I have re changed Rs 4000 on dated 29 Dec.16 in my paytm account (Mob [protected])
PAID
1 On dated 7th Jan17 Rs 250 on Mumbai metro.
2. 499.50 on dated 11th Jan 17 tp [protected].
3 Rs 532 on dated 20 th Jan 17 Mahanagar Gas Ltd and get case back Rs 25.
I have not done any transaction after that but
Balance amounts Rs 2718.50 was available in my accounts on dated 26 jan.17.

Request you to reverse balance Rs 2718.50 in my peytm accounts .
I have already registered complained on dated 27 Jan 17 and mail sent to
[protected]@paytm.com

    what do u mean by resolve by ref no.19788483.ID [protected] and [protected] of amount INR 4990+4999..these amount is where...sender no.is [protected] and recever no is.[protected].These fund is not in sender([protected], [protected]@gmail.com) paytm wallet or not in recever([protected]) paytm wallet.Can u conform me where is fund.

      Sir I have loaded rs. 5000 my pay tm account from my IOB account on 21 st January but it's debited from my SB, account but it will not credit in my pay tm and also not reverse to my account its very mendal igony to me how it will not reverse to my account i want to have the clear idea please its my hard earning money please try to understand my situation .what happened please let me know

        A call came on 27/12/2016 at 1.22 p.m from pankaj singh mobile no. [protected] introducing himself from paytm informed my paytm account has been blocked reason KYC is not presented. i requested to unblock my account and promise to register KYC sooner. he send me a link and a password to open the account.when account opened the account was empty.1000 rupees was disappeared.next day the same person asked for the aadhaar card number online to refund the lost amount.i refused then he cut the line.i complained to paytm customer care and cybercellpaytm and provided all screen shots conversation recording to them.but always some one call me from paytm asking for bank debit card numbers etc to refund the amount.no action has been taken against those cheaters after providing all evidences.they are ignoring the matter.i can provide all conversation recordings to any one.it is company's duty to stop these culprits commiting offence.

          Hi,

          I have booked 3 rooms and 2 rooms in a hotel from paytm.
          Due to sudden changes in my plan I have to cancel it. So I cancelled the rooms.
          Around 4 or 5 days before the check in time.

          When I clicked on the cancelled button on paytm website. Its shoes that booking ins cancelled and amount is refunded in you paytm wallet. But in my orders it is showing failed. But it also showing amount refunded,

          Please help me out cause I haven’t got my amount refunded. Its a huge amount of around 70, 000 rupees.
          I’m very stressed and unhappy from this. Your company is well renowned for customer support .
          Please help me out. Please. Its not a small amount. It is my one months income.

          I’m also attaching the screenshot. Please take a look on them also.

                Sir there is a fraud number on google paytm . number is [protected] as paytm helpline.
                i called on this number to get help as my paytm is getting the massage.
                he asked for my credit card no AFTER THAT HE HAS SEND ME OTP . IT WAS MY MISTAK THAT I FORWARDED THE SAME . AND NOW HE HAS TRANSFERED RS 19935 FROM MY AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD. TO PAYTM WHICH IS UNKNOWN TO ME.

                  I am highly disappointed with the service given by paytm. I had Rs. 4300 in my paytm wallet and now when I am trying to login with my email I'd "[protected]@gmail.com" then paytm is asking for OTP and then it says this number belongs to another account. I have only ONE account, now I thought maybe if I give another no. I can retrieve my account and now the account got logged in but my wallet has Rs. 0.0 as balance.

                  My 4300 rupees came to 0 rupees. And now when I am trying to change my no. To the previous no., it says OTP exceeded limit.

                  And since then I have been calling the customer care and your customer care is so bad that no one picks up the phone it is only a automated call.

                  Now, if this doesn't get resolved within a week, I will file a complaint against paytm to the Consumer Court.

                  I needed a response to this. I need to talk to a customer care executive

                    An amount of 1529 was deducted from my account (764.50 + 764.50) without any transactions performed. I have raised multiple complain in paytm, once I provide all the bank transaction details they are keeping quite.

                    I am reaching out to you if you can help in getting my amount back. This issue has been going on since nov 2016 and still there is no response.
                    Could you please help me sorting out this issue.

                              My order id is( [protected]) (cc trxn no- [protected])on Jan 11. I have proof of money ₹4500 deducted frm bank a/c, my bank manager gave transaction statement list also and it is also available in my bank pass book tat Money ₹4500 is deducted. (Pos[protected] Paytm mobile solutions).When I ask to Paytm support, they simply saying tat Money has not deducted from bank and we have confirmed from ur respective bank . It has been 16 days till now repetition of these words.
                              I have done 3 orders([protected], [protected], [protected]) with in time of 1hr, from which two times money has deducted and one issue [protected] has been solved by Paytm and another is to be settled.

                                Money not received by the receiver while payment deducted

                                I had sent Rs. 2000/- using paytm to mobile number [protected] (Receiver has an active paytm account). The money was deducted from my account but was not received by the receiver. I raised issue with paytm care many times, but they reply that the money was received., but I checked the account of the receiver and found that the money was not received.
                                I don't know where to go ans ask for refund.
                                Please help me.'

                                I have an account with Pay TM. for some reason its blocked. I tried every possible thing but not able to open it.
                                I called not less than 10 times to customer care but never received call back.

                                I need my money back immediately.

                                  I had purchased recently one power bank on 26th jan 2017 but by mistake selected two items together and payment deducted for both while only had to be purchased there . So please cancelled one item i.e . Romoss power bank in that and which amount transfer in my bank account or paytm wallet account please . till time payment not refunded .                                     I added total 1500 rupees (two transactions of 1000 and 500) to my paytm wallet(mobile no. [protected]) on 08/01/2017.

                                    Paytm app said the transactions wassuccessful. but strangely, money did not get added in my paytm wallet and the transaction is not shown in my paytm passbook!!!

                                    Both the transactions are successful from the bank side and the transaction ids are txn#[protected] and txn#[protected].

                                    For the second transaction of rs.1000, i have a screenshot of paytm app saying
                                    ''Rs. 1000 added successfully to paytm wallet '' with the bank transaction id. (adding screenshot in attachment)

                                    I have contacted your customer care which said to wait for about 48 hours.Its has been 4 days already but the money is not added in my paytm account nor refunded to my bank account still.

                                    I wanted paytm team to look into my issues and refund money immediately.i have mailed them so many times but i am not getting any reply from them. my money is with them.

                                    This morning Paytm doesn't allow me to access my account. I get a message to say authentication code changes and then it says UI has logged me out.

                                      I had ordered food through paytm. Money was debited from my bank account and also from my paytm account. But the vendor/shopkeep hadnt received the payment. I again reordered and again the same thing happened. So now my Rs. 1040/- is debited from my account but i have not received the goods. I need a reversal since i ordered the third time and paid cash. I am trying to get through to patym executive over the phone but there is no option to talk to a customer representative. This is not acceptable. There is no customer support. I have put mails to them also have raised tickets/querys in the app, but still no reply. I need my refund.
