    Sir, on 29 Dec someone hack my bank account and order two items at paytm. A sum of Rs 22, 000 has debited at paytm mobile solution noida and a sum of Rs 2, 500 at paytm apps noida..kindly please stop this order as i didnot order it.kindly please help me and contact me as soon as possible [protected].i will be waiting for your call. so please help me and stop the order and return the amount at my account...

    I am amit from Rajasthan. on 24 December 2016 at 9.14 pm I successfully paid rs 2740/ for electricity bill (Jodhpur Vidhut Vitran Nigam Limited). but amount is not received by JVVNL. I emailed to paytm but they did not solve it.I am Attaching photos for claim. Transaction receipt order no.#[protected].
    RECEIPT NO.[protected]. please solve my problem or refund my money. I selected paytm to pay online because I have cash problem.I belong to village.thank u

      1st dec, 2016 1:42 pm: bill payment made for act fibrenet broadband vide dc transaction no [protected] from paytm account: [protected]@ymail.com; while doing the payment code "grab50" was applied successfully
      Cashback didn't yet received and it's been a month now

      Raised a ticket vide number 13056785 for receiving the cashback unfortunately no one turned up with proper resolution
      Without getting any proper response from paytm, raised another ticket vide number 14336738 for the same issue - cashback not received; however same thing this time - no one turned up

      I want to get a proper reply and resolution at the earliest

          On 27 nov 2016 i transfered rs 10000 from paytm to my bank ac. But i still not receive money to my bank ac. When i complain in paytm care they told me that money is send to ur bank ac and make an enquiry to ur bank. I had made an enquiry to my bank they jst told me that no data can be avail throgh this reference no so u should contact ur paytm care. Its more than 35 days and i m complaining u again n again but no refund is added neither to my bank nor to my paytm wallet. Plse help me its an huge amt.

            My paytm wallet no. is [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com, last Friday I transferred ₹429 from my paytm wallet to my bank account, but the amount wasn't received in bank. But, paytm shows as its transferred. I had already complained it to paytm care couple of times, but even after a week I'm not getting my money back. Please go through my problem.

                This was the complain lodged to paytm care :

                "sir, kindly let me know about my complain made on[protected] which was as follows :
                Request for transfer of rs 6000 from sbbj sb a/c no...507 via debit card...405 to my paytm account wallet (Mobile number 7073*) was made on 25.11.2016 and the request was informed as successful (Query processing) at 5 pm, the amount was debited from sbbj a/c on 25.11.2016 but it has not been credited in my paytm account wallet. Please help.. Help!!!"
                No response has been received from paytm till date. I am a student. Please help.

                      I recharged with 1000 rs and money credited in paytm wallet, and debited from my citi bank account on 28th November 2016, after few days when I login and check paytm account balance is zero.

                      I called them and emailed then lot of times, they are not yet all responding,
                      I think we have to take it serious and raise the issue in social media and also cyber crime department, this is really cheating.

                      Let us start agitation against this scam.

                        Money is deducted form ptm wallet but not submit to my bank account 350 rs. Wallet trxn id is [protected]and said sbi just gave us a reference number 74332746356635548986335 for successful refund of rs 350 from paytm to your bank account. Please contact your bank for any further query quoting this number. It has 11 days passed and i haven't refunded my money. I try to customer care of patm but they don't pay any heed to this. This is very fraud systm of pytm

                          Actually I transfer to bank rs 3000 on[protected] but I didn't received anything in my account I also contacted with my bank as well but they are saying that there are some problems from Paytm and Paytm is keep saying that the transaction has been sucessful and then I told them that I didn't get anything then they keep saying that we will call you back in next 24 to 48 hours now I got stuck with Paytm
                          I am done with Paytm now I just want my money or else I will go to court.

                              Sir 15 days before i want to add rs.2400 into my paytm walllet. but money was not added also deducted from bank. I have wanted to contact paytm customer care, sended almost 50 mails but there is no reply from that end. Also all paytm customer care nos. are fake, there is no executive. so please anyone solve my issue so that i can get my money back.

                                On 25th of december, i used to pay electric bill but bill didn't done by paytm and the amount of rs1210 that is bill amount deducted from my account. Here i am giving some details of transaction.
                                Order no.[protected]. Dc transaction no.[protected]. And pos[protected] given in my updated passbook. Please return my money as soon as possible.
                                So, please please please please return my money back to my account.
                                Paytm is highly unreliable.

                                  I started recharge for Rs.300 to my Tatasky DTH account. The amount deducted immediately but not reached my tatasky account and it shows "payment confirmation awaited" for the past 7 days.
                                  I raised so many tickets to customer care and no actions taken.
                                  I tried too many mails to [protected]@paytm but of no reply any way.
                                  So frustrating. this people are playing with our Money.
                                  I trusted paytm much but of all in vain now.
                                  There is not even a single customer care number to reach this people.
                                  All numbers are of recorded message structure.
                                  Surely we must have a cyber complaint cell to complaint about these type of websites. Am so depressed of their service.

                                    I was booking a flight ticket on the spice jet app. On reaching the payment stage i was directed to paytm app. I was not logged in to the paytm app and was using it as guest user. When i initiated the payment process, i was redirected to verified by visa page. On entering the transaction it showed as "transaction failed" and was taken back to the payment page of spicejet app. I initiated the payment process again and was redirected to paytm app. This time i logged in and continued the payment process and successfully booked the ticket. The amount inr[protected] because i already had inr 3 in my paytm wallet) got transferred to my paytm account and then was paid to spicejet app successfully. However the first failed transaction too got debited from my bank account which is reflected in my bank statement. Kindly look into this issue at the earliest and initiate the refund process for the amount of inr 3767 which was debited from my account even though the payment failed. No transaction id or order id got generated for the failed transaction

                                      I transferred the amount of 5000 using my ICICI prepaid card on 30/12/2016 into my ICICI bank account however amount not transferred.
                                      It was showing pending status for long then I opted to get it back to my prepaid card however this is also not done. I have enquired with ICICI bank and they confirmed that it is pending from PAYTM only. Need to co-ordinate accordingly. I registered no. of complaints meanwhile, but none of the authorities from company is seeking their responsibilities.
