I has make transaction above dated but transaction can not succeess but amount of Rs. 4800/- deducted from my central bank of India account vide A/c No.[protected] that date. I can wait till date about above amount is returned to my bank account but nothing. I can talk to customer care and your sales executive then he suggest me about complaint to online submission and given to details upload then I can do this so kindly requested to return my amount of rs. 4800/- in my accout or paytm account.

I have recharged for 147 in paytm order number is [protected]. They are credited amount from my account but still my order status is in pending. I have raised a ticket many times but no response from paytm.

    Hello,
    I lost the password for my paytm account and created another account with my mobile number. Followed all the steps correctly and entered the previous balance rounded off as 1000 and i got the message that my accounts are merged and I claimed my mobile number. But in the new account my balance shows as zero. How can i reclaim my account balance from my old account?

      Dearsir/madam,
      I recharge amount 600, 81, 50 rupees date 17/01/2017 at Paytm online service order ID is [protected], [protected], [protected], but after i don't get recharge amount and i call to my telephone company they told we are not received your recharge amount you ask to paytm. After that i call to Paytm Customer care they are not response its only computerized answer and after i raised compliant in mail in paytm website but i don't get any response from Paytm side. Now that's why i raised a compliant against doing frad thing to customers and they don't have proper response care no. How can PAytm Give good service to people. Plz help me to recover my money i already lost 750 rs. plz help us.

        This complain is that my transaction has been not succeed and my paytm wallet balance is cut them but bank account balance has not seen acctually my transaction has 31/12/2016 amount-9450 I'd no. -[protected] my paytm no.-[protected]
        Mere paytm se to payment Kat gya but bank account me nhi gya h I three time complain but not solve my problem 7 working days solve problem but this problem was 19 days ago & 14 days working days but not solve. Pls solve problem

          There was some issue with Paytm wallet because of which when I tried to add money it got deducted from back but was not added in Paytm wallet. Its been 20 days I am complaining but they are not responding and not refunding my money. From my bank side the transaction was successful and paytm is not looking into the matter that what went wrong from their side. I have contacted customer care multiple times and have sent multiple emails but no response.
          I transfer my 5000 rupees to my bank on[protected] and till today[protected] I did not get my money back.I send so many emails for this to paytm the paytm company says they were send money to bank and bank says we didn't get any money my issue is still not resolved now I am fileing a cort case against paytm

                  I got a call from icici customer call[protected] pankaj) at 12.15pm (17.11.2016). He told me we saw the transaction details posted in consumer complaint, (15 days back someone misused my credit card & transaction made of rs.19500). So we are return back to you the amount in your account. So we want to confirm your debit card & credit card number (16 digit). So i given the number after it debited rs.12000 from debit card & rs.14000 from credit card.

                  After i blocked the debit card & credit card. And i gave the complaint in icici bank. They didn't helped me to find that transaction. Because that is not a icici customer care number (Incoming call only not outgoing calls)

                  Amount transferred to paytm (Rs 14000) & one97 comm (Paytm - rs 12000)

                  Kindly give the transaction details (Name, contact no. & email id)
                  (I got the paytm transfer details - rs. 12000)

                  Credit card no. [protected] reference no. 961611 dated 17.11.2016

                  Dedit card no. [protected] transaction id : s99635746. Dated 17.11.2016 (One97 comm - paytm)

                  As of now he debited rs. 45500 in my account.

                  Kindly help me to get back the amount / suggest how to get back the amount.

                    I have booked an online bus ticket for Shatabi Travel from Delhi to Kanpur on 12.12.16 for Rs.578 on website of Shatbi travels. but somehow ticket not confirmed but amount debited from My Axis bank A/c on same time.

                    and no confirmation of ticket found in my mobile no & registered e mail.id

                    I have discussed with Axis bank care they provided below details of successful payment from bank side.

                    Recently i got call from Paytm customer care no-[protected] & [protected]. for resolving my quaries
                    & they assured me to return the 528/- am, & ask me for my debit card details no & i have shared with them after lot of argument ..debit card No & CVV no & Expiry date of card given to them.

                    i have suspected that this is fake call, you will shocked to know that they people tried to deduct Rs 18000/- from my a/c. they asking me for OTP password.

                    I have talked with Rahul & Dilip in Paytm

                    kindly look in this serious matter & stop fraud

                      Dear sir .. hoping for a resolution here . 1.Earlier this month, I transferred 5000/- into a merchant's Paytm account/ wallet. He did not receive it but it got deducted from my wallet . Several complaints later - I have no resolution and the amount is still not reflecting in the payee or my account .
                      2.To safeguard further frauds - I transferred another sum of 5000/- back into my account from the paytm wallet. I received a message saying bank has declined it . So it should reflect back into my Paytm account right ? But NO . That amount is missing too! Not in my bank account and not in my Paytm wallet .

                          I have added my paytm wallet by Rs 2000 from my HDFC account. Ot get added from my bank account but not credited to mu Pay TM wallet. I have lodged complaint on paytm grievience portal, Neither Paytm seems interested customer complaints nor they are approachable as well.

                          Its really shameful that its been more than a monthy & money has still not realised.

                          Need immediate resolution.

                              I have recharged my mobile no: [protected] on 28th December 2016 vide reference number: [protected] for Rs.150/-, however the amount is been debited from my account but recharge was not sucessfull.

                              Further, inspite of several follow up with paytm my amount is not yet reversed in my bank account nor in my Paytm wallet.

                              Request you to take this issue on priority basis and resolve it.

                                  I ordered a product at 06 jan 2017. order no. [protected] from paytm and was delivered by bluedart. And till 18 jan 2017 the product was not delivered and calls for self return and the product is not delivered while i already paid with paytm money. i called many time and mailed to paytm and bluedart. But found no solution and always the false promises from their side. And now they return back the product while i already paid it by paytm money
