They are using wrong logic and cheating players. They are penalizing players on wrong calculation and i lost more then 4-5 l in there system.

Now they are saying that its correct logic and not refunding the money.

    I have purchased 400cp worth rs. 399 in cod mobile on 08/10/2020 amount for the same has been debited from my account and cp for the same has not been credited to my account. I'm attaching screen shot of my sbi bank account statement too.

        Hi sir,

        On 6th october 2020, i tried to recharge my metro card #61042433 with amount 500rs.
        Order# [protected] using paytm upi.
        Money deducted from my account and transferred to ur account. Sms snap shot attached for your ref.

        Upi ref no :[protected]

        Now paytm app show the order status as failed transaction but transaction successful. Please refund the money or process the recharge asap.

          Paytm saying product delivered but didnot get the product. Paytm not sharing the delievery details... Request to avoid paytm as they dont have any mechanism to trace the product delivery...

            I'm not getting any replies from paytm support. I booked an air ticket through Paytm and flight was cancelled by airline and they processed my refund but I don't get my money back. I contacted to paytm support but they are not answering. Kindly Help.

              Hi,
              Paytm set auto renewal of membership without my permission Paytm first membership renewed without my permission. I don't need this. Rs.750 debited from my bank account before the expiry of the existing plan, existing plan expire on 1 October 2020 and Paytm debited Rs.750 on 30th September morning for renewal of the plan atleast Paytm should have informed me before the renewal. it is literally misuse of the user's financial Details. I have contacted customer support executive 3 times and they said we cant help you.I also sent message on facebook to share my problem. it is very disappointing, i am already facing financial problem so I request Paytm to cancel this membership and refund the amount.

                          Iam k. Venkatesh. I am a member of paytm.. Recently i have installed paytm first game app.. I played a fantasy league, i really enjoyed alot and earned some cash also i deposited money too.. But oneday suddenly the fantasy league is not opened.. It showed that i am from restricted places (I. E sikkim, telangana, assam, odisha, nagaland) but actually i am from andhrapradesh... I am not a citizen from those restricted areas... Plz look into my paytm first game account... Hoping you give reply soon... Thank you

                              This is the email I got after recharging my phone ([protected]) yesterday and the amount was deducted as well.
                              You have made an online payment of INR 341.0 towards PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTION from your Account XXXXX on Sep 20, 2020 at 09:54 hours. The Transaction ID is [protected]

                              I made the account number all X's. Pls let me know if you will be paying Vi so my phone gets recharged or paying me back. This is the email I received from Vi customer care.

                                Mera naam amjad ali hai
                                Mera paytm account 27/2/2018 ko block hua tha or jab maine complain ki toh paytm team ne mujh se meri 2/2/2018 ki sbi bank statement ki mang ki. Or maine paytm team ko btaya ki ye account ab closed ho chuka hai or maine bank se bhi contact kiya but bank ke staff ne btaya ki ab vo statement nhi nikal sakti kyoki ye account ab close ho chuka hai. Maine paytm team ko ye btaya or unse bola ki maine mera axis bank account bhi use kiya hai paytm mein or kam se kam 70, 000 tak transfer kiye hai toh main axis bank account ki statement de sakta hu but paytm team ne saaf mna kar diya or bar bar ek hi mail karte hai jisme vo sirf sbi ki bank statement mangte hai. Mera paytm account 2 years se block hai or mere paytm wallet mein 8, 000 rupay hai or jab bhi paytm ko complain kro toh vo yehi bolte hai ki sbi ki bank statement chahiye jo ki mere pass nhi hai or vo koi or option nhi btate.
