    At 9/12/2016 I am adding money to our paytm wallet [protected] Hiraman Mishra amount 11000/- from my bank account that massage is"Ac XXXXXXXX00034581 Debited with Rs.11000.00,[protected]:28:36 thru IBS. Aval Bal Rs.5040.00 CR. Avail PNB Mobile banking. Visit https://mobile.netpnb.com" and my account is debited by 11000/- but that amount should not add in my paytm wallet. I also complained to our branch PNB regarding to this and that massage and complaint number is"Dear Customer, complaint registered successfully with SR No. A[protected]. Quote SR No. for future reference."
    So please solve that problem.

        On 9th Dec 2016, I have updated Rs 1000 from my Bank of India and it has been debited from my accounts and also forwarded a sms to me .But in Paytm wallet the amount is not showing. I have called many times, and registered tickets more than 4 times and as per Paytm 48 hrs are over and still now no update of wallet. Paytm doest have any customer care number, where customer can talk and solve the issues. This is really frustrating.I just want to know when the amount will be added or else return to my bank. MYy cell number is [removed].
        Its completely fraud

        Paytm have eats my 630 rupees
        and there is no proof on their portal or app

        but my bank statement have proof

        they said no we have not received any amount

          Wrongly paid another electricity amount

          Sorry to say that your service is very bad, i have added 5000 to my account and now my balance is showing 385.
          i want to know the breakup of my all transactions as passbook is showing the amount which i have paid once but PAYTM has deducted thrice. I want to get my passbook update from the date o[censored]sing PAYTM app.

                Hi,

                I tried to recharge my D2H account through PAYTM on 03rd Dec'16.

                On the first attempt after entering all the details and OTP, the website gave me a blank screen. I waited for some time and tried to recharge again and faced the same issue. Later I foud out that I was charged twice for the recharge.

                Now when I am trying to get a refund for 1recharge your representative on Facebook chat tells me to contact the operator directly.

                Why should I contact the operator for your mistake? It was your website error, not mine.

                I want someone to contact me on [protected] and resolve this issue for me.

                If you cannot contact give me a number to call. I want this issue to be resolved asap or I will ensure that I will share this experience on Social Media and urge people not to use your website for any reason.

                  I was add money in my paytm wallet(19950). the money was added. but not transferable.So i am click the option of return to the bank. it display the money was successfully refunded in your bank account.

                  i was check my bank account but the money not added in my account. And i try to contact to our customer service. it answer is not properly and not satisfied.

                  please action the this request.

                  otherwise u don't care of this complaint i will must put a case for court. i am law college student.

                    HI Am glad to tell that my problem has been solved thank you paytm after three working day my amount of 2000 rupees refunded by paytm thank you paytm and one main thing is when you uploading complaint on this site automatically you will receive fraud calls that says we calling from paytm please avoid such calls and never share your OTP WITH ANYONE and ATM CARD NUMBER OR CARD DETAILS THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN PAYTM

I have resended it to my bank account but till now i haven't received to my bank account .When will i get back my money to my account.I have already registered a complaint almost 1 week back but till now my problem has not solved and i didnt even get any response from the paytm person.Please solve my issue as soon as problem

Transaction of flight rs.2777 was not successful and even if I haven't selected my paytm wallet for transaction.Paytm company deducted my rs 530 for nothing. Please go through this complaint, refund my amount.For more enquires call my registered mobile no.

                                Dear Team,

                                My name is Keshav Dharra and my mobile number is [protected]. Same number is registered as the user id for Paytm login.

                                Here is the concern:

                                1. I just saw an add on http://www.olx.in/ for an iPhone 5s and I contacted him through is phone number (+[protected]​).

                                2. He said that this product is available through Paytm at a Price of Rs11370/-.

                                3. So he just shared a QR code to send me an amount of Rs.2150.

                                4. Then he said my account is not upgraded. So I have to make full payment.

                                5. So he again shared a QR code, when I transferred an amount of Rs5000, a message displayed that
                                Payment failed: Paytm wallet you are paying to, has crossed its monthly RBI wallet limit.
                                6. So when I contacted him, he shared me a new code. And, then I transferred an amount of Rs5000 and then Rs4220.

                                7. He said that he will deliver the product by today evening. But since then he is not responding to my phone calls, not replying on WhatsApp.

                                Attached, are the screenshots for the QR code he shared and the passbook screenshot of my transactions.

                                So tell me the procedure how to handle. As you provide me the details to whom I had made transactions which amount to a total of Rs11370/-.

                                  I have paid Rs 222/- to Paytm on 14/11/2016 at 8.27 PM from my Mobile application and my paytm account is not showing this amount of Rs 222/- then I mailed but this cheater company asked lot of details, which is duly provided but still they are not responded and ready to reflect in my account, But after so many mails still they had neither refunded the amount nor showing in my Paytm account, who will rely on Paytm Fraud Company. Please take necessary action. Because online fraud now in increasing mode due to TXN will increase due to Notebundi, Thanks -Mukesh jain

                                  No message had been received so far, Paytm is a fraud company and our PM mr Modi encourage these type companies without any safety measures of cyber crime, In rural areas how can a simple people struggle with those type guys and companies, after so many mails and complaints with providing entire Txn. details Paytm failed to credit my account by this amount 222/- neither they refund the amount nor given any response except asking the Txn details which had been provided. But after all exercise no output from this Fraud entity-Mukesh

                                      My regd mob [protected] is not existing. So i requested them to change the mob no. For they can verify thru my regd mail id. Now after adding Rs 750 in paytm account they have put me out of Paytm account. OTP they are sending to my expired no. So many times i requested them to either send OTP to regd mail id or new mob no. Otherwise refund my wallet balance to same Debit card/bank accout. Since 05 Dec i am requesting for this. Med bill also cancled.
