via his own PayTM Account for which Oredr No. is [protected]. Post the fact that the oven being undeliverable to address(tried other addresses as alternates as well which was not feasible), the order has been cancelled from PayTM side and they said they shall initiate refund of INR14089/- to Bank Of India Account from which payment has been done. On multiple follow ups they say they have initiated refund through ARN/RRN Number to Bank of India. Bank of Indi is denying that there is no such transaction initiated to his BOI account and that such ARN/RRN Number: 60699870487041010377267(which has been shared by PayTM) is not existent in their records. We have asked for additional details for which there is no response. Over and above that, PayTM is consistently trying to run away by advising in return to lodge complaint on source bank customer care for category: "cards under card(amount)dispute" which is highly illogical in this case as there has not been any kind of transaction that happened. A sheer fraud could be sensed over this matter and it is clearly evident that PayTM is trying to make fool of the customer.
