On 17 th I added Rs 800 in my Paytm wallet. Though the money got deducted from by Bank account and I received the sms confirmation (Oder ID is [protected] ) the amount is never added to my PAytm wallet.
On logging multiple tickets with PAytm I got an sms from PAytm after 1 week that PAytm has refunded the money but Bank (HDFC ) is not accepting the refund.

PAytm can add the money in my wallet instead of sending it to...

Respected sir/madam I added money of 500 Rs. to my paytm wallet and selected the option return to bank .The transaction is showing to successful but not received in my bank account .I send mail to paytm but there was no response from the paytm. I booked a bus ticket but got some other local bus! The ticket price of the bus I got is lower than I paid! There is no facility provided!
This is highly annoying and disappointing and I have to travel from Delhi to Amritsar and expected the facilities for what I paid!

My name is Roshan, I no longer have the mobile number that is registered with Paytm, I cannot receive the otp, whether on sms or on call. So, you requested for the bank statement for security purposes. I have then forward the bank statement and yet did not received any call from your side. I'm following up with the mail since 4-5 days and yet there is no response. So its a humble request to revert me at the earliest....

I did two recharges on 19th Dec 2016, Rs 59 and Rs 10 were deducted, and recharge was not done so i want my money to be refunded in my wallet and they have not refund my amount till now . i have raised 4-5 tickets, but no response till now ....

Hello sir, my paytm account id :-
[protected] is temporarily blocked for login. For what reason you blocked my account and i have 900 rupees in my paytm wallet.

I have made wrong dishtv recharge the no. Was [protected] instead of original no.. [protected]. I m a shopkeeper and i own a shop namely r v communication in saraswati nagar singhawala ambala city. Haryana and this is a mobile shop.

I paid an amount of 247 through paytm on december 6 for prepaid recharge..order id [protected]..got a mail from paytm that my bank confirmed the payment too and if the recharge fails money will be refunded within a week..its been 20 days i didnot get the recharge and no refund yet..kindly check it and dont ignore..i contacted the bank too and they said the money was successfully transacted to paytm..i been mailing regarding the issue but no...
