There were 2 transactions done on the same day, and at the same time on Jan-15-2017 at 19:21 and 19:22 for each transaction of 5000rs. Now the problem was that when i made the payment using my Paytm account, i entered my wife's mobile number and transferred the money, however by that time my wife's paytm wallet was not active, because of which she did not receive that payment. But after that i was able to successfully transfer and even she was able to receive the amount. But till date even after calling up the Paytm Customer Service and raising the complaint against those two transactions, no body has even bothered to call us even after requesting so many times. I have emailed the Paytm/care and the only response that i am getting is that they are seeing that transaction as successful, and i need to check with my wife who hasn't received the money till date.
So kindly request the missing money to be refunded as soon as possible.
