Hello,
On December 7th, 2016 I tried to buy a laptop in paytm through Union Bank of India Debit card payment the transaction got failed and my money 28824 /- got deducted.I have raised a complaint for bank and paytm but both are not responding.When I approach the bank they are saying that they didn't received money and to consult the paytm and when I ask the paytm they are asking to check with bank.It has been 53 days since my money got deducted but no response from the ends.I have contacted bank around 20 times.Please help me to resolve this and also request for penalty as they have wasted lot of time, effort.

Dear Paytm,

I have done paytm on 29.01.2017, where doing transaction my payment was unsuccessful due to network, so again i done second payment of 2000.
My second transactions was successful but later i found there was two debit of 2000 from my account.
Request you to please reverse my one entry of two thousand rupees.

Paytm till now not refund my money almost 25 days over. So many times I complained but they r send same mail again and again. I contact to my home branch also but they said not received like that. Paytm fraud company. I will go to consumer court.pls support people who r same like me. Paytm big fraud company.all r think paytm is good. But truth is paytm cheating company.i raised complaint 4 times.this is 5th complaint. But they r not taking action. I already submit paytm mobile no and order I'd wallet I'd and all. But they r not take action.

Dear sir my money deducted from my account and I didn't receive it in my wallet neither the merchant received it . I want my money back to my wallet

On 23rd Jan, 17 I made a payment of Rs. 1200/- towards GoAir Airlines seat booking fee. I selected the option of Paytm payment and entered my Axis Bank debit card details but the transaction failed. Then I used my Indusind debit card and the payment was successfull.

But later, I received notification from Axis bank saying my account was debited INR 1200.00 on[protected]:01:07 giving info Info: PUR/PAYTM/NOIDA/PAYTM/Seq No 920850. Also, another message from paytm said "Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of Rs. 1200/- on Paytm against order ID 5ZYUJI. We will refund the money incase the order is cancelled".

I has been 7 days now I am waiting for the refund on the failed transaction but so far nothing yet. I tried calling paytm customer care but I only get ivr options over and over, no human respond. I already sent a complaint from their portal but no response so far. I request you to kindly look into the issue and resolve it soon. Thank you

I processed 2 transactions at a time for the recharge of delhi metro. However it failed with the status 'Operator down'. Now no money was refunded back.

As mentioned in subject line, Just received the product on 27th January 2017. There are some quality issue of this product -
1. Original packaging is tempered and sealed with Tape.
2. Rotten dog dry food inside the packet.

I opened the packet as it was tempered and sealed with Tape, I thought it might happens during transit so they sealed it with tape(as sometime it happens) but after opening the packet to feed my dog, the whole content is rotten(packet is full of moisture and whole food got rotten from moisture).

As it is recommended that pet food must be kept airtight so it won't get rotten( as if it ges rotten there will be many health related issues, a pet can face).

Now, it's my humble request to you to context seller for this to either replace it with a new and fresh packet or take this opened packet back, dump it and return my money.

I will not apericiate such issues especially with food products(either human or animal). So, if I don't get appropriate solution ( any one from above mentioned). I have to contact other authorities (PETA, Consumer Firm).

Do anything as soon as possible because I had bought the product from Paytm and Paytm is sole responsible for its product quantity.

I am using paytm but i didn't do any transaction on 24th Jan, but from my bank account paytm has been deducted 1675.48 rupees.i tried to contact customer care number but no body responding. So can you please send my money to my account and also let me know if any issue is there on my account.and also let me know for which reason you deducted money from my bank account, you made my account as zero balance, am facing many problem ...please help me as soon as possible

Main company ke CEO ko kehna chahta hu pls customer ke sath fraud na kare bhotfraudd kar liya apne hamare sath. Mere shop hai uttam nagar Delhi. Mere pass ek customer ne16600 ka transaction kiya mere paytm number pe([protected]) after half an hour jab Maine check kiya paytm balance is zero. Aaj ye 3-4 shop main hua aisa hamari market main. Aur isse bhi pehele ho chuka hai its Means paytfraudod hai. I m going to announce and se all photos in news that paytm fraudrod. Lets See what we do.

I humbly request for your kind support and help for resolution of my below Grievance with PAYTM.

I have contacted PAYTM trailed mail as below for the same and have asked for support but not got any reply or any resolution from them till date.

I have contacted PAYTM many times via PAYTM MOBILE APP many times. I am not getting any reply or support from them even after mailing and requesting them for support to resolve the issue. No one from PAYTM till date has replied or responded to me on my above problem.

This is infrom to that actually I've complaint about regrading of my PAYTM apps, 28/01/2017 i've used₹300.00 to [protected] (GOWHERE SHOPPING COUNTER) but they people told me that they didn't receive this account why I dn't know??? 😈😈😈😈😈😈

What the hell is going with u team Paytm ?
Actually why does it happening to the customers,

Is Paytm playing any game of business? Or PAYTM Company is not caring about resolution of grievances. Just they are busy in making business.

On 26th Jan 2017, 10:54 P.M., I added 7100 INR to my paytm wallet and then I tried to purchase a laptop of 32000 INR where I had to buy it through EMI. So initially 7100 INR got deducted from my paytm wallet and later when i selected Bank EMI option to pay rest 25000 INR from my credit card i got time out error so i came back to my paytm wallet page and saw that my paytm wallet balance is 0.9 inr and 7100 INR got deducted even I did not able to make purchase of the laptop. I raised many complaints and finally got a mail from paytm on 27th morning that this issue will be settled down between 24 to 48 hours now 48 hours already passed and I have raised many complaints on thier website but still my paytm wallet balance is 0.9 INR. I was getting an offer of 12% discount on the laptop but now there is no discount and even I have 0.9 INR in paytm wallet. I am calling on their customer care no but there is only IVR and no person available to handle calls. It is really very frustrating as I am waiting for my own money and on their website they have mentioned that your money will be returned instantly but it is going to be more then 68 hours and I have not got my money back.

Dear concern,

I had mailed almost two times and raise the complaint but no any response getting from paytm what the hell is customer service.

My concern is that i had booked two train tickets but only one has booked which one i had booked from paytm second one has not done which one i had booked on January 27, 2017 from IRCTC thru paytm wallet but only balance deducted ticket has not booked.

Please let me know about the balance & return it now i do not want to book the ticket.
