Hi i added 500 rs into my wallet later i was thinking its not require so i requested to refund back to my bank. I raise return to bank option they deduced amount from paytm wallet and later my bank account is not credit with the same when i talked to my bank they said no transaction has been made. Pls tell me where is my money. Sir i want my money back into my account. Till now my issue is not resolve. My mobile num is

    I had made a bill payment for my vodafone mobile, and currently its stuck on "payment confirmation awaited". I have tried their customers care services but they are all self help service, i have never been able to talk to a real person on phone. My problem is that since that message had shown, it's been stuck there for about 2 days and there's no valuable information that is being provided by paytm regarding this matter. The amount of 600 rupees had also been deducted from my paytm wallet since then, and there is no option for cancelling the process. I am stuck with my rs 600 amidst this processing that's been continuously going on for two days.

            I have added Rs.1000/- to my PayTM account through my credit card at 13:01 hours on 25.12.2016, which was not credited to my PayTM account.

            I have got a message that the txn on my credit card for credit to Paytm Mobile Solut is approved.

            Upon looking into the passbook balance, I find that the aforesaid amount is not credited into my account.

            Please inform me how the money will be credited to my Paytm account.

              Hi,
              I transferred money to Paytm wallet of RS. 500/- on dated 08th dec 2016, I checked my balance on 15th Dec and found balance is 0. I am sure I didn't make any transaction during that time. I sent multiple emails to Paytm but they are not doing anything. I would not recommend any body to use paytm, I made a biggest mistake to use paytm, now I have seen the support and service of Paytm.

                  I had requested to add money from union bank account to paytm wallet. But from paytm got messagr that transaction is failed. But same time amount of 5000 rs from union bank of india deducted from bank account. Kindly help me to resolve this issue. I here attach snapshot of paytm transaction. Its been 48 hrs of transaction but did not get redund or added to paytm wallet.

                      I have paid my electricity bill through PayTM which has not been paid yet and the money has been deducted from my father's account (Mr Pramod Singh) and I have mailed them (PayTM) three times still they have taken no actions and even not replied yet to my mail. Please make sure to take any action toward this problem and help me to get my money back.

                          On 17 th I added Rs 800 in my Paytm wallet. Though the money got deducted from by Bank account and I received the sms confirmation (Oder ID is [protected] ) the amount is never added to my PAytm wallet.
                          On logging multiple tickets with PAytm I got an sms from PAytm after 1 week that PAytm has refunded the money but Bank (HDFC ) is not accepting the refund.

                          PAytm can add the money in my wallet instead of sending it to the bank . 2 weeks over and I haven't got back my Rs 800.

                            I am Trilok kumar, My Mobile No. [protected] email I'd [protected]@gmail.com I have purchased many product from Paytm website and every product they provide the cash back offer on Paytm wallet so i have very good amount on my Paytm Wallet but due to some error "Your account is temporarily blocked for login" I can’t login my account or i can't use my Paytm wallet. Last 4-5 days i am continuing email to Paytm team but nobody solved my problem till now. i tried to call them in different number are given for contact like[protected], [protected] and[protected] but no one can pick up the phone and no reply or no call from Paytm team side. I am very disappointing for this type of support and services provided by Paytm Team to the customer, Please help me to solve my problem.

                                  I booked a bus ticket but got some other local bus! The ticket price of the bus I got is lower than I paid! There is no facility provided!
                                  This is highly annoying and disappointing and I have to travel from Delhi to Amritsar and expected the facilities for what I paid!
