I added money to my wallet on 13 th January 2017 but the balance has not been updated and the money has been deducted from my bank account the details are enclosed and hence I am not able to use it to recharge my mobile phone or dth connection
Please resolve the issue at the earliest so that I can restart using paytm app again
After all it the question of trust

    I am unable to pay for groceries and vegetables even though the app shows a balance. After I type in the receiver's number and hit 'pay' nothing happens.
    I have successfully added money and paid previously many times; it is not working since a fortnight.
    I have paid to 94xxxx8870, and 90xxxx7135 quite a few time successfully. This is not working now.

            Mobile recharge Rs.80 to Aircel No.[protected] on[protected] not done. The Rs.80/- has been deducted from my bank vide POS 846390(SBI) Pay Tm Mobile Solutions, Noida dated[protected] through Internet Banking. Please refund the same to my Paytm Wallet/bank on urgent basis. If you not receive the money from the bank, the matter will be complained against the Bank(SBI) as the bank has already debited the amount from my Account. Since the matter has been pending from[protected], the same may be noticed to Consumer Forum.

              On[protected] an amount of Rs.797/- was paid by PayTm to BSNL broadband landline No.[protected]. I got a message to my mobile No.[protected] that thank you for using your SBI debit card 510×××4273 for a purchase worth Rs.797/- on POS [protected] at PatTm Mobile Solutions txn#460283. But the same was not adjusted to my landline Accouny. So pl.take steps and the last date for the said bill is[protected]. So pl. inform me to my mobile no.

                Recently I lost my credit card, somebody has hacked/used my credit card and they transferred money 17000 from my credit card to paytm.UnAuthorized transaction is happened from my credit card to paytm for 17000 pls provide me the details of what they have done with the money means if they transferred to any account please provide me the account details else if they have purchased any things in paytm please provide me the details.

                    Ordered movie tickets for the first time and an error popped up saying something about the request time out.so i tried it again twice but the same error popped up.after that i checked my account balance and my valance had been deducted for all the three tries. My balance has been deducted when i didnt even know the bookings were successful.did not even watch th movie. Is a refund possible

                      As all the details were on the attested pic of this post . Already after 12 days money is not credited back . I have paid 1700 to paytm wallet . The money is debited from the bank but not available on the wallet . It was written refund initiated within 48 hours but nothing happened . Customer support will not give any answet . I have mailed them many times but they will not respond for any query .

                          I booked a train ticket today using PayTM wallet. The money got deducted but the railway booking did not go through. I called the customer care number to resolve this problem and was directed to automated messages which said to wait for half hour and the amount will be refunded. There is no option for discussing the problem with a human customer care agent. I raised various tickets regarding this complaint and have still not received a call or response. The amount deducted is Rs 1910. I am a person with limited resources and lose of this kind of money is very critical to me and a digital company like Paytm doesnot have a customer care number where humans can resolve the problem. I cannot afford this kind of lose and dont know who to turn to for help.
                          This poor quality of service and companies makes me wonder if India is ready for being digital

                              Already I complained three times. This is fourth time. Someone called me and asked about my debit card card details. But I m asking y u r ask my card details like that. I know paytm never called by normal phn number. Aftr asked that question he cut my call. He don't know English also. He know Hindi only. Then how can I believe..till my 5k not refund.i received so many fake calls.

                                It's been already 48hrs still i havent got my refund amount which got deducted .my paytm number is[protected] and wallet I'd is '[protected]', this is the worst Customer service I have received still now. I have already requested 4 times but still no response.. please go through it refund it soon as possible and I have attached the bank passbook copy where it states that 20k got deducted from my account

                                    There were 2 transactions done on the same day, and at the same time on Jan-15-2017 at 19:21 and 19:22 for each transaction of 5000rs. Now the problem was that when i made the payment using my Paytm account, i entered my wife's mobile number and transferred the money, however by that time my wife's paytm wallet was not active, because of which she did not receive that payment. But after that i was able to successfully transfer and even she was able to receive the amount. But till date even after calling up the Paytm Customer Service and raising the complaint against those two transactions, no body has even bothered to call us even after requesting so many times. I have emailed the Paytm/care and the only response that i am getting is that they are seeing that transaction as successful, and i need to check with my wife who hasn't received the money till date.
                                    So kindly request the missing money to be refunded as soon as possible.
