My order got delivered on 17th December 2020..There was a cello tape on the item box, when i opened it, the manuals are yellowish in color(old)...And there is a crack on the body, Full scratches on the body & a lot of dust inside the box!..
Instantly i raised a return request, but Today (3rd January 2020), I received a mail that the return request is rejected!
There's no pickup happened!
In mail, there are sone reasons mentioned by the seller, but all these are not true!
It's Seller fault that they are selling used and damaged products & now they rejected return request after 17 Day!!!
There is no customer care for paytm mall!
Where should i complain about my issues?
If the problem doesn't solve in 7 days then I'm going to file a case in consumer court!
I've all the proofs! IT'S NOT MY FAULT!
STOP FOOLING CONSUMERS!
